Every time you enter, you are greeted by smiles from the Front Desk. Everyone is very kind and has a warm personality, the atmosphere is nice and the interior is beautifully decorated. The only services I have done is cut and color, such as a balayage. This salon and medspa seems to be the one-stop shop for all sorts of needs from hair, tanning, makeup, manicures/pedicures, etc. The massage chairs while you get your hair washed is top notch. Sara is phenomenal. She takes the time to make sure that you are comfortable, listens carefully to what you want, super accommodating and just always does a great job. Even the advice that she gives, she doesn't overstep and try to take anything over without your approval. The entire experience is a breeze with her. I look forward to booking with her again when she gets back from her maternity leave and I would definitely not mind exploring other services.

I also am not comfortable going back to the salon at this point. I am relieved I got my money back but the damage will take years to repair. I wear wigs daily to look professional for work. I'm not sure how I'll manage on vacation at the beach or for photos but given the circumstances I'll have to make do. Hopefully the salon learned to be more cautious and perhaps do a strand test on hair they aren't sure of while also not leaving the bleach on too long.

I immediately felt at ease. I'm going through a bad time in life, so the haircut was symbolic and a way to feel good about myself. I probably spilled too much (that's what good hairdressers are for though!). What impressed me the most is how knowledgeable and kind all of the people there seemed. I had a small issue with the back of my hair, and it was fixed immediately with no extra charge. The stylists explain what they're doing and ask plenty of questions, so you feel like they're really listening to you, which I liked. My final haircut got several compliments from people right afterwards, and ended up being very stylish and sassy, and way more in line with what is popular right now than my original idea.
