I was told the facial was…read moregoing to be an anti-aging treatment, but unfortunately my skin looked significantly worse afterward. My skin texture was noticeably worse than when I walked in, and I was left with scabbing, what appeared to be burns, and an allergic reaction. What was especially frightening was that during the treatment itself, I felt significant burning on my face. I was very scared and uncomfortable, but I was told that the burning was simply from the peel they were doing. I have had professional chemical peels before, and I have never experienced burning like this during a treatment. Afterward, I contacted the clinic about my concerns. They offered me complimentary services, but after having such a frightening and traumatic experience, I did not feel comfortable allowing them to perform another treatment on my skin. I declined the complimentary services and requested a refund for the $300 facial, but they refused. I went in expecting an anti-aging treatment that would improve my skin, and instead I left with damaged skin and significantly worse texture. For $300, this was extremely disappointing and upsetting. I would not return to this clinic and would strongly encourage others to do their research before booking a treatment here.

It went well until I felt like when she went to remove I've of the eyelid covers, she must've got glue on my lid or lashes somehow and ripped when she went to take it off. I should've known that point this was going to not be good. My other eye she kept poking me with tweezers or something (my eye was closed) but I kept feeling little stinging pains and showing her it was hurting me. Then she finished (about 2 hours later around 5) and I immediately couldn't open my eye. Something kept feeling like it was stabbing my eye. I kept trying to tell her I couldn't drive home like this because my eye was watering like crazy because of whatever the lash was doing. She kept trying to fix it but we spent a good 10 mins just trying to get my eye to feel like it could open again. I eventually left when my watering eye came under control. But the rest of the night my eye was red, tearing up like CRAZY, and hurting. I thought with time it would get better but by the next morning my eye was swollen and VERY irritated. I had to remove the lashes less than 24 hours later in the morning by my mom's lash girl who fit me in for emergency lash removal. When I went to get them taken out, she told me there were hardly any lashes and that usually the amount she took off both eyes was the amount on both my eyes. So basically there were hardly any lashes on. She said they were placed improperly, which is why my one eye swelled up. Looking back, when I left Nita offered me a "free follow up appointment" but I wonder now if it was because she wasn't sure about her work. Needless to say I won't be coming back for that. EDIT: Green Skincare saw my review and apologized to me and gave me my money back for this. I appreciate it, and wanted to add that to the review that some action was taken to remedy this.
