So glad my sister brought me to this nail salon! When you first walk in, you already notice how clean and aesthetic it is. It also smells really good, no chemical smell like other nail salons. All the staff greeted us with warm hello's and smiles when we came in and had great conversation! They have a great selection of services and nail colors. I made an appointment for Saturday morning and was able to be serviced immediately after arriving. I appreciated that a lot because some salons will take your appointment but they'll also take walk-ins that can sometimes push your appointment back a bit, but that wasn't the case here at Nail Nook. They are under new management so they are offering 20% off your service for this month of February. Not only was the promotion a great price but the quality of my pedicure was also great. I've had a lot of pedicures but Dani did an especially great job. The shape of my toenails is perfectly symmetrical and the polish is perfect. I got the matcha pedicure which was very relaxing. This spa is very clean and comfortable, with plenty of parking available in the shared parking lot. I would definitely come back the next time I'm in need of a pedicure. read more

The worst customer service ever. First time I went, I got a reg mani and my polished chipped the first day. I called them and they advised to go back to get it fixed, I made an appt and arrived and had to wait 15 mins. Went back two weeks later to give it another try, got a mani and the topcoat they used didn't dry for hours, therefore my polish was messed up. Decided to give it another try today, had an appt and when I walked in they say the tech was running late, 30 mins late, the least they could have done was call and let me know.
