What I love is that there's been no pressure for unnecessary procedures and they always provide solid tips. I've left with clean, shining teeth and a comfortable experience each time I'd argue that what makes this office stand out most is the staff. I see many of the same friendly faces each visit, and they always take the time to remember your name, what's going on in your life, and even set Alexa devices to whatever radio station you want so the appointment feels relaxed instead of clinical. I also decided to do clear aligners through them using the Reveal Clear Aligners system. I had been on the fence for years, but saw this recommendation as it was more affordable than Invisalign and other options I looked at, and the results were great for closing gaps in my teeth. The whole process was smooth, well‑explained, and easy to stick with. Waverly has earned my trust, and I plan to keep coming back. Highly recommend this office and dental team!

Later, I needed to reschedule, and that's where everything went downhill. Beware they also want to charge you if you don't cancel on time...makes sense why they don't work with you when it comes to that. I called and Priscilla put me on hold for about 11 minutes without saying anything or giving me an update. I eventually hung up because that's way too long to leave someone waiting. If she was busy or the only person working, all she had to do was communicate that or offer to call me back from the start. After that, I called back twice from my phone and no one answered. Then I called from a different phone, and suddenly my call was picked up right away. At that point, I was frustrated that I told her to just cancel my appointment. I understand people get busy, but from my perspective, my calls from my number were being ignored. That's not how potential patients should be treated. The owner should be aware of how the front desk is handling patients because experiences like this can drive people away before they ever step into the office. I was genuinely interested in becoming a patient, but after this, I decided to go somewhere else.

I have the absolute worst fear of seeing a dentist. I literally cry just thinking about it. When I…read morego, I shake uncontrollably and sob during the entire time I'm at an office! This was absolutely Not the case when I went to Flossy!!! First, there is awesome parking so that is a huge plus for me. The building is very welcoming and decorated so nicely and nothing like a scary doctors office. I got to the office about 15 minutes late, (Dallas traffic) and Natasha was so understanding. She said she has the same problem with crazy drivers, lol. She was so warm and welcoming with the most beautiful smile so I knew I was in trusted hands:) I explained my fear of dental procedures and she let me put my headphones on and listen to my music. She was so fast and clean! My teeth have never been so white! I'm a smoker and 3 coffee a day drinker so my teeth were gross. I first visited the office after badly cracking one of my teeth. I was a part of a wedding just a few days later and I needed and rapid turnaround on my work. Dr. Ortiz saw me on the same day the incident happened and less than a week later I had a new tooth that looked remarkable. In addition to my crown, I also did a full whitening treatment that restored my teeth's natural whiteness. I looked great for the wedding and I couldn't ask for more efficient service. I returned to Dr. Ortiz for both a normal cleaning and then a full deep cleaning and scaling. Her staff did an excellent job of cleaning my teeth and explaining everything that was needed to ensure they remain healthy and attractive. I proudly recommended Dr. Ortiz to my friend, and she showed the same care and cheerfulness that won me over. Overall, I cannot recommend this dentist highly enough. She is skilled and friendly. From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed by the receptionist. Then I met Paulie who immediately made me feel at ease. I liked how she explained in detail what was happening, it made me feel calm. At the end of the cleaning, Dr. Milenbaugh checked my teeth and he was very honest on what procedures I needed to have done and the timeframe. Over the…read morecourse of my care I received a few cavity fillings - that felt like it was a race to see how fast they could finish - my fillings then required adjustment following my appointments because they were causing shooting pain when I bit down or ate anything. The office did offer to fix my fillings so I went back and they evened them out and the shooting pain was fixed and I was told there was no additional cost. 7 Months later I received an invoice from them for the filling adjustment saying my insurance did not pay for it even though it was presented to me as a complimentary fix on a poorly executed filling done by them in the first place.
