Nails are a good price, the service was fast and well done. I went in for acrylics and the lady convinced me to try gelX. The salon was clean and it looks like they offer a variety of options. As of May 21 2926 this used to be my go to nail salon. Henry was amazing! From the time I entered the door, the service was oh. The owner yelled at me from across the salon asking what service I wanted, instead of getting up from her recliner and coming to the front desk! No, she didn't have a client. I should have left then. I had just come from South Africa and desperately need mani and pedi for a function! It gets worse! This day I got the laughing hyena not so professional nail. technician! She laughed and smirked throughout the entire lack of service then painted my nails the wrong color. Everything was hysterical! So rude! I admit I nodded from the 17 hour international flight! I definitely picked my nail and toe color, I awoke with pink frosted nails, not my style, not my color, and sloppy painted gold glitter toes. Do yourself a favor... find a place for your mani and pedi where there are no laughing hyenas!!!! read more

I decided to try a new place on a Monday afternoon. I arrived at this place and was greeted very kindly by the staff. They were super clean and nice. No complaints there. I had my pedicure done by a gentleman who i think missed the point of getting a ($40+ tip) deluxe pedicure. I barely got any scrubbing, callas removal, or massage done. He was quick to paint the nails (which he did a good job on) but I left without the fresh/ clean feel on my skin. Basically, he did so little work on the skin and focused on the nails. For this reason, I do not recommend this place if you care about the skin part of the routine. read more

I hate to put up good reviews because then my nail technician may become over booked and I'll never get an appointment. Vicky is my go to for nails and has been for over a year, maybe 2. This is her new salon and for the last few months I have nothing negative to say about it. It has music, tvs, Starbucks next door, great technicians for both nails and pedis (i get both done every two weeks), and very clean/ hygienic. What more could you ask for?!?!? My nails went from dip powder to gel builder because I'm pretty rough on my nails even though I try not to be. Vicky is a wonderful artist who does my designs beautifully (usually a different type of flower) perfect almond shape and i absolutely love her and her new salon!! I went to get my nails done here this past weekend and I've been here one other time and the nails came out absolutely great but I can't say the same for this time. I went it to get dip and I was really trying to trust the process but NOOO I had this Hispanic woman do my nails and she asked if I wanted a fill or completely remove the old dip and I just let her do her thing but she didn't remove the old dip just proceeded to add about for more coats, granted I told her I wanted them a little thicker than before but 5-6 coats?!?! She then added 2 coats of gel and they looked super lumpy and just awful. So at that point I asked if someone else could fix them because I had been there for 2 HOURS!! She caught an attitude after that and said "that's what I'm trying to do. You don't have 7 minutes for me to finish?" I was like no I don't. Also what was done was not going to be fixed in 7 minutes I'm sorry. Also if you're new that's fine but go get help when someone's asking for it instead of catching an attitude. So I was charged 45$ and left the salon like this. read more
