Dr. Kathy and Pam went above and beyond to care for my entire family of four kids, myself, and my husband. Our teeth have never felt so clean until now. She was gentle and thorough. Our son had an infection that had been bothering him, and she was able to resolve and relieve it. Beautiful Smiles is a HORRIBLE dentistry that will lie to you and manipulate you to get more things done when you don't need it so they can get more money. For example: they tricked me saying that I need this solution for gingivitis, when I went to another dentist two days later and they said I don't have gingivitis. These dentists also were so rough on my gums and teeth and I'm pretty sure they were doing it rough on purpose so they can make my gums bleed and tell me I have gingivitis(I didn't have gingivitis, confirmed by another dentist). I recently had a bit of a dental emergency that had me scrambling around to find someone, anyone who could help immediately. Dr Tam and the whole staff were super accommodating and got me in quickly and worked with my schedule to help me out. They are very knowledgeable and super nice and fun to just talk with. Some offices you can tell they just want you to come in so they get paid, but these guys really care and really know their stuff. I highly recommended this dental office. The staff is very courteous. Dr. Yu is very knowledgeable and very helpful. Had to bring my husband in on a Sunday and Tammy was able to schedule us for 9am. Right at 9am he was already in the chair taking him xrays and right after the doctor was seeing him. We came in today for him 9amm and right when we walked in he was taken to the back. I came across this office by a recommendation that was recommended to see Tam for my teeth needs. About a month ago my upper right gum got pretty swollen and I could feel it bleeding from my tongue touching it. Thought it wasn't normal so I made a consultation with the office to see Tam since I heard great things about her gentle hands. Went in for a consult and she diagnosed me with minor gingivitis based on my x Ray; she explained what's going on with my teeth and what causes it bleeding. She promised to save my teeth and help me achieve healthy gum. We ended up doing a deep clean. Today I came back after a month to do teeth whitening and check up, my gum has been much better. No more swollen and much less bleeding than what I came in with. I only needed 2 whitening sessions and that machine works amazing without burning my gum like how I would get with the crest strip. Overall, I'm super happy about my results and experience with beautiful smiles since they're willing to work with you and offer reasonable prices for my dental needs. Tam is so thorough with what she does! She kept making sure that I was feeling comfortable during the process and great with follow ups to see how I'm doing. So helpful with a busy schedule. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. Dr. Shetty's experience is obvious as he suggested what I could and what I should do. There's a big difference. I took my dad to this clinic during the pandemic for his urgent teeth needs. Staffs were really friendly and they wore protective gears the whole time. Both me and my dad felt safe during our visit. I highly recommend Dr. Oganesyan! He is a dentist who cares about his patients. I was very impressed by his work in fixing my chipped front teeth and his cleaning was painless. He took the time to double check with my insurance and told me my co-pay amount before he began any work. He also took the time to do x-rays and took photo's of my teeth to show me exactly what was good/bad with my teeth. I have read reviews about other dentists in the area who recommend unnecessary dental work, but by showing me and explaining to me the work he was doing I did not feel like Dr. Oganesyan was dishonest.
