this place made me chopped omf. They charged me $35 PER unit of botox... absolutely scam. Shouldve been the first red flag... then they add 10 more units than i asked for and changed me for it. Now its been a couple days and it hurts to do anything my face is so swollen i really recommend not going here. In total i payed 1,300 to look like a whale. Dillon also incorporated is input and agreed for them to add the extra 10 units of botox

I felt disrespected throughout my visit, and they even took photos of me without my consent, which made me very uncomfortable. I was also overcharged, and instead of receiving a proper printed receipt, I was given a handwritten receipt on a piece of paper. Based on my experience, I believe this business should be investigated to ensure it is following proper business practices. I strongly encourage others to review their receipts carefully and be aware of how they are treated before doing business here. The interaction became hostile, staff raised their voices, and despite her not consenting, a staff member still took a photo of her. Overall, we felt dismissed, pressured, and not treated with the care or respect a patient deserves. I'm sharing this so others can make an informed decision.

My tia came here to get Botox and they did her dirty My cousin called them to bring the issue to their attention. They said I'll give them a refund if they come into the office to sign some paperwork and take pictures of my Tia, but my cousin was smart and waited for the refund first before doing any other thing when tbey got there and that's when the girl in the purple got mad. Six grown women yelling at my tia toda viejita and cousin.

My mother had a very disappointing experience with Beauty Me MD, and I feel obligated to share it so others can make an informed decision. My mother underwent treatment at this clinic, and the results left her face noticeably asymmetrical. She has been extremely upset and emotionally affected by the outcome. We spent weeks going back and forth with the office regarding a full refund. After multiple conversations, we were under the impression that the clinic had agreed to refund her. However, when we arrived at the office, the focus immediately shifted to obtaining photographs and signatures. After we were informed that they were not going to honor the refund we had been expecting, we told them my mother was no longer comfortable proceeding. Despite that, we felt they were pressuring us to sign paperwork and allow photographs, as though obtaining those signatures and photos was their top priority. It gave us the impression that they were more concerned with protecting themselves than addressing what had happened to my mother. The interaction became extremely hostile. Staff members raised their voices at us and repeatedly insisted that we sign the paperwork. Despite us clearly stating that my mother did not consent to moving forward, a staff member proceeded to take a photograph of her anyway, even after we expressed that she was uncomfortable. Another issue that concerned us was the Botox treatment itself. During the consultation, my mother was told she would need approximately 50 units of Botox, yet she was ultimately charged for 90 units. We questioned this discrepancy but never received an explanation that satisfied us. Because of this experience, we intend to file complaints with the appropriate consumer protection and professional licensing agencies . We are also considering sharing my mother's before-and-after photos so others can see the results for themselves. If you are considering treatment here--especially members of the Persian community, as this clinic advertises extensively on Persian television and radio--I encourage you to do your own research, ask detailed questions, and carefully review everything before proceeding. This review reflects our personal experience. I have also shared this review in a digital format to also let people know about our personal experience without encouraging viewers to do anything that may cause defamation to this business. My only intention is to share a honest review about a personal experience.

If there was an option for 0 stars i would do so IMMEDIATELY! After viewing the TikTok video, safe to say they look like they would torture you and say you asked for it. Even if the video didn't exist and I decided to go to this clinic for consultation, I would for sure pass on and never look back because they seem like the type to harass you and then play as the victim. Horrible customer service. They do not have a welcoming attitude at all. Forcibly took pictures of a mother who did not like the outcome of her Botox. The son was calm and contacted the office, but received hostile behavior from Atusa and Atusa's daughter. The Doctor originally stated that he would be able to provide a refund, Atusa and her coworkers harassed the mother and her son, forcibly taking pictures of the mother's face. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Very unprofessional place, they did not even provide a receipt, just a sticky note with writing.

Botched my mother and refused to make it right. They overcharge for Botox (2x the price) and will double the amount they state they will use without consent is what she told me happened. Very unhappy with them, very unprofessional and ghetto. Should have known they were not going to be a good place by looking at all the workers and their botched looking faces. She and my brother went back to resolve the issue per the provider a full refund will be provided. They went back, took a picture of my mother without her consent, and kicked them out because they were holding them accountable. They said "botched where?" Evidently they deny it because they don't want accountability. But if you look at this picture it's evident to an everyday person who doesn't walk around with botched faces like most of the employees.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the filler treatment I received. The results are the worst I've ever experienced completely lopsided and asymmetrical. After paying $3,500, they injected an extra 40 units into my face without my consent. The providers are unqualified, and the supervising doctor supports them purely for financial gain. They should be in jail for fraud. Strongly advise others to avoid this place entirely.

