The moment you enter you are greeted by the friendly office manager and you meet store owner Eunice. The hospitality is felt immediately. You are issued a locker and towels with a cute pink robe. You cannot wear bathing suits or shoes, but the robe is what you wear and the spa is so clean and smells amazing inside. They have various rooms such as charcoal clay sauna, infrared sauna, steam room, Himalayan salt room, Himalayan salt bath, cold room, oxygen room, mugwort tea bath where you pour the basin of mugwort tea and drench it over your body in a seated shower section. Mugwort tes smells earthy and helps with skin issues. You can do a body scrub to exfoliate your dead skin and your skin will be amazingly soft and dewy. They use a scrubbing mitten and you can request gentler scrubbing versus a new mitt which will be more firm exfoliating scrub. The massage is 1 hour long and extremely relaxing. You can choose green tea or collagen milk for your massage. The collagen milk left my skin so dewy and soft. In the end they wrap your hair into a cute bun atop your head and wrapped in a cute pink towel. The V steam is something new I never heard of before and tried for first time. You are in a private room and sit on a cushion seat with an circular opening and beneath are herbs heated and you wear a cute cloth robe to absorb the steam over your privates hence V stream -- benefits with cramping, hormones, constipation, fertility, etc They offer a biscuit and tea while you stay in treatment x 30 minutes. If it gets too hot you lift the robe upward and it is cooler for your body. There is an area for food that opens at noon. The menu is a variety like Bimbibap or ginseng chicken soup and more. I will definitely come back to try this eating area. Every room is meticulously designed, clean and relaxing. I felt pampered here and can't wait to return. They do not allow photos otherwise you just have to visit here and experience it for yourself.

Her tone of voice came across as harsh, and when she spoke to me, it was loud enough that other guests looked over. Since everyone is undressed during these treatments, that made me feel especially uncomfortable and vulnerable. The body scrub itself was much rougher than I expected. I wasn't asked whether the water temperature was comfortable, and the pressure felt unnecessarily aggressive rather than relaxing. I left feeling more sore than refreshed, which isn't what I expect from a spa treatment. This was also the second month in a row that I was assigned to the same body scrub attendant, even though I've never had her before and had always been treated by someone else in the usual wet room. It struck me as unusual, especially since I had previously noticed her speaking very harshly to other staff members. I'm sharing this feedback in the hope that it's taken constructively. I truly enjoy this spa overall, but I hope more attention is given to making every guest feel comfortable, respected, and cared for during their treatment.

Training: I have been training with Manny for a little over three months now. I'm over 50 and have some some weight I want to lose and want to be in better shape overall. He has to be one of the most genuinely kind and caring people I have ever met and a great work ethic. He has a passion for what he does, and it translates into everything he does for and with you. He listened to all of my concerns, (being over 50, believe me there are concerns) and he tailors my workouts to my ability and as I have progressed, the workouts followed suit. I have gotten stronger, lost weight and my overall view of life has improved. My favorite part of the workouts with Manny is that no two workouts have been the same. It always feels fresh and new and I never get bored. It's effective. You hit the same muscle groups with a different approach. I think anyone looking to make a change in how they feel and how they look should seriously consider working with Manny. You can't go wrong. Plain and simple. Massage: His massages are incredible too. Like his training sessions, he asks the right questions to get the maximum wellness out of his massage. Thorough, healing and relaxing all at the same time. I do not normally write reviews for Yelp but I feel compelled to share the great experience I had at Bliss Blessing in hopes that I can help this small business stay around for as long as I am in Ktown. One of my favorite things about my experience is the space the spa is in. It is very small (only 2 massage tables) and of the 4 times i have been there i was the only client getting a massage. This makes it sooo much more relaxing than one of the chinese or thai massage places i have been in where i get fixated on noises and talking behind thin walls. It feels very personal and like i booked a private VIP room. Most importantly I have been extremely happy with the masseur Manny who I have had each time. His style is very thoughtful and intuitive. It always feels like the massage is catered to what my body needs at the time in contrast to other massages i have had in the past that sometimes seemed robotic or pre-programmed. I have lower back issues that cause trouble for me every couple months. Manny is able to improve my symptoms more than any other masseuse i have had in the past. He has used a combination of of stretching, firm pressure massage, and cupping, and that seems to do the trick for me. On top of everything Manny is a friendly guy who is easy to communicate with and who i feel comfortable around. I recommend him to anyone who values a good massage experience. read more

I've seen Manny a couple of times just for Massage and thought I'd try what he calls the Royal Treatment. First off he is an Amazing Masseur! I always feel like new person after he works on me.... Knowing that I decided to go to his shop in Ktown to try some of his treatment. Cute shop, clean and very comfortable. Once on the table he applied Hot stones to warm me up. Next he gave me his signature "Ginger scrub/wrap". That was amazing. You get wrapped up with foil and hot stones and blankets after you are scrubbed. It will be a bit warm, really warm and he will let you know that ahead of time. While I was baking he did a Paraffin treatment to my feet too. When you get flipped over he scrubs/wraps and bakes your front side and applies a sea salt facial. He also does this scalp massage with Tea tree oil. Once all that is done you get this Amazing massage. When it was all done.... I felt like a million..... No a trillion bucks. Manny is not only an Awesome therapist but such a nice person. He is personable, caring, accommodating and quite knowledgable. It's like visiting a friend. I didn't want my time to be over. After years of hopping around to different massage therapists via Groupon or gift certificates, I finally found the guy. This is easily the best massage I've ever had. I am a long distance ocean swimmer and Manny is always there before a big race or swim. I usually do 90 minutes now and the cupping is key, in addition to the massage. I've never worked with someone who takes their time and listens to you, tailors the appointment to exactly your needs and is even willing to go over the time you've paid for to make sure that you get the most out of your therapy. Manny is amazing and his pricing is extremely affordable, especially for Los Angeles. After the treatment, not only do I feel great physically, but also mentally. It's both relaxing and therapeutic. Manny is, hands down, the best masseur I've ever had! Do not be put off by the exterior - it's a modest store front. I have had many massages in the highest-end spas, but nothing has ever compared with Manny. He is extremely articulate with his fingers, he takes his time, he also does cupping, light shiatsu, polarity and sometimes uses stones. The best thing about his is that I never feel rushed and he always pays attention. They throughly educated me on this ancient 5000 year old treatment derived from China. Wow what a difference a year can make! Visited this week and Cici was my provider. I paid $45 for…read morean hour like I did before (still a great deal!) and was escorted to the room. I asked for medium pressure. The massage was very weak only focusing on my back and shoulders. After 20 minutes, I was offered a tuggy for $60. I declined as I was only interested in a massage. Cici became very angry and kept insisting but I declined. After 30 minutes, I was told to leave. I explained I had half an hour left and was told that I'm no good and not allowed to come back. I will not visit again! If you visit, ask for a different provider.
