I called and the lady at the time said can I be there at 7 and I was like yes. They were so nice and accommodating. My nail queen was on vacation and I needed my nails done asap. I grew out my toe nails and seeing how much was taken off I was so upset I had asked for square nails and instead the worker decided she wanted to do round nails and cut my length completely short! Cut me twice while servicing me and I was still left with dead skin around my heel and when I pointed it out it was as if I was asking for another pedicure service then I realized my nails are so uneven and my big toe nail was chipped from taking too much nail off on the side i wouldn't recommend this place also they don't have Apple Pay. read more

Tools were unsanitary; not autoclaved. The nail technician removed loose tools from a drawer and simply sprayed the cuticle pusher and cuticle trimmer with alcohol. After use, she tossed them back in her drawer. Disgusting. Nail polish application was sloppy. read more

My daughter went her to have her nails done. She expressed that she didn't like them and she wanted a refund. She was told by the gentleman that did her nail he'd refund her. Suddenly the "manager" walked up stating no refunds. My daughters asked where is the sign that says that and of course she couldn't produce it. Prior to me getting there the "manager" was extremely rude to my daughters and their friends. I personally stop going here because their service sucks. I go right across the street to Sarabella for all my nail needs because they are awesome. I strongly suggest not to waste your time or money beauty nails. read more

Do not go here. the customer service is not worth it. The pedicure itself was decent, but I was badly burned by the hot rice heat wrap they put on my neck. when I was there I said it was hot and was told it's supposed to be. when I got back to work my neck and upper back hurt so I pulled my hair up to see a bad actual burn with blisters developing. I went back to salon and showed the owner who was there when I was in a few hours earlier. I was told it was fine and it was not burned and it was because I have thin skin. put lotion on it and it will be fine tomorrow.... Are you kidding me. I have bad burns on my neck that i'm debating on going to the doctor for. they are turning into blisters. I wish I could post a picture for you. and the customer service was so awful to tell me it was my fault! read more

LOVE THIS PLACE! I don't treat myself enough to a mani-pedi but I may change those ways. First time visit; it was snowing and miserable outside and I had a late appointment because of work. It did not matter. The owner took her time with my manicure and pedicure. Beautiful job. The salon is beautiful and NO TV so I wasn't forced to listen to a talk show. Relaxing music, lovely aroma throughout the salon. And a big star in my book, very clean. The price was very reasonable. $35.00. I highly recommend this salon. read more

I went In as a walk-in with two other friends I sat down and the lady started my nails as my friends are waiting there were two other Workers there who are doing nothing I got the tips of my nails and the lady Switched me out for my other friend and told me And my other friend to go sit at the pedicure Seats. We then sat there for 30 minutes while my other friend was getting her acrylics I only had the tips on my nails and my other friend had nothing on her nails yet. Another family walked in and they stop doing our nails and went right to them we then sat there for almost another hour finally they went to my other friends nails finished her nails and I was still sitting there when they finally got to do my nails it seemed like the man doing my nails was in a rush and they were trying finish so fast they were awful un even and the nail polish was all dried out. I went home and cut my nails they were so bad I asked if they would cut them for me and they refused. I do not recommend this place at all I've been there before when they were under different management and it was great, now they are rude impatient and understaffed. read more

I went here spur of the moment in mid August, 2016 for a mani pedi. The manicure was fine but the woman who did my pedicure scrubbed the side of my foot so hard it drew blood. She cleaned it up but it would not heal for over a month. I decided to go back to show the manager just so she would know. I did not want credit, a refund or anything except for maybe an I'm sorry. She was unfazed; kept saying it's no problem, it's no problem. But it was a problem. I now have a wart there that has to be treated. I would never go back. read more
