I'm not sure who I texted with as they never asked my name or gave me theirs. I booked a 10am appointment the day before my trip and the woman opening the place was late. She came in with no acknowledgement of me, on a very loud phone call and unlocked the door. She stayed on the phone while I had a seat in the waiting area and continued to open the salon. After about 10 mins she finally spoke to me asking if I was here for a spray tan (still had her cell phone to her ear) then she went back to finally set up the spray tan area. The whole process was very quick and when I mentioned a cover for my white nail polish she brushed it off and told me they would be fine. Surprise! My manicure was ruined with a brown stain over them. She did not give me a full coverage spray and even after I told her this was only my second time being sprayed gave me no advice or care. The tan itself was not done well. She had a dirty towel she used with the spray machine and could barely work it when we were starting. At the end she put a fan on me and told me to wait 20 seconds and get dressed and was out the door before I could ask a question! Horrible service. Horrible experience. Horrible tan. For $50 I expect a lot more than what I got and will definitely be going anywhere else from now on.

She will not refund my money. Again, I am loyal to my people so since my aesthetician is not there anymore, I want to take my hard earned money somewhere else. On the certification agreement, it does not state there is an expiration date and or that it's nonrefundable Or that I need to spend equal value with her product's. She is in the wrong by being spiteful to her ex employee clients. She is not professional. Do not waste your time with her or your hard earned money. I always prefer to sleep in the formula and shower it off the next morning. I love the formula she uses which lasts a solid week and wears off evenly.
