She gave me an awesome clarifying shampoo with a mesmerizing neck massage that put me in the zone. Everyone at the salon was super nice. The salon itself was very clean. It was way too quick to be an actual keratin. the first chick was rude, color cut keratin. worst hair cut ever, went back to get fixed and she could care less. didn't fix and she was rude, unpleasant. went back to a guy there as he was recommended, also doesn't know what a keratin treatment is. he was much more pleasant, but the place not worth it.

I would buy a lot more if prices were more reasonable, but its a niche business. Most of the items come from other countries . I will buy one or two things I love and if possible come back for a sale. They always have excellent customer service and strive to get customers in and out in a timely manner.The store stays neat and organized, you see people straightening and helping customers to keep it that way. The organization of the store also helps with giving fantastic customer service. They can always find and suggest additional items.

It worked great in my schedule and the front desk woman (Sonia?) was friendly and very sweet and accommodating. They asked for a $25 credit card to hold the appointment. I never have had that before, but I get it, with this being a tourist area in the summer...and people can forget when on vacation. Just wanted the review to note that so you know. Sam aka Samantha :-) was my stylist. She was so nice and was very deliberate in her application of highlights. She asked me a lot of questions and listened before we started. The highlights turned out great and hid my gray salt and pepper and blended into my previous highlights. She gave me a great haircut too, perfect length taken off and nice layering. The salon was quaint and everyone was friendly. I recommend the salon and Sam my stylist.

Joanne gave me an amazing cut, and Cynthia did an equally great job on my brows! I found the staff to be professional and personable, giving me the feeling of comfort and ease.
