InnerMovement is a miracle working place! My family and I have used them for more than a decade now, and only have wonderful experiences with them. My wife used Heidi when she was pregnant (we have 3 amazing children), then we used her for one of our daughter when she was a baby. I injured myself a few times, and Dr. Pete and Dr. Brian got me back and running in just a couple of sessions! Last time I fell from a ladder and snap my knee, damaging my meniscus. I one session, Dr. Brian managed to relieve my pain and make my leg feel great and useful. I've been following his directions and I can tell, in less than one week I am fully recovered! I was a mess. I was scared and had to leave school due to a non-healing fifth metatarsal injury. I had two surgeries on my foot and was walking to classes on a non-healing foot. My foot was always in pain, and I could not understand why it was not getting better after months post-op. Everything changed thanks to Veronica. She helped me so much. I am eternally grateful. Thanks to her, my foot healed beautifully; you can't even tell there was an injury. She got rid of all of the swelling and inflammation in a very meticulous manner. So glad I found this place! I was experiencing a lot of pain in my lower back, hips and pelvic area from pregnancy, so much that it would hurt to walk. I found them through another doctor referral. I was able to get an appointment the same day and walked out feeling a lot lighter and didn't have any pain. I am in my 3rd trimester and going back weekly until birth. It also felt like post adjustment baby had a lot more room to move around. Dr. Forsyth was amazing and took the time to address my concerns, after the adjustment she had me move around to see how I was feeling. I still had some slight discomfort and she helped tweak/adjust some more and showed me various stretches and exercises I could do to help relieve pressure and discomfort. Most of the other ones i've been to, tend to just adjust and then walk you out to schedule the next appointment. Prices are pretty reasonable, they also have different packages which makes each treatment more affordable. AND they also gave a free prenatal massage with my 1st consultation/adjustment :D Highly recommend if you are looking for a prenatal chiro!! Ms. Sanchez the acupuncturist cared for my injury from sports. I am an avid tennis player and went to her to heal from a spontaneous muscle spasm. she needled points away from neck which was effective due to her philosophy in acupuncture she explained. This place is great! I went in to try a myofascial release with Gary. I wanted to try it for some chronic migraines, head pain and back/neck tension that I'm having. He ended up addressing some issues I had from working at the computer all day- he did a release and immediately after my posture was amazing! I didn't even realize that I wasn't able to put my shoulders all the way back. He was also very kind and informative through the process, always explaining what he was doing and making sure I felt comfortable along the way. Dr. Heidi is hands down not only the most competent chiropractor I've ever seen, but the most competent DOCTOR. I hate going to a doctor and hearing "I don't know, hmmm, I guess, or let's see..." It makes me nervous. I went to see a chiropractor in Silverlake. At this point, I don't know what chiropractics REALLY are, I just know my back hurts! This woman cracked me and sent me to the front door with 2 aspirin. Didn't tell me to come back, why she did this, or what just happened. Dr. Heidi's first appt is one hour long. First time the actual doctor gave me a tour of her office. There is a massage therapy room, acupuncture, reflexology, detox and a nutritionist. She tells me in deep discussion what chiropractics are, tells me not to be afraid because she's had so and so years of schooling and experience, and she literally tells me she WILL cure me. Amazing! She examines me and I don't hear a bunch of questions or hmm's, I hear "ah, this is this," "you've got this" "this is not good". So I know what's wrong with me, I know how she's going to fix it, I know what to do at home, what not to do, how long it may take, and honestly I was scared to get cracked twice a week, but lordy I look forward to it now. She has cured so many ailments of mine that other doctors told me would be impossible. I continue to see her and will pay double if I had to!!
