They basically run on appointment-based schedule so MAKE SURE TO BOOK AHEAD OF TIME ON THE APP AND DONT BE LATE OR YOU CAN LOSE YOUR SPOT! Just be early by at least 5 mins so that everything runs smoothly. Walk ins are very hard to do for them since it's just 2 ladies running the place. Just imagine yourself trying to do all that by yourself!! Anyways this is the place to go! I've been coming for four years straight so I've grown very close to these women. AMAZING! Ask for KULWINDER! I was a regular for several years at Beauty By Thread in the mall, but after three mishaps I decided it was time to start doing something else. I have come to Beauty by Thread for years now because of Kulwinder. She is such a sweetheart but most importantly she is very skilled at shaping brows. Had a great experience here today during my first visit and first ever threading! I made an appointment but ended up getting to the salon earlier than I had planned and they got me in right away instead of making me wait for my appointment time which I thought was awesome.
