My first facial was $35, which seemed reasonable, so I decided to come back and support a small business. At my second visit, I was told the price would be $80. But when it was time to pay, they charged my card $120--without any explanation or warning. This is completely unacceptable. I feel ripped off and taken advantage of. There is absolutely no excuse for this kind of shady, dishonest pricing. If you value your hard-earned money and expect even basic honesty, stay far away from this place. I will never go back, and I'll be warning everyone I know to avoid them as well. They will rip you off!!

However, I decided to play with getting the idea of just getting the under arch waxed and the top tweezed in hopes of not breaking out. I reached out to Evelyn to see if this was an option and she agreed to do so with the disclaimer that they may not look as polished as they would with wax which was a risk I was willing to take. It has now been a few days since I got them done and NO breakouts for the 1st time in my history of eyebrow treatments! Evelyn also wiped the area down with an alcohol prep pad afterward.
