I met the sweetest lady who worked at the store. Her name was Kimberly. She took her time trying to find the right tone of foundation that would match my skin, then she spent about 30 minutes teaching me how to correctly apply​ makeup​ for my face shape. and she even gave samples of two face creams that have worked miracles on my face. She is very sweet and is clearly passionate about what she does. I am going back this week to buy the two creams that she recommended and gave me samples of. If you have any questions makeup related just stop by the store and ask to speak with Kimberly. The other workers there, I couldn't say the same. I came in looking for hair extensions and the first off, the staff was very quick to find someone to help me. Lilianna was kind enough to come and help me out. I was very picky about the pertect color match but she was very patient, reassuring and helpful through the entire process. She took her time and made sure I was completely happy with my choice and never made me feel rushed. I had a couple of questions about hair products and she knew her stuff. She explained how to best use each product and helped me find the right options for my hair. Her friendly attitude and genuine care me as a customer made the whole experience so enjoyable. I have been ordering products for my salon for a while but I never showed up just through the phone. I loved how it is so easy and convenient for me when I don't have time to go there. They are really helpful even tho you are not there. I loved that! So now I just opened another salon I need a lot of products and I decided to come to the store to find out more products and prices for new location. Hello, just want to that Beauty Mark is the place to go for all you beauty needs and wants, they have EVERYTHING you need. I went in for make up and I was greeted by friendly staff members, I was helped by Daisy who showed me all the make up they had and she explained with patients which had the better coverage, what matched my skin tone and how to apply properly, she also pick out my eyelashes for me and explained how to apply them when needed for my sons wedding. Everything she taught me in my time that I spent with her was very helpful and everything was perfect for my sons wedding, makeup, lashes & color for my hair. The help was honestly amazing. Whenever I walk into the store I'm greeted with smiles and good energy and immediately get asked what I need help with. All the workers know what they're doing. Yesterday I went into beauty mark for the first time and I was approached by a girl named Maral. I told her I had to fix the color of my hair because I totally messed it up.
