They overcharged me. I ordered a pedicure. When the service was done, the worker asked the gentleman at the counter how much was my service, he told her $50. She then told me $50. I tipped her $5 (in front of him). I paid with a Visa card and he input $58 the card machine. They are dishonest people and I would never go back there. They also only offer their complimentary drinks to clients who they think will pay them more money. They never offered me a complimentary drink when I go. I don't know how many people they have been scamming or stealing money. I would make sure that you double check the amount before you give your debit/credit card. read more

I SUGGEST YOU NEVER GO HERE EVER!!!!! Got my girlfriend a nail appointment and the moment she walked in they started up charger her on stuff she didn't want AT ALLL!!! Within a week of the appointment the nails started lifting and the polish chipping. We walked in looking for a refund and the lady was completely rude to us and wouldn't let me explain that the quality was not it and her attitude was just unacceptable. First time in, I got the organic deluxe pedicure because I wanted the hot stone, paraffin, and the longer leg massage. She did an amazing job, I got up after my pedicure feeling like a million dollars. Pedicures are my way of treating myself, and wow I was so happy. I came on Friday morning and it was very peaceful. My feet feel like $100 but for only $45! I had a pretty tender toe cus the nail grew inward a bit, but Lee took great care of me and dug it out, it was tough but she handled it and I'm so much better now. I got the basic gel pedicure. It includes the foot spa, oil/sugar scrub massage, hot towel, removal of the previous color and a gel polish of my choice. They offer tea and water if you're thirsty. Absolutely loved my experience, they have massage chairs too. They also do manicure and face waxing. Very friendly and through, I'll definitely be back. read more

I've been to this nail salon several times. So far, this is my favorite Beaverton location. I've been here a few times and I've been happy with the quality. I don't get anything fancy...I stick with regular polish, basic manicure and either the deluxe or organic pedicure. The price seems to be comparable to other nail salons. The foot massage that comes with the pedicure is more like a massage than the applying of lotion you'll get at other locations. Some of the options come with a hot stone massage which is nice. The manicure massage is applying lotion and not a massage, but that seems to be my general experience. The massage chairs are newer, the salon looks updated, and seems very clean. The negatives...their point system doesn't seem to work on their checkin computer. If you get 10 points, you get $15 off. My points don't seem to make it past 5, so that is something I'm not a fan of. My biggest complaint is more of a societal issue vs salon issue. It's 50/50 for my experiences here - either someone with a baby is getting their nails done and can't quiet the baby because their nails are wet or wrapped in foil, so that is obnoxious or people are having loud phone/across the room conversations. Overall, I like this place enough to keep coming back. read more

WORST SERVICE. At first they made one of my finger bleed and I thought fine, people make mistakes, I can let it go. The woman blamed it on my skin, saying it's hard to be removed, I thought fine, she's the expert. Then she made my second finger bleed again and it is still bleeding. She again blamed it on my skin. Well, now it is clear that she is being in denial on her mistake. The woman is so rough and rush on her service. It's my first time coming in here and I will not be coming in here again. As I was leaving, the woman chased up to me begging me to not write this review because it would cost her her job. At the same time, one of her customer added in saying she's been here for 20 years and she's had fantastic experience from this woman. I said that I'm glad she had a good experience, it's just that I had a terrible experience and it is equally valid. She also said my bleeding ain't that bad. I understand accidents happen. This is why I'm not pointing fingers at who this woman is. What I'm trying to say is I had a bad time here and I do not appreciate being put into this position about writing this review would or would not cost you your job. It is disappointing enough that I have to deal with this conversation when I am bleeding. I have no intention to sue anyone nor cause a big scene. I just want to leave when I am uncomfortable. I do not appreciate having your other customers back you up and talk down to me. I'm glad you have some loyal customers, I just will not be one of them. I cried writing because everyone in the shop made me feel like a terrible person. I want to be nice too. This is just as far as I can go. read more

