This nail salon is among one of the very few places I let do my nails. I've been coming here for years and have always had a pleasant experience. There are times where I have felt rushed because there were people waiting, but my nails came out good so I didn't complain. They have a policy for you wash your hands upon coming in and choosing a nail color. Seats are comfy and all the massage chairs work wonderfully. I normally only get gel polish, but as I'm getting older and seem to have less time for color on my nails, I still come in for plain pedicures. A girl's gotta have nice feet. Always. Lol. Would highly recommend. Their team of professionals is great. They do allow walk ins but for the most part, I try to call ahead of time. I will def miss this place when I leave! read more

I've been going here for 9 years for my mail care & waxing. Excellent service. Recently, Carol did "Hairstroke with Ombré " permanent eyebrow sculpting. She did a fantastic job. My previous permanent micro blading was more painful, scabbing & faded fairly quickly. This time, no pain, NO scabbing & great shape & color. I highly recommend this salon and ALL of the staff. Come to this establishment if you want to pay $20 to leave with your eyebrows looking exactly the same as when you came in. Very expensive for the most mediocre eyebrow job I have ever had in my 10 years of getting my eyebrows threaded. read more

This is the best nail salon in the Olympia area! Friendly professional service and the quality of work and detail is amazing! Took my daughter here and Kayleigh ( le) did her nail then did a freehand design that was amazing! Coconut trees and flowers! Prices are great too. Its 2 doors down from taco bell. My feet are super sensative and Kayleigh was gentle and detailed, my feet feel new again not to mention my toenails aren't scary anymore as my daughter says. Every person who works here is sincere, professional and an excellent conversationalist. I've been getting my nails done for nearly 15 years off and on. Frequenting various salons as I've moved around, I've noticed that in many salons, the busier the nail techs are, the more rushed they feel; and the quicker they go, the uglier the manicure. I've left salons often feeling cheated of my money for a poor manicure done in a rush. NOT the case here! These nail techs take their time, prefer appointment-only (but will take walk-ins so long as it's feasible), and don't skimp on quality. Not to mention that they're fairly affordable too!! Carol was my go-to nail tech for years and even though I now live in a different state, I still visit her every single time I am back in WA, which I feel is really all I need to say right there. Wow this place is huge and awesome. They give you a complementary drink while you get your nails done so I jumped all over getting a glass of Muscato. My mom and I came here to get our nails done and even though they were super busy for a Sunday night they had plenty of stations going amd got us in within 10 min, it's so big that they are expanding and about ready to move into their 12,000 square-foot new building. She did a nice job and did great design, only bummer is it chipped after 4 days. I did the gel nail polish not the gel dip, because I don't like how hard the dip is. I love coming here. I moved out to the Shelton area 6 months ago and was trying to find a place close. I found them and I haven't turned to anyone else. My nails turned out cute but I'm unimpressed with the cleanliness. The woman that did my classic pedicure was wonderful and did a great job and didn't rush through it. However, with her gloves on after touching my feet, she grabbed her phone to answer it. Touching her dirty phone and then my feet. The phone touched her cheek as well... I touched the gel samples to pick a color and then they handed the basket for another woman to touch and choose a color without sanitizing in between touches. When I was getting my regular manicure the woman had the audacity to pull her mask down below her nose and then call someone on her phone and talk to them while doing my nails. Keep in mind she touched her nose, her phone and then my hands without using sanitizer in between. They have shields to protect each other while getting your hands done but that doesn't make up for the stupidity. I'm sorry but you need to have a staff meeting about being sanitary if you're going to be reopening. I didn't see them sanitize seats once one customer left and a new one came in. It's $24 for a basic pedicure and a whopping EXTRA $14 for gel. I chose a color and they just casually mentioned it'll be an extra $2... why?! $40 for a gel pedicure? You're kidding right? It was supposed to be $14 for a basic manicure and wound up getting charged $17. They sneak in little extras here and there hoping you won't notice at checkout and expect a tip on top of that. Paid $67 after a tip for a basic manicure and basic gel pedicure. read more

