Faye is a gem. Had never done microneedling before and I'll admit, was hesitant at the idea of having needles go into my face. But personal vanity persevered and I got a 3 treatment package with Nutrifaye off Groupon. I've had 2 appointments so far and I've so far received such compliments as, "you look rested" (I'm not) and comments about my complexion looking great. After the treatment, my face is a little dry and flaky the next couple days, but then my skin looks smoother, the discoloration from sun exposure is going away, and my crows feet/laugh lines are less noticeable. Faye also takes her time to prep my skin and numb it up before getting down to business. I could literally fall asleep while she's doing the procedure because she's made sure it's painless. The sense that I got after purchasing an endermology package was that if I were an influencer I might have been treated better. Since my time there I've heard from others that I'm not the only one who's felt that way and that's ultimately what encouraged me to leave this review. My hour appointments were consistently shortened and I was told it was because of the specific needs of my body type (something like that). These appointments aren't cheap so to me that additional 15 minutes was important to me. Faye is lovely - I have nothing bad to say about her. I wanted to try micro needling and from other reviews Faye was gentle. It was my first time and all I could think is I didn't want it to hurt or look like I had abrasions over my face. I saw videos online and notes how people were bleeding so I was mentally prepared that I may look like that after. Faye is located in a building with multiple offices. During my 3 procedures of micro needling she was in the process of moving so her new office is larger. Overall it isn't bad. The first treatment wasn't as deep but the 2nd and 3rd sessions were. The numbing cream for sure works and I only felt it on body area such as my cheek bones and jaw. I was warned I may feel sunburned and that only last the rest of the day and felt fine by the next day. And I didn't peel but I slathered chilled hyaluronic acid and collagen facemasks when I got home. And did a mask daily for 3 days. She does have hyaluronic in the office for purchase as a serum or masks but I already had a serum and masks at home. Overall I did it to reduce acne scarring and after the 3rd session I did see the slightest improve. Like minuscule. But where my scarring is affects how aggressive treatments are since it in near my forehead sinuses. As a introductory to micro needling Faye made it easier. I like how they send text reminders. Parking are metered, I want to say it was $2.50 for an hour. The session is about an hour since the numbing time is about 20 mins. read more

I had a really nice experience with Faye today. She gave me a microneedle facial, and everything was great. She is a lovely woman and I enjoyed getting to know her while having my procedure. She pays attention to detail and really wants you to have the best results possible. My face was less red and irritated after seeing her than the last place I went to because she did some extra post-care techniques to help my very inflamed, sensitive skin. Faye is quite talented at what she does. I originally had bought her groupon for a facial with microneedling, but I will definitely be going back for more services. She took the time to examine and explain what issues she saw, what the proper treatment was, and there was no upselling which I loved. She never tried to push products on me that I didn't need and instead recommended I try things I already had at home to help. Her place was a bit hard to find at first, but when I called she gave me directions. After the 3rd microneedling facial I noticed quite a difference in the texture of my face. I am SO happy I found this place! I moved here from New York and was looking for a great place in LA to do facials and stumbled upon Nutirfaye's instagram. My first visit, I had an amazing facial by Faye and noticed they had other machines so I asked what other treatments they do...I am now on my 4th treatment of endermologie on my hips and thighs and I am OBSESSED- it feels like a really deep tissue massage and helps with detoxing and bloating. Best esthetician I've found! She truly takes time understanding your skin and doesn't just treat you like a number like the medical spas do. I've had 2 micro-needling treatments from her that have gone better than the one I had at a Beverly Hills med spa. I love Faye, she is very smart, sweet and wants my cellulite gone as badly as I do! I have been seeing her consistently once every week for almost 12 weeks and have seen amazing results. I've been going to Nutrifaye once a week for 6 weeks now and I love it! I'm currently doing the Endermologie treatment for my abdomen and sides. My skin has never felt and looked better! I finally heard from her last week which was the week of October 13th. She told me I rescheduled my appointment but called the wrong number. First of all, I didn't reschedule, I showed up on the day/time of my appointment. Second of all, I called the number on my phone. The same number that popped up when she called. I may have called the number on the building as well just trying to find her when she didn't show up for the appointment. Most likely I wont return for the last two sessions. What's the point of two sessions when my first three were almost two months ago? I'm really disappointed. I liked the treatments so much I considered buying five more (for a total of 10) for the regular princ, then doing monthly maintenance. Like I said she's good. Fay attended me promptly. She is very warm and knowledgable about the services that she provides. Now for