very quiet towards customers and just get straight to work. not much conversation that flows between the workers and the customers, and I am not sure if it is because the language barrier, but I like to get to know who I am working with. I got my dip powder acrylic nails here for quite the price (about $50 to $55) and it was done within a 30-minute timeframe. I am glad that they take walk-ins and the place is very bright white with the lights. so, u really get to see the nails for what they are and could make requests as needed. My friend and I went to Pink & White Nail Spa this week for a relaxing pedicure. It sure was not relaxing. When we arrived only one person was working, I asked her if she was the only one working, "no, the others are at lunch, it will be 5 minutes." I clearly said that we wanted our pedicures at the same time. Only one person came out, I soaked in cold water while my friend had her pedicure. The person that did our pedicure did not greet us, she gave us a book and said, "pick your pedicure", those were the last words she spoke to us during our pedicures. Instead of asking us to take our foot out of the water she roughly grabbed it and put it where she wanted, over and over again. I know she was able to understand and speak English because when we were paying she said, "together or separate." I will never go to Pink & White Nail Spa again for rude service. read more

Done with this place after going here for over a year. Feel unwelcome here. I liked it because it was small and rarely needed to wait. There is a reason for the short wait time. I get the sense that the primary person is just holding this salon for someone else. To be fair I have no complaint about the quality of the service. It is good if perfunctory. The ladies (especially the sister of the primary) dislikes the work and it shows. When I greeted her the last time I was in, she just stared me down. Then during my pedicure I put my heel on her hand and she reacted in pain . I apologized and she just glared at me. It was an accident, I felt terrible. I had not done it hard, but there was no resolution, just a glare. I recognize that she is not proficient in English and I know no Vietnamese. I also do not know what she is facing in her personal life. How about we save each other the unhappiness? Additionally the TV is K-Pop & V-Pop the whole time. The memes of boy bands are juvenile and they could mix it up a bit, but no. And on repeat. I tip 15 percent. Whatever they do not want me, I want better. I don't EVER write reviews especially on smaller businesses, but this is the most unhygienic nail salon in lacey/olympia area. The dehydrator they use on your nails smells like cat pee, the drill bits are caked with acrylic residue, the nail files haven't been changed in who knows how long. My nails and fingers are currently burning from how poorly kept their supplies are. Save yourself the pain and money. The end result is always manageable but not worth it in my opinion. read more

My first experience of getting lashes I looked up a couple things online before going in so I knew what to expect and my friends have some first off I had a 9:30 AM appointment the employees didn't even show up until 9:40 AM then proceeded to ask me why I was there. I told them I made an online appointment at 9:30 in the morning for an eyelash set. when starting my lashes, she didn't wash my eyes. She just dabbed them with a cotton ball, put a pice of tape on my forehead and put a dot of glue on it. when getting done there had been many lash parts stuck to my bottom lash/water line. she told me to just open more until I told her to remove it. first looking at my lashes I seen a gap in my right side and they where all the same thing. there was no shape no volume and especially no curvature and when doing a hybrid, it should be longer at the end of the eye going in shorter to shorten the inside of the eye there was none of. then the lashes where so black they stood out I could see each individual lash. when getting done they just looked saggy and huge and I did not wants that. when walking out the lady asked for 120$ and I told her that website only said 95$ for what I wanted. she then had her partner come over and she told me that my eyes where so big they had to use more lash to cover the surface so I would be charged accordingly to how much product I used. At this point I was so unhappy with my whole experience I told her 90$ or I walk away right now. she then agreed I paid and left. DO NOT GO THERE. go someplace else PLEASE!! read more

Terrible customer service and social skills. No manners, No greeting, doesn't even say hi. When she hurts you multiple times with the nail drill she will not Acknowledge nor apologize But will snatch your finger back as if it irritates her that you pulled away. The wrist pillow is dirty so you have to hover your arms above unless you are ok with touching it. Zero stars. Not recommended. My girlfriend usually comes here to get her nails done during the week at off hours and has no problem getting the services started right away. My girlfriend and I came here on a Sunday at 1:55 for a 2pm reservation for a pedicure for me and a gel manicure for her. They sat her for the gel manicure immediately and sat me in a chair to soak my feet shortly after. After over 20 minutes of soaking my feet I took them out and decided to forgo the pedicure because my girlfriend would be done with her manicure way before I would finish my pedicure. They always do pretty good work on her nails but that's really all the good I have to say about them. read more

Being in the military it is hard to find a nail salon to do your nails within regulation for a good price and they did an amazing job! Highly recommend and will be coming back here! My experience: I received a mani-pedi with French tips on both when I went to the salon. The experience itself was not bad but for 2 complaints. The brush scrubber they use on your feet is awful and way too rough, it scratched the crap out of the top of my feet. And they also charge you extra to use a file and buffer?? It's not expensive but this cost should be built into the cost of my $40 mani-pedi. I should not have to remember to bring the old set back to be reused if I don't want to buy a new one. The immediate results: immediately afterwards my nails looked fantastic and I received compliments on them the day they were done The longevity: there was a major chip that occurred the NEXT day on my thumb nail followed by serious cracks in 3 other nails over the course of 3 days. In my experience of nail salons my manicures generally last 1 week before any serious chips occur. But to pay $20 for a manicure that chips and cracks starting the day after is pretty ridiculous. I am not rough with my hands and have better long lasting results when I do my nails at home! Will be testing out a different salon in the area before returning to this one. read more

