Very kind and explains the step to step process for hair coloring -- did an amazing job. Price is as quoted, no price change. After a service with Tammy, my hair feels much better, feels lighter and healthier. I've have gone back weekly / bi weekly to see Tammy and Dina -- both very positive, friendly and extremely skilled. A complete waste of money…read more I had a terrible experience at this salon, and I am never going back. They work is far from the Professional. First, the consulting was frustrating. The staff member didn't speak English and kept repeating "sugar" to upscale my service, even though I clearly chose the basic menu for the cuticle and heel care. The nail shaping was done poorly. I asked for a round shape, but it was rough and uneven. Even after I pointed it out, the technician failed to fix it properly until I took a photo on my phone to show the sharp spot. The cuticle removal was also poorly executed. During the pedicure, they skipped a hard patch of skin on my toe. When requested to clean it, the technician made excuses. They then proceeded to watch the TV while working on my feet, rubbing the wrong spot, which caused pain. Finally, before completing my service, the technician left to attend to another customer. Up on inspecting my nails, I noticed the tip were missing the top coat. They do not listen to customer feedback and lack basic technical skills. This service is definitely not worth paying for.
