Lets just say looks can be deceiving. First off, the design of this salon is very cute. Live plants everywhere. I was offered a beverage at the time of my appointment. Appointment started relatively on time. Pedicure chairs suspended from the ceiling that swing back and forth. Water splashes everywhere and no where to hang your purse. I put mine in the chair next to me. Not the most practical of designs, but cute nonetheless. Although organized, the place could use a good wipe-down as there is nail dust/dust EVERYWHERE. Now let's move on to my actual experience. Please see below and I always come with RECEIPTS: 1. On 12/19/2023 I come in for my appointment. I get pedicure and cute set of red HYBRID ACRYLIC/GEL overlay nails. Nail tech Jo Jo fills my nails with their hybrid formula and tops it with a coat of gel polish cured by an LED light. I leave satisfied enough and ready just in time to show my nails off on Christmas . 2. 3 days later my thumb nail is chipped and 2 other nails are beginning to chip. I come in to salon to see if repair can be made and was told to come back later. I return at 2:30pm. Jo Jo lightly files the chipped nails, applies a top coat and places my hands under LED light to cure. She states that it is possible that nails were not under the light long enough the first time and this should do the trick. She finishes, I thank her, and I leave l salon, still apprehensive . 3. THE VERY NEXT DAY ...12/23/23. The same nails that were just repaired a day prior are now beginning to chip again, but this time worse than the first time. I run to salon immediately and politely ask them to repair. I am told that they don't have time to repair the nails that day as they were busy. I was given a phone number to text the owner. 4. I call the owner Ann. She tells me that I can return to the salon AFTER the holiday weekend for repair or I can send her pictures for a refund. I explained my dissatisfaction stemmed from not being able to have a nice set of nails for Christmas. I further explained that if one nail is chipped and two are beginning to chip it ruins the entire look. She stated that the manicure was done correctly and it was just the polish that was chipped . I also explained that I had already been to her salon a total of 3 times and would not be returning a 4th time in ONE WEEK. At this point I am just wasting my time. 5. I agree to just wear the chipped nails over the Christmas weekend and text pictures to owner for review. I send the pictures and receive no response . I reach out asking how they would like to rectify the situation and received a response indicating that they would give me a $20 refund to cover the portion of my service that was not done correctly. Although I paid about $80 initially for the service, I agreed to the partial refund and figured I would just count my losses. I thanked the co-owner (husband named Joe) for his time. 6. I check account to see if refund had posted only to find out they REFUNDED ME $15! I texted owner again indicating that the refund that was promised was not processed correctly and I would give them an opportunity to transfer the additional $5. 7. I still have not received my refund as promised nor a response from owner. I am a very reasonable person but if you promise me a $20 refund you better make sure it's $20. Not...$19.99, not $17.00, not $15.00. I guess they they assumed I wouldn't check . Unfortunately, I can NOT recommend this place; not only due to the quality of service, but also due to their dishonest business practices. read more