UM WOW... this is what nail dreams are made of! I am EXTREMELY grateful to have found this place! I recently started getting my nails done again and have been looking for a regular place who is welcoming and can do fun, efficient, beautiful nails. This place is it and more... 1000000 % recommend! After a very disheartening experience at another salon that was the most awful experience I've had, I was left frustrated and sad. My nails took over 2 hours for a fill and my nails were left sloppy, I had brush hair in my pinks, blotchy and uneven. The staff at this salon was rude to me and everything I asked for was an annoyance. I felt so out of place and uncomfortable. Getting my nails beautified is my one treat for myself that I have budgeted in to make myself feel fab. The other place almost made me want to just not get nails anymore. I reluctantly looked at other salons to have them fix the crappy salons mess up. When I called Allure Nails, I was greeted with a warm welcome and when I told them the situation and what I wanted, they were confident and said enthusiastically, "no problem! When can you come in?" I came in the next day and automatically I loved the vibe. Everyone was happy, I was welcomed with a big smile, offered wine and music was playing! I was hesitant to ask for the design I wanted because the other place made me feel like I was annoying for asking and also couldn't deliver. My nail tech was Annie and OH my goodness was she a hoot! I showed her the design and she was confident and said "easy!" To hear this as a customer is a blessing! I like to go into salons, show them a pic on my Pinterest board and have them do their thing with confidence. Annie did exactly that! She saw the pics and picked out all the colors and went to work! She was quick, friendly and hilarious! She made me feel so good! She was upfront and communicative and has the attitude of "you're the customer and I want to make you happy." My heart melted! I know this is silly to get so happy about nails but with the first terrible experience I had at the other salon, the day before, this was truly a blessing to find this place. Tina is the BEST. She runs one of the best salons in Beaverton area and has wonderful personable staff as well. Tina knows almost every clients name and greets everyone like you have known her your whole life. The salon is super clean, inviting and comfortable. There is always new options for colors and if you get acrylic like me, they have amazing gel. Tina can pretty much do any design you like. For the years I've been coming here, I've seen some incredible work. I usually get pink nails and it's nice for a salon to have almost every shade of pink, glitters, etc. I really just appreciate the hospitality here. I went in for a last minute shellac manicure and regular pedicure and was able to make a same day appointment. The staff is friendly but it was difficult communicating the design I wanted on my nails even with a picture. I end up giving up on the design, not a huge deal. What made me give 2 stars is the poor nail polishing job and poor quality of products used. Just after 4 days, the shallac manicure started to bubble and peel off everywhere and pedicure color is dull and also peeled off. Not sure I will go back. read more

I tried this place out for the first time and I must say I was disappointment. I had called earlier in the day to make an appointment. I showed up 10 mins before my appointment and I still had to wait 20 mins for someone to assist me. I got a gel manicure and the lady who was doing them was rushing the entire time. She didn't cover my entire nail with polish, and when giving me a hand massage she was just having a conversation, and basically just rubbed my hand with no care or pressure. I LOVE Allure! I have been coming here for over 3 years now. Prices are lower or comparable to other salons. Tina, the owner, is great! She always remembers by name, we chit chat during my appointment. If I've ever been in happy with how it turns out she, or whoever else is working on my nails, always offer to fix it. Even if I come in days or a week after my apt. My nails are naturally oily and even gel has a hard time lasting on my nails but I always get the best results when I go to Allure vs another salon! I love having acrylics but I've never kept up on them because they always end up looking thick and chunky...THAT IS NOT THE CASE HERE!!! It makes me so happy. My acrylics are thin and fantastic! Our favorite spot was closed for some reason so we decided to go here. My pedicure was far from tragic except she cut into my skin more than once - OUCH! She was just super rough. Luckily a guy took over for my massage portion. We also had asked for the better (higher priced) pedi and they did the lower one. They only charged us for the cheaper one but why ask us what we want and then do something else? My friend's paint job was a mess! She ended up having to have her toes redone for her vacation she was leaving for. I felt pretty bad. Thankfully my toes were actually well painted at least. But yeah, first and last time. read more

I'd give them zero stars if I could. Older nail tech scrubbed my foot too hard and took off too much skin. It stung really bad and I told her that yet she had the nerve to blame it on my skin being too thin. I asked for a bandaid and she said I don't need one. She then proceeded to put on "sanitizer" on the burn and told me to put my foot back into the foot tub. The "sanitizer" she put on made it sting even more. And the "15 minute" massage for the deluxe pedicure is actually 5 minutes. She, owners mother , also taunted me about some of my not-so-nice nails. I've been here before and was serviced by the gentleman (owners father) and He berates me about picking at my cuticles. Not pleasant. Never coming back here again. Beware! read more