This place administered extra face filler and Botox without consent beyond what was ever agreed to. The results were completely asymmetrical and nothing like what was requested. When concerns were raised and a refund was requested and verbally approved then denied, the staff became aggressive, hostile, and borderline violent yelling, screaming, and mocking both the client and her son. They shoved paperwork and pressured to sign instead of addressing any concerns. This behavior is unacceptable and potentially unlawful. There are grounds for multiple lawsuits including battery, assault, medical battery, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence, consumer protection violations, and more. All legal options are being explored. Do not come here if you care about your face, your health, and the way you are treated. They will disrespect you, yell at you, and fill you with Botox and filler you never asked for. read more

When I called to tell them they just tell me that's what I asked for and how I loved rhem Before I left. Not true at all. I have never been so humliated. They were so rude to me on the phone. They intimidate you when you see there. They have a mirror after they're done to tell you to look at them and if you love them while six or seven other ladies are standing around you saying how good they look and OMG and it feels like an intimidation tactic to say that you love them as well. read more

I got Botox here and it ended up getting infected. My face became very swollen. I called the office because I was really worried, and honestly I couldn't believe how little they cared. I kept trying to explain what was happening, but I felt like nobody was taking me seriously. The way they handled it made me think maybe the swelling was normal because I couldn't understand why they weren't more concerned. Looking back, that was probably the biggest mistake. I was scared and felt completely alone. In the end, I had to go back to my country to have the infection treated. At the time I never thought about taking legal action because I was too naive and just wanted to get better. Looking back now, I probably should have. I just wanted to share my experience so other people know what happened to me read more

I was very disappointed by what I witnessed. A customer came in for Botox and expressed concerns that she had been charged for more units than she had requested. Instead of handling the situation professionally, multiple employees surrounded her and raised their voices, which was extremely uncomfortable to watch. The customer, an older woman, and her son deserved to be treated with respect while trying to resolve their concerns. Regardless of whether there was a misunderstanding, no customer should feel intimidated or ganged up on by several staff members. Professionalism, transparency, and respectful communication are essential in a business that relies on trust. My mother came here to get some Botox done on her face, chin and lips. She came out, looking like grinch. People were very nasty when I asked for a refund since her face looked uneven, and they started taking pictures of my mom without our consent. I would highly suggest everyone to stay the hell away from this place unless you wanna come out here, looking like a grinch Shrek monster. read more

The worst experience I have ever experienced. The girls are so rude and unprofessional. They wear scrubs and think they're essential health care workers and were just supposed to bow to their own chaos. Disgusting behavior and the doctors? No where to be found. I wish I could give you zero stars. How are you gonna tell somebody they need 50 units and then charge them for 90 units? I hope they turn into the Attorney General and your medical license. And even your old post says that you rip people off, and you've messed up their face, and I understand some people can't have a reaction to Botox. or whatever people are doing. And if anybody goes here, just pay in cash. And then print out the IRS Form 222 and put how much cash you gave them. If there are any discrepancies and the IRS catches it, they look through all their taxes for three years and the money they've made. read more

So may things I loved (in no particular order): - Very communicative from the appointment (via phone) to the confirmation and directions (via text) - Ms. Glen greeted me at the door - The studio smells divine (really sets the tranquil mood) - The studio was intimate (just me - yay) - The space was very clean (I am a stickler for clean) - There was a complimentary water waiting on me - Ms. Glen has developed her own techniques and products which speaks to her dedication and specialization (I love people who are passionate about what they do!) - Every step of the treatment was appreciated! (very detailed, very attentive, think - pampering your feet from the in-depth massage to the parrafin to the soaks to the grooming and much much more) - I got socks! This was such a special and much needed last step that I never knew I needed. It made my feet more comfortable and protected after such a beautiful treatment. She even asked me my size. How's that for customer service! - Now this one may seem trivial but I never had to hold my feet up during the treatment unless I was transitioning from the bowl to a towel. I do not like having to do that while someone attends to the bottom of my feel or heels. Ms. Glen has it worked out where I can truly relax the whole time. I also left with one of Ms. Glen's therapeutic hand and foot oils in Lemon. She makes the oils herself! It smells so good and leaves a refreshing but not overpowering scent. It feels good oiling my feet every night. Like another reviewer said, this is not your run of the mill pedicure shop. This is a therapeutic service that is worth every penny. If your feet are in need of TLC, renewal and restoration, Ms. Glen has a carefully curated service that will leave your feet feeling brand new. I had recently purchased a soap that helps with skin discoloration. It hasn't been making any improvement in the uneven skin tone and dark marks on my feet. Turns out I just needed an appointment with Ms. Glen. The exfoliation she provided literally rubbed away 15 years from my feet. My dry scratchy heels were left supple and smooth and the calloused areas were left soft. Had I known what I was in store for I would have taken before and after pictures. She even provided socks for me to leave in, to seal in the moisture. My favorite part hands down was the massage. She kneaded into these tired soles, and I needed that! I paid a little more than the price listed (which she does quote as a base price) but she also spent almost 2x the amount of time listed. My Fiancé noticed the difference in appearance and feel immediately. I intentionally waited until 24 hours+ had passed to write this review, wanting to see if my feet would feel just as nice. THEY DO!! Ms. Glen definitely puts pride in her work and I love how she checked in throughout the process to ensure I was satisfied along the way. I recommend her service to anyone looking to give their feet a more youthful feel and look. And if your feet have severe issues that might keep you from visiting open public salons, her private suite will help you feel comfortable and secure. If the salon can charge the card for penalties, why not for the actual service being provided? This was especially frustrating because the appointment was a gift for a huge accomplishment of mine, from my mother, so of course I didn't have the physical card with me. On top of that I was also charged extra for nail length without warning, and billed twice for polish: $20 for gel color and $15 for French tip, even though I only received 1 design; french tip. When I asked for clarification, staff just pointed to the online pricing--but I booked in person to avoid that confusion. The experience felt misleading. I intentionally came in person to avoid confusion and relied on the staff to guide me accurately. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. If you're considering booking here, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for more transparent and customer-friendly service.

