I had a Lash Lift and Lash Tinting done by Katie and let me just say it is the best thing I could have done. I have very short and straight lashes that require me to wear waterproof mascara everyday which end up weighing my lashes down anyway. Now with the Lash Lift and Tint I don't even need to use mascara! Super easy for me to get ready in the morning, it's life changing. The salon is very clean and aesthetically pleasing. SUPER bummed at my experience. Lisa made me wait about 20min both times I saw her. The initial cut was only about 10-15min and she left my hair wet, not sure why she did that but I was new in her chair and just went with the flow. I went home and styled it only to be disappointed in the style and precision of the cut. Made another appointment to get it fixed, she seemed to not see what the issue was and in short made it seem like miscommunication....but I had told her that I had a-line bob and I was looking to sharpen it since I had lots of breakage from my hair being chemically processed. She seemed to have forgot :/ I didn't want to argue since she was the one holding the scissors. Long story short, she fixed it but only after blaming the texture of my hair and blaming communication when in reality, I think she rushed my first cut. It's obvious Lisa has her clientele and so maybe I was just that one rare occasion where it isn't a good experience. I am grateful she was able to make it look better but just the hassle of having to go back, the awkwardness, the 20min wait each time I saw her, is why I give 2 stars. read more

There aren't enough stars to give this salon. Whether you're getting a simple cut or going all out and getting a dye and style you will always come out looking your best. Lisa is absolutely amazing! I have very thick, course, curly hair and she is able to tame this mane. Even with her high clientele it is worth a 20 minute wait and she makes each experience a memorable one. I had the pleasure of securing a hair cut with Bianca today. I called the salon's main number and the person who answered the phone said she would pass along my phone # and she would return my call. Bianca called back within a few minutes and luckily she had availability this afternoon. The salon is very clean, with all COVID-19 precautions being followed. Bianca is a wonderful conversationalist and very friendly. I keep my hair very short and some stylists are hesitant to cut it the way I like. Bianca was slow and steady and asked me my opinion as she proceeded whcih I really liked. I walked out of the salon with perfect hair and will definitely return. I was seen by Bianca. I asked her to do a layered hairstyle that I've never tried. Because it was something I've never done with my hair before, I was hesitant about the cut, but Bianca did a great job of taking her time, and explaining how she would cut my hair to accomplish the look I was going for. I have thick hair, so she had to take her time to cut it, which I really appreciated. She also asked me where I naturally part my hair to customize the cut more to my liking. The hairstyle was new, so it took a couple of days for me to adjust to it, but it doesn't take away from the fact that Bianca did a great job, and cut my hair beautifully read more

Yesterday I had a great experience with Lisa! She made me feel welcome while also fixing my completely messed up hair! I've got a lot to work with but she ended up doing an amazing root touch up and had it blended seamlessly into my old color. My younger cousin also had her hair done. There was a complete line going all the way around her head from her dark roots grown out about 4 inches. Lisa managed to get rid of that line and lighten her hair up quite a bit. We are both in love now, I'm coming back in February! read more
