Know that I was 10 years younger looking before I went in and they decided to ruin that for a few dollars. They seem to be totally OK with ruining somebody's life, and I went to them after being attacked and having a hematoma above my eye. They made that look worse too. I arrived on time and was left waiting for almost 50 minutes, only for my appointment to suddenly be CANCELLED . The explanation I was given was honestly shocking. I was told I could not receive the laser facial because my moisturizer "contains acids" (which actually don't) and that I would need to wait TWO WEEKS before being treated. The cream in question is a basic barrier repair moisturizer containing ingredients like hyaluronic acid and fatty acids, common hydrating and skin barrier ingredients found in countless moisturizers, including products often recommended after cosmetic procedures and laser treatments. Calling these ingredients "unsafe acids" showed a very concerning LACK OF EDUCATION and professionalism from someone performing cosmetic laser treatments! And if this truly is their policy, then clients should absolutely be warned BEFORE the appointment that they must stop using products containing hyaluronic acid or similar ingredients for two weeks. Most skincare products and moisturizers today contain these ingredients, so this is not some unusual or rare situation. None of this was mentioned while booking, during confirmation, or even while I sat there waiting almost an hour. The entire situation felt extremely disorganized and honestly more like an excuse for running behind schedule than a legitimate medical concern. There are many professional laser clinics in Los Angeles, and unfortunately this location did not inspire confidence, professionalism, or trust. I will definitely not be returning.

I never confirmed or scheduled an appointment, yet I'm now getting nonstop text messages reminding me about an "upcoming appointment" and warning that I'll be charged a $50 no-show fee if I don't attend. I've tried calling multiple times to straighten it out, but no one answers the phone. If you're going to threaten patients with fees, at least have someone available to answer the phone and fix your own scheduling errors. Very frustrating experience.