Is absolutely insane! Then you're telling her after the fact? Who does that? I know damn well if it were yall, you would call a lawyer amongst other people to get it resolved! To whom it may concern, After coming from a video surfacing the internet I am writing this review to express my absolute disgust and disappointment regarding the appalling behavior I witnessed at Beauty Me MD. The environment here is profoundly unprofessional, and the way the staff chooses to treat their clients is completely unacceptable. My experience--and specifically witnessing the treatment of a mother at your facility--has left me shaken. After this client understandably raised concerns about the poor service she received, the situation escalated into something far worse. Instead of handling her grievances with the professionalism one would expect from a medical or beauty establishment, the staff proceeded to attack and harass her. The situation became even more egregious when a member of your team took a picture of this mother without her consent. When she rightfully stood her ground, she was met with further aggression and verbal hostility. To treat any customer--let alone a mother who is already frustrated with their service--with such harassment and total disregard for privacy and dignity is abhorrent. I am appalled that a business would operate in this manner. No one should ever feel unsafe, targeted, or harassed when visiting a service provider. I was very disappointed with my experience overall. From the beginning, I felt that customer service was lacking and that my concerns were not given the attention or respect I expected. Communication was inconsistent, and I often felt rushed rather than listened to. For a business that promotes professionalism and quality care, I expected a much more welcoming and attentive environment. Instead, the experience left me feeling frustrated and unsatisfied. There seemed to be a lack of organization, and I did not feel like my questions were answered clearly or thoroughly. The atmosphere itself was fine, but good appearances alone do not make up for poor customer experience. When people are paying for services, they deserve transparency, courtesy, and confidence that their needs are being taken seriously. Unfortunately, that was not how I felt during my visit. Absolutely the worst consultation experience I've ever had!!! My experience with Beauty Me MD was extremely disappointing. From the moment I walked in, I felt rushed and uncomfortable. When I asked questions during my consultation, instead of feeling listened to and cared for, I felt like my questions were an inconvenience and they seemed annoyed that I wanted more information. A consultation is supposed to be the time where a patient feels comfortable, informed, and confident before making a decision but I left feeling the complete opposite. That alone was enough for me to decide I would never book a procedure there. After leaving, I did more research and started looking into other patient experiences, and I'm honestly thankful I trusted my gut. Seeing the concerns and stories from people who felt they were not only unhappy but also felt they were taken advantage of or had bad outcomes confirmed that I made the right choice!!! Absolutely terrible experience. I would never recommend Beauty Me MD to anyone, especially if it's your first time getting cosmetic treatments. From the moment I arrived, I felt dismissed and disrespected. Instead of listening to what I wanted, they acted like they knew better and completely ignored my concerns. They denied the treatment I specifically asked for without taking the time to explain why in a way that made me feel informed or respected. What bothered me even more was the lack of transparency. The pricing seemed to change, and I felt like they were trying to charge me more than I was originally expecting. I got Botox and they did a horrible job to my face, I tried talking to them to see if it could be fixed or at least get a refund after they literally ruined my face and charged me twice the amount we talked about and they did not fix it or give me a refund for the procedure neither the extra charge.