I absolutely LOVE this place. It's so cute and CLEAN especially during covid! I drive from Lakewood (literally 20-30min depending on traffic) just to come here because a) peaceful clean and relaxing atmosphere b) timeliness (they take their time and don't rush! - I also always call ahead because I do pedi and fill) c) they do such a great job & d) they're worth the money and that's not saying it's expensive because it's not- prices are pretty typical for the area. One MORE of the things that I absolutely love about this place is that they don't use drills to remove your old gel polish for a pedicure which is amazing because if you're like me and get a pedicure every two weeks or so, all the filing down makes your natural nails very thin and fragile. I've been coming here for awhile but what prompted this review was the absolute horrid job this other place did on my acrylics and pedicure when I was visiting the East Coast, I came back home last night and yes, these girls were on my people to see my first day back!! They fixed the mess! I was going to take off the acrylics because they were so bad (which I hate doing because I bite my nails and pick my cuticles) but Sandra was able to salvage and even make my nails appropriate for work!!! I went to this place based on reviews and I was excited to treat myself since being a working mom it is hard to find self care time. Immediately walking in with my friend we were greeted by a woman "what you want?"... slamming a menu down. I got a pedi/mani. I got a two second Pumice stone to the callus and a two second lotion to my legs and bam next.. while I watched another lady receive a massage . My manicure was very brief as well and two second hand massage. Then she comes around me and roughly pulls my hoodie on my jacket slaps my neck . I'm guessing that was a neck massage?? I wouldn't recommend this to my enemy. I wouldn't go here if it was free. Ridiculous just absolutely disheartening to know these people can take your money and think they provided a welcoming and pleasant experience! Just not worth it. The place is nice and clean, but there's one person there (that I always seem to get) who does a terrible job. There is no 20 minute difference between the $25 and $40 regular and herbal pedis. You get some extra herbs on your legs while she does the routine, but other than the smell, there's nothing special done with them other than rubbing them on quick and sprinkling them in the water. Or maybe its just because I get the lady who doesn't push back and trim cuticles, doesn't clean under nails, and paints more on your skin than nails. My friend swears by this place, but she always gets the one good girl. I won't be back, even if she's treating. She wanted me to begin working on my nails while I picked out my color choice, but ended up being rushed (even though no one else was in the shop) to decide and with using only one hand it was difficult. I tried telling her what I wanted, but she just did not understand and I walked out with something I was not happy with, but it wasn't worth arguing with her - she really didn't care! In the middle of my visit she said to me "If you don't like it, go someplace else." I should have walked out right then! The music was relaxing at first, but it was very repetitive and I was so sick of it by the time I got done, I just wanted out! Danny is super friendly and always carries a good conversation. I feel very comfortable here and they're very gentle, which is important to me since I have sensitive skin and nails. I have been going to pink and white on and off for the past 8 years. Today I went in with my daughter and niece which is very common for us. They got a polish and I asked for a manicure and Shellac. We all three sat down and one gal was going to work on my daughter and niece, and the other gal was going to work on myself. Meanwhile another client walked in and asked for services (mani pedi with shellac). The gal that was helping me stopped working on me and started working on the client that walked in after us (seriously did that just happen)? I'm now left to wait for my daughter and niece to be done and then I can continue with my services with the gal that was helping them. Fast forward: I asked for a shellac color that was light pink with sparkles, the gal started to paint my nails and the color was Fuchsia pink. I immediately let her know I'm so sorry but I need a light pink as I can not have a bright pink for work, she continues to tell me with the second coat the color will get lighter it's a two part process. I stated again, this is too bright it has to be light, it does not match the color on the nail swatch. The manager/ owner came over and stated it's part of the mixing process. Ok, the point is I don't care about the mixing process the color I chose was light pink and this is fuchsia (two completely different colors). I must have a light color due to my work! Period!!! So now I ask please remove the polish I'm fine with no color. They insist on finding a color, I now say ok yes that light pink is fine. They begin to take off all my nail color which takes a while with shellac. Fast forward again: Begin painting again, now all the material from the first polish is not off my nails and the gal is trying to do a not so good job (not cool). Next the client that came in after me is sitting beside me as her pedi is now complete and is getting shellac as well (giving me the look like is this seriously happening) the gal Working on her needs the shellac light that I have, so they attempt to string a extension cord from another station to make my new light work (because the other client now has my light) the light is not working. They are talking trying to figure it out 5min or so I loose my S$i@... I have now been here for 1:45 min with two young girls 8 &7 and have no polish on my nails. I now have to pick up my other child at daycare in 10 minutes as they close at 5:30pm. I ask them to take off my polish I must leave now, my son must be picked up In 10min! Oh and now they want paid! Oh no I have no time to argue the payment as I have only wasted 1:45 min of my time and am leaving with two polished happy girls and one mad mom! Neddless to say they were not apologetic nor did they compensate anything! read more

I have been here dozens of times over the last couple of years after a recommendation from a coworker, and it is my go-to place. I have brought several members of my family here, and friends as well! They are quick to get you in, although I usually call ahead an hour or two. Everything is very clean and a bright pleasant atmosphere inside. Good massage chairs and a whirlpool spa tub for pedicures. Lots of nail colors to choose from. Nice low music is on and the TV is on with subtitles for reading, often Food Network. They offer you water or tea and present a menu of your choices for services. They spend a good amount of time cutting cuticles, working on calluses, and massaging. Unfortunately I have since moved out of state, and I really miss the good comfortable service, nice employees, and pedicures that last forever! read more

I have been going to this nail asking for awhile and have not been disappointed. Each time the staff is very friendly, the place is clean and my nails look great when I leave. The polish (I usually pick an OPI color) lasts at least 2 weeks. The price is right and they don't rush you along. read more
