Very bad!! Did not file down my nails. I asked for powder nails and the lady did not file it down at all. Could also not communicate well, I told her that it was thick but she misunderstood me and thought I was talking about and did a design on it instead. Also they did not tell me the price of everything I got they only told me the total. They also didn't give me a message like other places do. The shop itself is a nice and relaxing atmosphere and its very pretty inside. The pedicure chairs are also comfy and not raggedy like some shops. The pedicure was also great. I tried this place for the first time since I recently moved to the area. Overall, the work is average, nothing specially good but nothing to complained about... until..I pay. First on their booklet, manicure is $25 for the basic one. I decided to choose different colors for my nails-- no design, just different colors from their shelf. The lady did my nail went ahead and did it, until when I pay and she decided to charge me $30 because I have multiple colors--- I know it's only $5 but it left me a bad taste since there wasn't any mention of it before I did it, and that wasn't anywhere to be found in their menu booklet. With my pedi-manicure, it's a total of $75. I had recently gotten some cash from the bank so I paid cash.... Then they have the audacity to claim one of the bill is fake, without giving me any reason. So fine, so I told them I'll pay cash instead... except after they charge I learned there's a 2%fee using credit card. So, definitely not coming back. Came by today to get my nails fixed from my previous experience at another place (which was terrible, they had over drilled into my nails). I have been looking for a local place to go to since I moved here and thankfully found this gem! The inside is spacious with lots of pedicure and manicure stations. I called beforehand and was able to come in within 30 minutes. I arrived and was helped by Tammy, the owner. I showed her my nails and told her about the sensitivity and throughout the entire experience she was very careful and meticulous with her work on my nails. The lady that did my pedicure butchered my toe nails cutting them extremely short and slanted causing two of them to become ingrown. Also, they recently change their menu, and when I asked why I wasn't getting the paraffin wax they told me that their menu had changed a year ago which I don't believe it's true because I had been there in the last couple of months and I had requested the same pedicure and got the same service except for this last time. These ladies are awesome! We had a large group of 6 and call to make a reservation in advance. They were able to accommodate us all at the same time. We made a lot of last minute add ons and they happily obliged despite being on a tight schedule with other clients. Everyone was very patient with us as we didn't really know what we wanted. They didn't try to sell us anything extra which is a rarity when it comes to nail salons. Honestly, pretty disappointed with this place. I usually go to my nail tech all the way in campbell but didn't feel like driving so far and decided to try this place out. First, I booked an appointment with Tammy (the owner) on the website and ended up getting another lady. Along with that, I booked a deluxe gel manicure and just got a regular one without all the special treatment. My nail shape on all nails are super crooked and I also asked for a full set but the lady insisted we keep my nails as is even though it's been a LONG time since I've had a fresh set. She was also pretty rough with filing my nails and I felt like my actual nail was going to fall off. I understand everyone has different methods on how they do things but this place made me realize why I drive so far to get my nails done in the first place. If you have a good nail tech, don't leave them ladies! Overall, definitely has room for improvement but I was not impressed. read more

A lovely lady who works at the Alo store at Stanford had the most beautiful nails. I asked her for info on her manicurist, so she asked me to go to I Nails in Milpitas and ask for Tammy. My teenage daughter was interested in trying dipped nails as they are easier on your nails than acrylic nails. We called and got an appointment right away. We were a little skeptical about the long drive from Palo Alto to Milpitas, but we are glad we made the trip, Tammy is wonderful. She is extremely knowledgeable and is truly an expert. The ladies there are all very hardworking and sincere. The place is very clean, is in a strip mall with loads of parking, and the pricing is very reasonable. My daughter convinced me to get my nails done, too. The last time I got acrylic nails done was more than two decades ago. So, I was not thrilled to try it. I was unhappy initially with the results, but Tammy was very patient and willing to listen and fix the issues. She did a great job, and I love the result! I would highly recommend this place. The place itself is nice and relaxing but overall the service is pretty basic. The plane down the street charges me 35 for a classic pedicure and I bring my own non toxic polish for them to add. They still charge me extra even though I'm not using their products. They didn't ask me if I wanted any water or tea like most places do. The lady who did my feet had to redo my toes because after she finished, was wiping down my feet with a super abrasive towel and wiped off the paint. Had to sit there another 30-40 mins for her to redo using their gel instead. She put a few coats of their own white gel polish and it came out almost transparent. I paid 50 bucks for an hour and a half basic pedicure. I even said it's too light to her and it's not pigmented enough, she ignored me twice and walked to the back. Never coming back here, I'll go to the less aesthetic shop down the street who does it right and cheaper. read more

This was my first time walking into this nail shop for a pedicure. The salon is clean, lots of parking space and they have windows wrapped around the salon which make it comfortable. Their massage chair is pretty strong which I enjoyed . My favorite part was Tammy's customer service and attitude. She did a great job on my pedicure. My nails look beautiful. But honestly, her customer service and upbeat energy literally made me smile. She made my day. I don't really get that anymore from nail shops. I used to look forward to getting my nails done but not so much anymore because of the bad service and bad attitudes I'd always get from the workers. So far, I've only had a pedicure here, but I will definitely update after my manicure. Ann also did a great job with my fiance's pedicure.
