I went here twice to get my nails done. The first time was nice and they were kind and the price was reasonable. I liked the way my nails were done and they weren't chunky or uneven. The second time I went was worse. The nail tech working on me had done a quick job on me and had left some of my nails bulky, uneven, messy and even hurt me. The design I asked for was simple but yet it was so uneven and to be honest, horribly done. My nails aren't even the same length as each other. My pointer finger is longer than all my nails and the way she cut my nails for the acrylic was slanted and uneven. I asked for short nails and she gave them to me but when I asked to make my French tip longer she started to complain about it. And at the very end of my appointment she filed my nails down one last time because she noticed an imperfection...she charged me $5-10 dollars extra and I don't know why. And they only accept cash. I am very disappointed and unhappy with how they came out the second time coming here. read more

Great pedicure by Cathy for my birthday today! Polish selection was average-- could be a bit more organized but they had OPI & other brands, so you're bound to find a color you like. Cathy was very thorough, gentle, and detail-oriented. She did a great job and I will definitely be back to see her again! The establishment doesn't look super new, but they use fresh liners on the tubs for hygiene. My only complaint was that the massage chair was really outdated & gentle. What PAINFUL experiences for all 3 of us. I came here with 2 other girlfriends and we all got manicures and one got a pedicure. All of our manicurists were rough and brutal with our hands and nails. My 2 friends walked away with bleeding fingers from the cuticle cutters. I walked away with red spots all over my hands and arms from their rough handling of me. During my manicure, she tugged and pulled my arms without saying anything. When she was filing away things, she filed away my skin too..... The whole thing hurt SO much. I thought it was just my manicurist but after speaking to my friends, it sounds like everyone there was rough and brutal. I would've given them 1 star but the results of the nails were good so I decided to go with 2 stars. The nails were clean and colored well. I'm happy to report that these ladies are doing a great job. Shower curtains hanging between each stall, everyone wearing masks and temp checks upon arrival. This place is great! Not only is it super close to my house, it is pretty affordable ($35 for a regular mani/pedi). The place is clean, they use liners in the tubs, they have a good selection of colors, and they are friendly. Best of all, I got my manicure done on Saturday morning, it is now Wednesday evening and has barely started wearing away. I have NEVER had a regular manicure last this long, it's amazing! Anyways, the woman next to her was getting a pedicure and started before her, and my girl was finished much sooner after starter much later than her. What's all this mean, they rushed the shit out of my girls pedi. I wouldn't mind, but i was paying for this shit show and the next day, BOOM !!! They were all chipped and she looked like a street walker, so much so, she put socks on. She even went to the local rite aid to cover up this abomination of a pedi. I really had a good experience here. Look, to anyone complaining about them trying to do your mani pedi as fast as possible, I was a walk in and glad they took me right away and got me in and out. My technicians jumped back and forth a few times but I never felt neglected or like I was waiting at all. I walked in without an appointment just hoping they would have space for me after calling a couple of 4.5 star places and getting turned away. Well, I tried out Beauty Nails and I'm glad I did. The aura of the place is cheerful. I want to mention that first. The ladies who work there are happy and talking to each other in Vietnamese. The clientele were happy and smiling. The vibe was nice. So I go for a mani pedi. They say you want gel? I say I want powder so I go for the powder manicure. The woman doing my feet puts cool water because it's 90 degrees today and I'm like, wow, actually that feels really nice. You know? She helps me pick a good color and does the deluxe pedi, with hot stones and lotion and scrubs. The next lady does my powder on my fingers. I felt like they took a lot of careful concern with my nails because I had really thin nails from a previous place so they didn't want to drill too much. Nice ! Lots of ladies were walking in and everyone seemed happy. These women know how to run a shop and do it in style. read more

I am writing this review 8 days after getting a french manicure at Beauty Nails. It has held up better then most places I have been to. I mean there are a couple small chips by now but I still can see myself getting a couple more days out of it. The nail lady who I had was very precise with her work. The whole manicure lasted almost an hour. No rushing. Trimming cuticles well, neat line application. They put this great top coat that got very hard under the UV light dryer, which I think is adding to the quality of their job. Even before I left another lady checked them and dropped some fast dry droplets to insure no smudging out the door. They only charge $15 for a french manicure. The place looks like a typical Asian nail salon inside but its clean and the people are nice. I would return here for a manicure again. read more

Im giving 2 stars because i went in for a refill of acrylic, this was my first time here. Im very disappointed my nails were filled crooked, ones shorter than the other ones, the lady who first painted my nails did it in such a hurry that they looked horrible, i had to complain and what she did next was to put another layer of color, then i had to say something AGAIN! Because they still looked horrible, and then another lady had to remove the color and paint them herself. They didnt take their time to details my nails, which i i disliked alot. I've never left a review before but this place sucks. I went a little over a week ago for the first time because I heard they had the gel powder dip which is supposed to last longer then the regular gel nails. Within the first week I had 2 chipped nails. My first visit was awkward; the lady doing my nails literally kept whacking my hand and told me to stop moving. I get my nails done religiously and I'm not a 5 year old child; I'm not moving, stop hitting me. The only reason I returned was because my $40 manicure chipped in a week. So I asked them to fix it and since I was there I got a pedicure because it was desperately needed. So the lady does my pedicure in at most luke warm water and leaves polish all over the skin around my nails and cuts the big toes unsymmetrical to each other and one nail isn't even even. A trash job not worth $25. However, I know I'm super anal so whatever I'll let it fly just fix my fingers. The chips on my fingers are "fixed".... it's honestly embarrassing to be seen with, I'd rather have them chipped. Thick, uneven, and hair and paper stuck to them. The whole time I wanted to say sorry for bothering you but this is your job. I'm going back to fiesta nails in maverick tomorrow to fix this mess and I recommend everyone to bring their business there. I'm not posting a pic of my feet because ew. read more
