I wish I could give this more than 5 stars! I have been to a lot of hair salons and NEVER have I felt more comfortable coming here. Everyone was so welcoming from the minute I walked in to the minute I left. My cheeks hurt from laughing so much with everyone. I got my hair put into some braids by Teshia and I must say, she was fantastic! Checked in from time to time to make sure I was okay. & not to mention, my hair looks FABULOUS & Miami ready! I showed her a simple picture & she was off from there. She even added her own touch to it, which turned out to be better than the picture I showed her! Dana, the owner, is wonderful! She treated me as if I was a guest in her home. She, as well, checked in a few times to see if wanted anything. I can't recall the barbers name (I believe it was Delmar maybe), but he even shared some laughs with us! Even though I wasn't Delmar or Dana's client, that didn't hold them back from talking and conversing with Teshia and me. I WILL be back and I WILL be referring everyone to this lovely place! If you want excellent customer service and lovely hair, this place is a MUST GO TO! I can't wait to go back and see all the other ladies for additional services that Dana offers there! read more

I have know the owner Dana for over 20 years. She is amazing. She has always fit me into her schedule and she listens to what her customers wants and needs. She is absolutely amazing. She does community events and helps anyone in need. During the summer she does free hair cuts for families in need and throughout the Covid shut down she was able to get kits out to her clients to help them maintain their hair until she could see them. She has gone out to elderly customers homes when they could not make it to her. She always posts her openings and will send out any cancelations so that other clients can get in sooner. She is one of the easiest going people you'll ever meet. Don't worry if she doesn't specialize in what your looking for, her referral list is extensive. Ya'll, I have been to too many stylists to count, man! Prices in this area are MAD crazy and the thing is, paying $300 for a cut and color doesnt even guarantee you end up with the best. But going to Dana does! This girl is THE REAL DEAL- plus you can get nails, waxing, tinting, lashes, threading, all in a one stop shop. Their prices make you feel like you are getting some kind of family discount cause all the ladies in here treat you like family, hook you up with the best treatments, dont try to upsell you, and let you leave with a little change left in your pocket! I have been taking my daughter to Dana for about 3 or 4 years. When Dana originally started with her hair it was severly damaged. Dana started from scratch with her and got it growing again. I have started taking my youngest to her and Dana has made such a wondeful impression on her she constantly asks when will she see Mrs Dana again. Dana is a wonderful stylist, she makes sure your comfortable when at the salon. During this covid pandemic she has made sure she and her other stylist are protected as well as her clients. During the time her business was closed due to COVID. The owner was still servicing her clients by dropping off at home hair color for us to keep up with our color. She is my go to stylist and color, she listens to what I want and is very thorough. She is very friendly, always reachable considering how busy she can get. Beauty Mafia is the Only place I will go to get my hair done. Both my daughter and I are regular customers. There service is excellent. It's a one stop salon.
