I've gone here since they opened and when it was only the Redding Mall location. I've always had a good experience until today. I was called at noon exactly(the time of my appointment ) as Im walking in the door and left a extremely rude voicemail. Yes I have made appointment in the past that I canceled two days before each time due to not having the day off or low on fund due to COVID because I made the appointment a month before, But never have a ever been a no show and that didn't stop them from accusing me of it multiple times in the voicemail and in person. I'm sorry your app doesn't work up to your liking with canceling appointments but I did everything I was suppose to in canceling them as your app says to do it. The assistant manager was the one helping me too and was extremely rude when I got there as she's hanging up the phone from leaving me a rude voicemail. I will never be going back and believe me when I say this all my friends and family will not be going back to this place as well. read more

I usually have GREAT experiences here, but today not so much. I drove to Redding (from Alturas) just to get my eyebrows threaded and was immediately disappointed in the lack of customer service that I usually get at this location (my go to). One of the girls was a little hasty and rude as soon as I walked in. Due to the mask muffling sounds I asked "what" a few times, and got a reply of "the mask isn't over your ears, why can't you understand?". I was definitely taken back by that remark. I also had to sneeze while my brows were getting done and she was pretty upset at me. I understand Covid but I had a mask on and tried to be discreet as possible. I understand bad days, but that's no reason to treat your long time customers rudely. I don't want to sound like a "Karen", but I hope this will change things in the future. Hurts more than any other threading I've had but the results are worth it. I've never had to wait longer than a few minutes and they check in often to see if you like the results. I have really hard eyebrows to shape and they do a great job at it. I used to drive all the way to say to get my eyebrows done because I'm that picky. Thankfully I found this place and don't have to do that anymore. I do notice that I have to get my eyebrows done more often with threading than waxing but that's ok. read more

The girl was EXTREMELY rude here. Absolutely don't recommend. From the very beginning they treated me very poor. I got yelled at for taking off what I use to fill in my brows and got all my points removed because I didn't have my card with me. I think it's silly that I was told I MUST have my rewards card. Every store now has them and I don't want to carry a card for every store. Most places have no problem with looking up my phone number but apparently it's too inconvenient to do that at your store. I won't be back if I MUST have my card every time. My first time eyebrow threading was two days ago through these people. I felt that they had alot of experience and knew what they were doing. I showed up, and not even less than 3 minutes later without an appointment I already was sitting down. It honestly didnt take long at all. They made me feel comfortable and they let me see if I wanted them thinner, etc. They also had their own rewards program. Very affordable. Not sure about the rest of the facial threading but it was an amazing experience and i will definitely go again!! read more