the services: I read Fay's brochure and was happy to see so many modern procedures for face and body care. I went in for my first endromologie appointment. Fay worked me hard. She was very nurturing during the treatment; asking me if I want to lower the pressure. She never made me feel uncomfortable and her honest assessment on my body issues and possible results (with treatment, diet and excercise) were well-received. I walked away feeling like all of her work, combined with mine, will pay off. I didn't talk much during the treatment, but I know I could have and Fay would have been a great participant. The women having a treatment before me talked up a storm. Fay looks to be the kind of person who can manage any personality. I don't look for boutique spas as an incentive to pay for a service. I want a small spot where the person providing this service puts her heart and soul into her work. Faye is great. I'm currently under treatment for endermologie, and so far so good. Other places offer endermologie as a soothing massage, but ladies, truth to be told, if it doesn't hurt, it doesn't work. Faye will make sure you get the best results possible in the least amount of time. It will take 10-20 sessions to get excellent results, 2-3X a week. Then doing 1-2X a month maintenance to keep up the results. She also offers organic spray tanning and facials. I haven't tried them yet, but look promising. Faye has excellent technique! I've had Endermology treatments other places, and they don't compare to Faye's. Her treatments encourage me to be healthier. Faye is fairly priced, especially for the quality of her treatments. It's easy to set up appointments, and I've never had to wait. The office is very efficient and reliable. Faye truly cares about her work and her clients. I feel so comfortable at Faye's, almost as if I'm going to visit family, and I look forward to treatments with her. Awesome Microneedling!!! I absolutely love the detail and care given to my skin type. I felt the communication and expectations were set right. I go once a month for microneedling and have been referring friends as well! Great clean place, calm loving energy, and the service is wonderful. The strong numbing cream helps. I have gone other places in the past and the long scratchy strokes hurt and I left me super bloody. Here, I'm red and sunburnt looking when I leave then I notice peeling/flaking on my skin day 3-5 after my service which is normal! Customer service was rude - the phone was answered with barely a hello - don't even know who I am speaking to. The supposed Manager Leah does not understand Groupon dynamics. She told me that the groupon listed price was inaccurate and I had to pay more. Either a scam or she is just clearly inept. I was willing to pay direct full amount as I did not purchase coupon with Groupon at that point - which would be to their advantage. Ive been going to Faye for almost 1 year now for cellulite treatment. She is so professional and helpful. My cellulite was pretty horrible i was always insecure to wear shorts, however after being treated once a week for a couple of months my cellulite is gone and my legs are more tone and tighter! i love it. I wasnt sure what to expect going into it, but now that ive been receiving treatments, i recommend this to all my family and friends! i will definitely continue going for my once a month touch ups! This place is very unprofessional. I made an appointment yesterday for today at 9 am. After making the appointment, I sent an email saying it was my first time and hat I had some questions. No email back or call. I received an email reminder this morning for my appointment, so I went ahead. I arrived to the building and found their suite listed in the directory. There is no sign on the door or anything. The door was locked. I called the number and left a message. A few minutes later someone called me back to say that they are closed today. URGH!!! I found the hidden gem!! I almost don't want to write a review because I'd like to be selfish and keep Faye all to myself.. But the truth is she's a gift to women and I should share the happiness :) So here goes.. I bought a package for 6 sessions of endermologie; it's the most logically promising treatment of cellulite that I've read about and this was my first time trying the treatment.. Booking an appointment was pain free with Faye she was so sweet and fit me in within the week. She has a great location with ample free parking and the spa studio itself is really welcoming. So she started by telling me about the procedure, and her background in the business and what to expect; she made me feel so comfortable and she's so professional. I undressed and she took the time to really look at the back of my thighs and figure out where my problem areas are. Then she provided my with a freshly laundered Lycra suit to wear for the treatment and had me lay face down on the table. The device is a hand held machine that she expertly maneuvers all over my lumps and bumps turning me when needed to attack the fat from all angles and this is where it gets important ladies!! This treatment has more to do with the technician themselves than the machine.. And I truly can not imagine anybody doing a better job than Faye.. She really works hard! She makes sure she uses the right amount of pressure and she sets the intensity of the machine to the max you can handle so you really get your money's worth.. She constantly checks to make sure your doing okay and when your all done you feel like this is definitely not a gimmick. I'm currently on week two.. So I've had my second of six sessions and already I feel like my cellulite looks significantly better.. But as we all know it's not magic so I'm excited to keep going!
