On average, in my hometown Houston, I pay any where from $7-$10 to get a decent job so when I saw that the price was $12, I figured that this place must as well be good. NEGATIVE. When I first walked in the ladies looked at me like was lost. They were not warm at all, nonetheless, I wanted to get my eyebrows done, so I ignored the feeling. ALWAYS TRUST YOUR INSTINCTS. I sat in the chair of the non-Indian woman I think she was from Eastern Europe by her accent. When my eyes were closed I could hear and feel her using the scissors more than she used the thread on my eyebrows and when she handed me the mirror, I felt like crying. I asked the other lady if she could fix it and she stated "If you don't like it, you don't have to pay and can leave." I have never been so insulted in my life from a threading salon. They assumed that I didn't want to pay when all I wanted was for someone with better hands to fix the situation. The Easter European lady went on to state that "I've been doing this for 5 years and never had a complaint." As if to put the blame back on me for trimming off half of my eyebrows. Now I have to rub castor oil on my eyebrows and hope that my eye brows grow back again. Bottom line, these people are rude and charge too much to do a shoddy job.

I then proceeded to get my face waxed as well......I highly advise against it if you are not aware of what time of wax you are sensitive to. They used a soft wax on my face which literally tore my skin right off, I was able to get my money back for the face wax but three weeks later my skin is still scared and is still peeling from the effects. While I was getting my face waxed I noticed that my face was getting rubbed slit towards the end with an aloe type lotion cause the technician could. It tell if the wax was still in face. It took me one look in the mirror to realize that it wasn't wax, she was just rubbing my skin super hard aggravating it more. So as far as threading and tinting goes, kudos they got that down. Waxing however, I'll stick to actual wax spa from now on

Fantastic people! Love the workers. Everyone is so friendly and kind. They were able to take us as…read morea walk in and we had no wait (Lunch time on a Tuesday). My mom and I both had nails done. Tina did my pedicure and one of the younger guys did my manicure while she was doing my pedicure. (Both gel) total time took about 20 minutes. It was really nice to be able to relax and be pampered. They had cold water available for me to drink too. The temperature of the water in the pedicure station was perfect. Everything was very clean too. My mom had her nails done by I believe Amanda. She had a full acrylic set done with a butterfly design. The girl did such a wonderful job! Everyone again was super friendly, talkative and helped make our experience relaxing. It did not smell like some of the nail places I've walked into with an over powering aroma of nail chemicals it smelt clean and was obviously well kept. I 100% will be back in a few weeks and recommend this place to everyone!
