I went there a couple of times for both mani and Pedi. They were on par with typical nail salon. However, this is a very busy place. I would highly recommend to make an appointment before going. Last time I called ahead saying I wanted to do Mani. They said thet had availability but after I arrived, it was full house and I wasn't being served even after waiting for more than half an hour. I took my own gel polish in to use so my nails and toes would match. they still charged me an extra $15 to do gel polish. They also used someone elses nail kit on me and didn't bother to ask me if that was ok. Over priced for the quality of service. read more

My left hand nail on the thumb (least used finger for me) fell off 2 days after getting my nails done. I came in to fix it I wasn't mad, things happen. They fixed it free of charge. I was happy and let that slide. However, after 6 days of having my set my pointer finger nail fell off... let that slide. BUT NOW 2 more nails fell off. To be clear, I work at an office, answer calls, talk to people, I do not have a physically demanding job, and use A STYLUS on my phone and extreme precautions. They shouldn't be falling off. I paid over 130$ for a few fill fingers and a few new ones.... BOTH types fell off... Im not happy with this at all. They do not push back cuticles at all, after a few days it looks like you got your nails done two weeks ago. I'm disappointed. Will not be returning. read more

Made an appointment to get my nails done at around 5:30 pm. I was running late due to traffic by about 8 minutes and called them to let them know. They were completely understanding of the situation which was nice of them. For my appointment I wanted gel x tension nails with a design for an engagement photo shoot I had coming up. I typically do my nails at home, but knew that a design like this would be difficult on my opposite hand. They did an absolutely fabulous job with the design and I was blown away from the craftsmanship. My only issue was the type of nails they used. None of them had any sort of apex (curve of the nail) and made them look flat. They are still salvageable for pictures but I definitely think their strong suit is acrylic. read more

They never disappoint and whenever something has happened, which is rarely (ie, I chipped a nail or broke a nail), they're quick to schedule a time for me to come back in and they make it right. All of the staff is friendly and personable and it's a super positive experience. So rushed and a terrible manicure. If you don't pick an expensive package they rush you through it not soaking your hands to soften the cuticles and they don't apply nail polish it even layers. So not worth it. Spent almost $70 and came out nails that looked like I did them at home. They pressured my friends to take out cash at the ATM instead of taking a credit card with a machine that barely worked. The only thing that was nice was the massage chair. They offered us drinks of which they had so many choices - hot tea, water, red/white white, and even margaritas. My boyfriend can't wait to go back. After the pedicure I got a fill on my nails. He really took the time to try and do the design I wanted. He kept checking with me along the way to make sure I was happy with the shape and cleaned out the underside of my nails (which most places I've gone to rarely do). I WAS a little disappointed - took my incredibly long natural nails in for a gel coat to preserve them, but she filed them all short and crooked before applying the product. Kinda not the point... I was also a little thrown off when they acted like it was a problem that I paid with a Visa/debit, and asked me to "bring cash next time." Got an appointment the first day Washington county reopened, and I couldn't be more pleased! The safety measures is on-point, guests and staff are all required to wear masks. There is a plastic barrier between you and your nail tech, and the disinfect everything! Overall the quality of the pedicure and manicure was on point. The pedicure took almost an hour, the tech really took the time. I even got my eyebrows waxed and it was a pleasant experience as well. Everything is clean, and there's plenty of parking. The last time I had a pedicure was over 3 years ago on a cruise ship. My cuticles were left pained and bleeding. Flash forward 3 years to Mother's Day. I don't normally spend a lot of money on self care, obviously (I don't even remember the last time I had a manicure) but I figured I'd splurge in an attempt to prep the toes for summertime exposure. Van's is in walking distance from home which makes it the only nail salon I would consider and after reading some of the reviews I was a little nervous. I went in the day before on my way home from farmers market to make an appt. They were very busy but the man behind the counter was very friendly. It was much quieter today when I went back for my appt. I chose my color, sat in the chair and soaked my feet. Again, everyone was very friendly and there was no pressure. Savannah did my pedi. She was very sweet and there was absolutely no language barrier, which I was nervous about since I still have a bit of cuticle PTSD from 3 years ago. She made just the right amount of conversation and was very gentle. I'm extremely happy with my experience and will absolutely be back again at least once a year now if not twice! read more

The color selection here sucks. The lady was nice enough to give me a quick hand massage with my nail manicure but she did a terrible job with my cuticles. They changed my original idea of what I wanted my nails to look like with excuses like "oh your nails are too short" or "no we can't do that way "or "no that'll take too long." Within two days I was getting painful bleeding and peeling. The nail polish didn't last at all and chipped within two days. And they didn't seem to like that I was paying for the manicure and tip all on my card. read more
