I dropped in for a haircut without an appointment and I received amazing service. I had to wait for about 30 minutes, but it was totally worth it. Once I was in the chair, Valerie was immediately interested in listening to me and what I was looking to have done. Her genuine concern for me and my nerves was greatly appreciated. She listened intently and shared her advice with me. She surely set me at ease and I left there knowing that I would be back to see her. Thanks for the great service!!! read more

HORRIBLE SERVICE, CUSTOMER SERVICE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!! I had eye lash extensions done there by Stephanie. She rushed thru the application, used too much glue and attached between 3-5 fake eyelashes to my real ones, each being glooped on with glue. I returned to her to have them fixed and she just applied more lashes and more glue. (she told me that this is how they were attached by everyone who applied eyelashes) I found out that my eyelashes were improperly and unprofessionally done by her. (I consulted with a professional makeup artist, another person who does eyelash extensions and a girl who has worn eyelash extensions for over 2 years. They all said the same thing....... She did a horrible job!!!! Unfortunately I found out too late...... All of my eyelashes and extensions broke off leaving me with almost bald eye lids!!! What is left are stubbles of where my eyelashes once were. I called Beauty by Belle several times regarding this and the owner, Belle aka Laura finally called me back. I told her everything that happened and her concern was nothing! She had the attitude of "OH WELL" and "IT HAPPENS". She showed absolutely no concern that all my eyelashes broke off!!! Upon talking to her several times this week, she refused to help me in any way to help me with the regrowth of my lashes, she refused to give me a refund and has taken no responsibility for her employee, Stephanie, for applying my extensions improperly.
