I was promptly greeted and directed to check in followed by quick seating in a chair and offered a refreshment. Jasmine did my manicure and Tony my pedicure. Both technicians delivered an attentive and respectful service. Enjoyed the massage by Jasmine with her technique and pressure. Tony took his time and was very thorough with my pedicure. The space is very relaxing and I appreciate that both technicians gave their full attention to the customer rather than having side bar conversations or comments which I've experienced at other places and find rude. The worst customer service ever. First time I went, I got a reg mani and my polished chipped the first day. I called them and they advised to go back to get it fixed, I made an appt and arrived and had to wait 15 mins. Went back two weeks later to give it another try, got a mani and the topcoat they used didn't dry for hours, therefore my polish was messed up. Decided to give it another try today, had an appt and when I walked in they say the tech was running late, 30 mins late, the least they could have done was call and let me know.
