Worst place ever. Will never be going back or my mom. Such a rip off and a scam. Took my mom once not knowing the price. She desperately needed a mani/pedi. When I went to pay for cost me $100. Then the lady questioned me about how I was going to tip her. You don't assume or question how or if someone is going to tip you. So I paid and kept question why it cost so much. My moms totally worth it but still that's high. Already not a fan from first experience with the cost, a few weeks later and my mom needed a new mani only. Called to set up appointment and was told my moms basic gel manicure was $25. Okay, cool. I needed a fill and was like a fill shouldn't be that bad. Back story :: Shortly after the fist visit I went home to visit my family, and got my nails done at my usual spot. That way when I was with my mom I could just get fills. How hard could that be right? Picture provided: "A" is what I started with from my OG spot. Love the almond shape, perfect "cat eye" polish, just love them. "B" is what I ended up leaving with after my fill from this place. Like wtf?!! She filed the tip down and before I could catch her it was too late. So I said just gently file all tips to match. They don't match, they're hella short, thick and you can't tell they're suppose to be "cat eye". She did t even file down the sides to shape them. So I walked into this nail salon no customers in the store. I just flew in from a 3.5 hr flight and was staying at one of the hotels. I just needed an eyebrow wax. The lady looks at me with an attitude and says $20. Clearly she did not want to do my eyebrows. I would not walk back into this place EVER!!!! No worries I'm out!! My mother in law made an appointment for us here because it was the only place around memorial day weekend that could squeeze 3 of us in. We waited over an hour before they could seat us. They did not have a great color selection, it felt like these were the colors on the shelf at Walmart. For a majority of the time the nail tech kept trying to get us to get acrylic or gel when we vocalized we wanted simple services done. It was not very clean and I was surprised to see that they did not use our own personal nail boxes. Overall, would not go here again! read more

This shop is great. The staffing is normally really nice and accommodating. There's reviews on here saying they don't like when the staff speaks Vietnamese which I find very rude. Some people aren't great at English so is it wrong they speak their native language? Just because they're speaking Vietnamese doesn't mean they're talking about you lol... it's like going to an Italian restaurant and being mad that the server or theor the cook is speaking in Italian. They do a great job. Especially Tammy. I get my pedicures done by her and she's great! read more

We chose this place because it was the only place in the area that was able to do three pedicures at the same time with only a few hour's notice. So if you are looking for something quick this might work. The ladies who worked on us were nice but very quiet (though they were speaking to each other in Vietnamese most of the time) and did a fine job on our pedicures ($54 for a gel deluxe pedicure). Because this place is located in Walmart the experience was definitely not what we are used too at our regular place. It was very noisy outside and people stared at us the whole time we tried to get our pedicures. I probably would have given this place 3 stars if they hadn't seated two people right next to us (much less than 6 feet) and started working on them before finishing us which is against COVID guidelines. The shop was definitely dated and not super aesthetically pleasing but does have massager chairs. We probably will not be going back, and would only recommend if you need something in a pinch. read more

Don't go!! They actually deserve a "negative" star. Paid $35 for just a gel color. she painted over cuticles and the skin, also where the paint was on the cuticle, the color started peeling the same day! Went back the following day to give them the opportunity to fix her poor job and she gave every excuse she could think of not to fix it. After her explanations, I realized she did not have the professionalism nor experience to even allow her to even fix them. Took gel color off myself, to prevent getting water underneath. Came for a full set and pedicure . Nail polish looks cakey and incomplete. Full set is done very messy and nails are not same shape . Just very unsatisfied. Too expensive and not worth it. Will not be back read more

We scheduled a double pedicure for first thing in the morning. We had to wait 30 minutes for our nail technicians to arrive. One said she was late because of public transportation. The other strolled in with bags of food and iced coffees. They seemed shocked that we were there and appeared to be inconvenienced by the early hour of 10am. My technician did a good job, but I was concerned that she appeared to be using a community razor to shave my callouses. The ladies were terribly annoyed that I didn't bring cash for the tips. My technician announced it in her language to the other as if I wouldn't understand. The other pouted like a petulant preschooler. I overtipped as usual and may return again. Despite the awful service, they have nice shiatsu loungers to relax in while getting a pedi. I guess the fact that they are located inside a Walmart might indicate the type of undiscerning clientele that they are accustomed to, therefore, they should be forgiven. read more