Wow a nail salon that is actually a nail salon! These people are awesome and treat you with the upmost respect and actually do your nails really well. The only complaint I have is I noticed other people getting shoulder massages with their nail fill or a full set. I did not receive such treatment. This is my go to nail salon in Olympia. The technicians are always very friendly and attentive. I cannot have gel nails at work, so my opinions are based on mostly pedicures alone. The color selections are good and the quality of the pedicure is always great...... they do a good job of getting the cuticles cleaned up and the dry spots off my feet. I do not get many designs either, so I cannot comment on their ability with designs - just plain colors for me. Well for one I had a 1pm appointment that I booked the day before, I arrived 10 minutes early. I was taken to the back booth and a lady started giving me a manicure when I had an appointment to receive a full set. Once I made that known I had to sit and wait 40 minutes until I was worked on. I constantly had to ask to have a nail reshaped because the younger sort of lady that was working on me kept making them crooked. The nail polish I was given wasn't the one I chose, my left hand nails still turned out extremely crooked and oddly thick. It's just ridiculous. And at the end she said "okay done" didn't add ANY cuticle oil. Didn't take off excess nail polish and didn't even let me sit to have my nails dry?!?! She polished my nails and sent me on my way! Recently, I needed to find a new beauty home for my mains and pedis. I could not be happier with Beauty Nail & Spa. I've had three different nail techs thus far and they maintain a high and uniform level of quality in their work. 5 stars for nails. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend their waxing services. I pointed out some missed areas on my legs and had them touched up, but when I got home I realized that some underarm hairs had been missed as well. Waxing is a splurge, and when I pay for it, I expect the treated areas to be essentially hair free. read more

Bottom line, my nails look trash and the service was unprofessional. When I came in, all the nail techs were relaxing in the chairs with their feet up munching on snacks. 2nd when I was getting my nails done, the lady who was doing it had and attitude because I changed my mind. They need new polish because their gel is outdated. Never have I had someone put white under my nails because the gel isn't true to color. I wish I could get my money back, I didn't come out with something I was happy with but the nail tech seemed so angry I just wanted to leave. I mean, she was yanking my fingers around after I changed my mind, little does she know I tip well. There were also millipedes dead and alive all over the bathroom floor. Never going back again. You must have an appointment right now, so no drop-ins, and you must wear a mask the whole time. They are social distancing by not filling every chair. Sigh) Olympia just isn't the place for a decent mani/pedi. This is the third spot I've been to and I wanted to love it so bad but it fell short. Made an appointment for 12, the tech didn't start until 12:35, finished at 1:30, she did a great job everyone managed to get in and get out. But they wanted me to wait, again, for my nails. Wasn't gonna happen. I asked for and received a "classic pedicure" for $24 which I told her I was getting, but we got to the register and she charged me $38, I asked her why and she said "you got gel". Upcharge for gel, I get it. But $14?!? That's insane and it should be stated at the beginning of the service. Quality is great, customer service is lacking. I'll be driving to Lacey. read more

The most important thing about this nail spa is IT IS CLEAN! I once received a pedicure at a very popular nail spa in town and along with that pedicure I received a nail infection. This is one of the cleanest spas I've seen and they are quick and meticulous with their services. They are also very very nice people. The massaging chairs for the pedicures are great. I could stay all day. Great location too. Nothing wrong about this place. Now I'm concerned, with this great review, that their going to be booked out too far because of all the appointments they will be setting! :) read more

I was nervous about my manicure/pedicure, as I've had many disappointing experiences at other nail salons where they go way too fast, cut up your cuticles, cut off too much of your nail without asking, etc. I was relieved to find that none of that was the case here. They don't go at a frantic pace to get people in and out at ludicrous speed; I actually got to relax with my friend and enjoy feeling pampered as we prepared for my wedding.
