PLEASE READ!! THIS MAY HELP YOU! I didn't think a quick fill would turn into a 6 hour nightmare . I came to Beauty Nails for a simple fill. My nails were barely grown out but I was missing a pinky nail. I ended up leaving with bumpy , uneven, messy nails . He constantly told me I was ridiculous for the long nails then said they were "too hard" when replacing the missing pinky nail, he put a curved acrylic tip on! It looked awful ! After getting a good look at them in the car, I headed back inside. This is where things went from bad to worse . I told the man in charge I really wasn't happy with them. I said "I don't think these are fixable , can we shape them better?" He starts cutting them off! I demanded a refund and it took over 45 minutes of him saying he does not know how to refund for me to finally get my money back. He told me several times to leave and that he will "refund me later" when I refused to leave, he threatened to call the police, took pictures of me, then screamed at me "you are not the law." Magically , he was able to refund me and sent me on my way. I left crying and upset with cut up nails. I went to another salon "Angelic nails" that SAVED me. It took hours to soak off the tips he cut up. DO NOT COME HERE!!!! read more

They have always done a great job on my nails/fills. Friendly but busy most of the time so I feel rushed. I got my 7 year old granddaughter a manicure and polish this last time. The next morning the polish was all chipped and one nail had lost its polish completely, so that was disappointing. Overall, good quality nails and great prices. read more

They really need to focus on quality over quantity. I understand it was busy on Saturday but don't make promises to customers that you'll help them in 10 minutes and rush with everyone else's service. A got a manicure and gel polish and it was horrific. She didn't fix my cuticles and when she was filing my nails she made me bleed quite a bit on my finger, went straight to painting and didn't even go all the way to the top of the nail bed. Looks like they were already outgrown a week. There were also some patchy spots and I asked for her to draw a heart on my ring fingers. She pulls out some stickers and places them on top, came off the next day. I'm never going back and I do not recommend to anyone. read more

Absolutely the worst pedicure experience of my life. The woman cut my nails and rounded them to an extreme degree. Within 3 days I had a terrible ingrown nail. I had to stop her several times during the pedicure as it was extremely painful and I don't believe she actually had any idea what she was doing. Under no circumstances will I ever return. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I called on Friday, and made an appt with them for the next day Saturday 4 pm. At 3:50 pm Saturday, I got a call from them asking if I'm on my way there, and I said yes, and that I'm parking already and should be at the salon in time. Well, I got to the salon at 3:55 pm, five minutes early and the man working there usually checking customers in; insisted that I did not have an appt. with them. I showed him the call history and he still blatantly denied that I ever called for an appt. nor about getting a confirmation call minutes ago. It was so frustrating, almost aggravating to be treated this way after doing everything I could on a busy day to get there honorably on time. Never again. The next door nail salon (A.T. Nails), had staff who were warm and accommodating, did my nails instead; and their service was by far better anyway. read more

made an appointment for a gel manicure in the AM so my nails would look nice for a wedding that PM. when i arrived the next day the gal couldn't find my appt & i insisted i called & spoke with a man who confirmed 10:45a was available. i was afraid she'd turn me away but i continued to explain my conversation with the man i spoke to. eventually she found me in the book & i was relieved. the gal that did my mani was sweet but did a sloppy job. a young gal that worked there came over to watch the gal polishing my nails & kept pointing out the sloppiness, & only then would the gal scrape the extra polish off my finger with her fingernail. i've never experienced someone's coworker critiquing another's work. i can only assume the young gal knew this person didn't do a very good job so she watched over her to point out her sloppiness...??? the polish was old & goopy but she made it work. (there were a few times i wanted to speak up but i just needed it done for the wedding i was attending that evening.) i can usually get 3 weeks out of a gel polish before i get chips/peeling on the tips of my nails, but there were chips on mutiple nails on day 7. i think she charged me $39. I came here despite the negative reviews because a friend recommended this place. I'm NEVER coming back. My nails are crooked and the polish is really messy. They were nice but overall I was pushed out before I was completely dry and when I asked them to clean the polish off my cuticles they said they were fine and basically told me no. I went for the 2nd time 1/26/21 to get a fill. The 1st time I went the lady did a good job so it made me return. However, someone different did my fill this time and I am not happy with the outcome. I was there a hour and a half and 5 nails are lumpy and she did not put the acrylic all the way on the nail as they normally do. She only put it in the back and basically left it without bringing it down. During the filing process only 1 tool was used to file. The filing tool they use, she only used the smooth tool part not the file part or the other one they use to do the cuticle part. I don't think I will be returning for nail service again. read more

Had to get my nails redone, not really impressed. They were nice and fast. My sister got her acrylics done and they look nice. I had previously gotten dip powder done on my nails and I asked multiple times for the powder and they said yes, but I know they put acrylic in my fill. My paint job is slightly messy and there's some bubbles and my tips are not painted correctly. I feel very "not manicure perfect". read more

I wanted a square shape, & my nails weren't even this short to begin with, he filed them down & now they ended up rounded or whatever. Been here before and they did ok but they honesty are not professional in my opinion. The man who did my nails was the guy who sat next to the girl who sat by the door and would check people in and schedule peoples appointments. He took about an hour and a half-two hours to do my nails. It should only take 45min-and hour. & I only got acrylics. My thumb nails aren't even, I told the man to make them shorter but he wouldn't, there is a dent in on of my thumbs, the nail polish Isn't put on right, when he put the nails on he put to much glue and got it on my skin and It is kinda hard to get off with nails on, some nails don't fit my finger completely and the shape is thicker on each nail. Customer service skills are lacking extremely here. They were able to fit us in a short amount of time but they are expensive for bare minimum services and request you purchase your own kit for your pedicure. My mother and I went there for pedicures. We were the first two people in the door when they opened, and we requested 2 DELUXE pedicures. We were told it would be a 35 minute wait because they had some appointments coming in. Fine, we wandered around the mall for 25 minutes or so. Even though we came back early, they took more people before us. We waited another 30+ minutes before being seated. When we reminded them we wanted deluxe pedicures, they told us no- that they said they had more appointments after us and didn't have time. Worst place to go! I made an appt and was there on time and the owner took someone else who had just walked in and when I confronted her, she told me she'd been working on her. I told her that wasn't fair since I had an appt and she didn't. I waited for an hour and when it was finally my turn I told the owner that I had taken time off work to come in and after that time I would never be back. She said since I was dissatisfied she wasn't going to do my nails. I told her yes she was after waiting that long. Then her nephew came over and said something to me. I went during Covid, this nail salon is probably one of the worst places I have ever been too. When I first got here for my opponent at 6 they didn't have any coordination, I went the the middle and picked out a color, once I was don't no one talked to me, after about 10 minutes they told me to sit down in the pedicure chair, then at 6:20 they finally filled up my water and talked to me. Every time I call for an appointment I still have to wait. One time is was 20 mins. They apologized with was noted. I've given them so many chances after lots of random mishaps. My friend and I came in around 6 since it was the only place with availability and it was my first time getting a manicure. I hurt so bad and I thought "just trust the process." And it was one of the most painful things I've ever had happen and then once I was finished I went to go sit with my friend and the lady who did my nails left. All of a sudden 4 of my fingers just start bleeding like crazy and I thought it was just normal for it to hurt so bad but that lady destroyed my nails. They look so bad, I just got clear polish and all my nails are uneven and aren't rounded off with much of any care. and then they were covered in blood. I still paid the 50 dollars and then they told us that because they were closed we couldn't walk through the mall to get back to our car so we had to walk all the way around the outside in the dark while I was bleeding all over which no one every acknowledged even when I tried to bring it up to the staff.
