Best facial I've ever received. This is a great place for a facial if you're looking to troubleshoot and learn about your skin. This is not the kind of place to go if you just want to relax and get stuff rubbed on your skin. Meme is extremely gentle, uses great products, and teaches you the entire time. I went to Meme before I started college, so I'm long due for a review. When I was a teen, I often had acne that just spread across my cheeks and chin. I was just fed up with my acne and I saved up enough money to try Meme's acne program. I believe its around the same price (more or less) when I did it in 2011. Before my appointment, she asked me to bring in my daily routine skincare products. She read all the ingredients and asked questions like how often I exfoliate my skin and so on. She diagnose how sensitive my skin actually is and the possible reason why I was breaking out. I did buy products from her and she instructed how to use the products. I believe I bought at least $100 worth of skincare product, but it worked amazingly. Honestly, I owe my clear skin to Meme. Meme is the best in the business! I have had mild acne all my life (I am 41). I have been to the best dermatologists in Texas and in California. They are not as knowledgeable as Meme about the right products for my skin. They would hand me an Rx for Retina/antibiotics/benzoyl peroxide/etc. and want to see me every 3-6 months for follow-ups. I was told more than once that there's not a good sunscreen for people with sensitive skin who are prone to breakouts. I was told to "Wear a hat." I've researched and tried numerous skin clearing systems, to no avail. Proactiv worked for a bit in my late 20's, but then I developed an allergic reaction to the one thing that helped my skin (benzoyl peroxide). When I went back to see what the dermatologist's could do, they all just threw up their hands and gave me antibiotics. Acne is Meme's job. She takes it very seriously. From the first visit she nailed the products that were right for my skin. My skin has never looked better! And when I do have a rare breakout, it heals so much faster than before. On top of all that, she is very down to earth, recommends products that meet your budget, and she doesn't expect that you come every 6 weeks.