Due to some health issues, my naturopath suggested I remove my acrylics. I've worn acrylics for a few years (done by a different nail salon/spa.) I knew it was time to simply scale back and give my nails a little breather. When googling "nail salon near me," of course a number of businesses showed up. Purity Nail Garden caught my eye immediately with one of the highest ratings within my search (dozens of glowing reviews.) I then went directly to their website and Instagram page to get a better overview. I tried to book online but my request was a bit complicated and I was hoping for an appointment within a day or two. Within a few hours the owners husband called. He helped navigate scheduling for the services to ensure all services were timely and smooth. I was impressed with the call, and we had an enjoyable chat about naturopathy. Forward to today. Okay....what a darling hidden gem! I had no idea they even existed, despite passing by it numerous times per week. Upon walking in, patrons are greeted with ample natural light, a plethora of greenery and a space that in my opinion, oozes relaxation! Oh, the biggest thing I noticed was how clean and non cluttered the space was. Fabulous relaxing music. Truly inviting and the perfect setting to decompress and rejuvenate quietly. Of course they serve wine and such for an additional fee; I passed, however if it were later in the day I may have indulged:) Sophia was my nail technician and was SUPERB! I appreciate when I'm asked periodically how the experience is. She made sure to ask me if water was warm enough, etc. She was conscientious and clearly takes pride in her craft. She soaked off my acrylics, gave me the most fabulous SWING PEDICURE! I never knew just how relaxing a pedicure is when sitting in a swing. I highly recommend it as there's a natural nature to subtly rock back and forth....hence elevating the experience. Finally, she gave me a lovely manicure with a simple clear coat of polish. Remember, I'm giving my nails a break. In closing, my nails are happy;) I'm quite certain my naturopath will be too...and so am I! Cannot wait return. Terrible experience. I wasn't going to put in a review but after much thought, I decided to do so. It was just an awful experience and when I called afterward to speak with the manager about it (because I thought it was fair for her to know), I wask rudely asked by the front desk WHY I needed to speak with her. I received a call from the owner later that day and she was so condescending. Trying to justify why a no chip pedicure would take 90 min and NOT yet be finished. As if I'm an idiot. She said well removing no chip makes a pedicure longer. It wojld have been two hours if I stayed. Crazy! I came in and the tech was on her phone. I had no idea she was standing over me. Introduce yourself? Weird. I asked for a water. Nothing. I asked 3x throughout my appt - no water. Meanwhile other clients were having their techs offer it to them. I had to get my no chip removed which should really take 10-15 minutes after the acentone soak. She cut my cuticles 3x and giggled, then sprayed Acetone on them. Are you serious??!! It was so painful. She kept scraping my ankle with the nail file. I am not joking when I say she took 20-25 minutes putting on the no chip polish. After that, it was 90 minutes in and I was ready to leave. It should be mentioned that other techs were walking by me and one even looked at me, looked at the tech and said, unbelievable. Do not advertise your business as an experience and when a customer comes in to experience the worst pedicure ever, you decide to call her and try to make her feel like a fool. This salon is so well put together, it just beautiful and relaxing inside. I wish the owner would come decorate my house! There are plants everywhere and instead of traditional massage chairs, you sit in little swing sets. They also have a nice drink selection to choose from. I've gotten a few manicures here & there, but this was my first time receiving one from Purity Nail Garden & I gotta say, it was a really great experience. Actually, It was probably the best manicure I've ever received, now that I think about it. The building/interior itself was really beautiful; it's covered floor to ceiling in plants with extremely large windows which gives the space a very bright and natural feel. Also, they didn't make me feel like an alien or out of place, which can sometimes happen if you're a male and by yourself in businesses such as salons. I received an excellent manicure by a really skilled, friendly technician. I'm not sure what level or kind of manicure I got, but it came with some really nice additional "add-on" bonuses like a sort of hand/forearm massage, a soak in some kind of soothing essential oil balm & some other lotions/creams/balms that just smelled good. The only nitpick was that I booked my appointment for 2:15PM and they weren't able to start on me until 2:45PM, so I waited about 30 minutes longer than anticipated even though I booked an appointment a week in advance. I'm not sure if this is common, it might be, I don't know! It seemed to me like the technician was like double booked and that she had to finish up with her previous person that just bled over time. It wasn't a big deal at all as I went on a day off and didn't have anywhere else to be that day. I plan on returning again, because all in all it was overwhelmingly positive. I have frequently went here since they opened and always loved the place. However, today I had an appointment at 11:00 am and it was until 11:17 am until I was finally seen. I am annoyed more about the lack of communication, nobody mentioned that there was a delay. I got toenail fungus from this place!! Went for my first pedicure there for my birthday and my 2nd pedicure 2 weeks ago. This 2nd pedicure was done by the owner. While she was working on my toes I noticed a dark spot underneath my toe and asked her what that was. She proceeded to tell me it could be caused by the color of the no chip I had the first visit. But then agreed with me that it was nail fungus. She advised me that I could've gotten the fungus from public areas like the gym or public pool. Which I have not visited. But, she never mentioned that I could've gotten the fungus on my first visit and also didn't offer an apology or a discount or free visit if that's something I might do in the future. I really wanted to love this place and be able to recommend people here, but after this last visit I'm not too sure I'll recommend this place to anyone. read more

I booked an appointment with Anny for a no-chip gel manicure and it was lovely . She was very skilled, took her time and left my nails looking very nice. It is so gorgeous on the inside with swings for pedicures and options on buying yourself a sip of wine while getting your nails done. The service was very caring they had me sign a form describing how often I get my nails done what's my favorite color and my nail type, it made me feel like they truly cared about how they were going to treat my nails and keep it in its healthiest form. This place has a great vibe. Everyone is really friendly and they work hard to make sure you're happy with your service. The only problem I've had is that the hybrid manicure I had done hasn't last very long. After only 2 days I had both pointers break. I went in and they took care of me, no questions asked. As soon as I got in my car with the repaired nails, the nail on my middle finger broke off. This is on day THREE. The next day I had the ring finger break off and at this rate it seems like I'll be losing a nail a day. I will say that my natural nails underneath are very short and I work as a cashier, so those factors also weigh in. I paid $93 (+ tip) for this manicure and they said there's a 14-day guarantee, but I don't want to have to keep coming in. read more

I was treated to a pedicure with a small group from the bridal party a couple of days before the bridal shower bubbly brunch. the salon is just so beautiful and relaxing. Everyone is super nice, we had Mimosas and a wonderful pamper session. I went back after looking at their hybrid gel nail service and Jojo did an awesome job. It's a bit pricy but after having them done again right before the wedding I was even more thrilled with the wedding nail service. I went to this place because I'm new in the area and was looking for a new permanent place to do my nails. First I want to say, the tech was ok she did an ok job until my nails started to chip the next day. I mention to her while she was doing my nails, that the polish had a weird texture and she agreed. So I went back the next two days later to get them re-done. They were really nice about redoing them, until they weren't. After she proceeded to soak them off, and I'm sitting there with the foils waiting they tell me they can't polish my nails that day to come back in Monday! I was like Monday???? Today is Saturday and tomorrow is Easter, if I wanted my nails done I Monday, I would have come in on Monday. I have been sitting there for about an hour waiting for them to take the polish off, then he says the best he can do is come back at 4:25. The prettiest nail salon! I absolutely love the vibe of this salon -- it's bright, beautiful, and has real plants everywhere. The details are thoughtful and the space makes for a relaxing experience. All of the staff has been warm and welcoming, as well as thorough in their work. My only complaint is that my polish always chips very quickly, even on my toes which usually stays for a whole month when I do it myself. I recently went to another local salon that I didn't care for at all, except that my regular mani last nearly 3 weeks which is unheard of. I would much rather go to Purity Nail Garden, but at the end of the day, I want my nails to last and look their best.
