Kristela set these sisters straight again! Kristela is such a goddess! She is incredibly kind, warm, and very professional. I had been searching for somewhere to get my eyebrows micro bladed for about two years and just didn't feel comfortable with anywhere that I found. Then one day I searched yelp again and was like "Where did this studio come from all of a sudden?!" After looking through her before and after pictures, I knew this was the place for me! She meticulously measured my face and brows, told me what she was doing every step of the way, and prepared me for what to expect during the healing process. I am so much happier now with my face when I'm not wearing makeup and don't feel like I need to rush to put makeup on every day now. When I do put makeup on and fill in my brows they are snatched! More recently I also received a BB Glow treatment from Kristela, which was awesome! I didn't know what to expect because I had never experienced a micro needling facial before. I'm not gonna lie, it hurt and irritated my skin during the treatment, but it calmed down after a day or two. She told me that I would feel like I had a sunburn on my face for the next 24 hours, which I can say is a pretty accurate description of how it felt. After the 24 hours or so, my face began to calm down, and my skin started to glow!

They were apparently a little worse than I realized because now that I've had them done, I've received so many compliments from coworkers that it's embarrassing. Many of my coworkers already get their brows done elsewhere, but they've ALL asked me for Jen's information. As for the eyeliner, I've been wanting to get that done for at least 10 years, but after seeing some bad eyeliner jobs, I've always been too scared to do it. After seeing Jen's pictures online, I decided to go for it! I couldn't be happier with the results, and wish I had found Jen years ago. I've actually had coworkers come up to me and stare at my eyes, not believing it's permanent eyeliner. Everyone agrees that my eyeliner looks so natural. I had booked online with a tech who had great reviews but was given someone else. I decided to stay anyway. I paid extra for Dazzle Dry, which is peeling after 2 days. My previous Dazzle Dry manicure, done while on vacation, lasted 10 days without chipping because it was properly applied. I feel bad because the staff seems really sweet but based on reviews and my experience, results can be inconsistent.

Even after being fixed once for free, two more nails broke off in less than 3 days. For $80, I expected my nails to last much longer.
