The front faces Veterans, but you can't really drive up to it and park, you have to park in the back and go through the back which is the hair salon part. Anyway, after that tiny bit of confusion, we were welcomed by the front desk. And eventually our 2 masseuces. We went up the stairs and there are these very clean, changing rooms with lockers to change into our nice relaxing robes. The massages themselves were so very relaxing. The masseuce applied the perfect amount of pressure and my husband said the same about his massage. The heated towels were wonderful. The relaxing spa music was wonderful. The temperature level in the room was wonderful too. I highly recommend this place for a nice, realxing, and (maybe!) the same day massage.

When I pulled up, I was initially concerned because it was a small house and didn't look like a spa. When I came inside, all of the staff were pleasant and helpful. The waiting area is small. There are about 3 chairs in a close space. So if you are concerned about that then I'd suggest wearing a mask. I noticed there was a room where someone was doing hair and a room where someone was doing nails. I was scheduled for a massage. The room where I had the massage was a simple room. The music was very calming and created a very comfortable atmosphere. Brooke McNeely performed my massage and it was soooo good. She incorporating some stretching, warm towels and a massage tool. The massage was very personalized for what my body needed. Brooke was very nice and seemed knowledgeable as well. I thoroughly enjoyed my massage and would definitely go visit her again. I probably would've never made an appointment here if I'd just seen it while driving down the street but I am so glad that I did visit. You won't get the typical additional spa amenities here but if you want a great massage, I'd recommend seeing Brooke.

She had me giggling right away. She told me she had 3 clients, but to come in at 10am. I did. Best time ever! Clean salon. Everyone is super nice. Tina was a blast! She is good at what she does. She didn't hurt my already sensitive nails, not even once...no cut or filed off cuticles....there was ZERO discomfort! She cares for and loves EVERYONE! Lol. Seriously, they know everyone coming through the door by name. Miss Tina turned my nails and feet around quickly; I was out before 11:30am. I could not go to work in my condition, so I booked a 60-min deep tissue massage with Lauren at Body Art Day Spa and Hair Salon to try to relax the spasticity. Lauren was very knowledgeable about MS. I told her my goal was to go to work the next day and not suffer in pain. She addressed the seriously spastic areas on my back, neck, and shoulders with cupping. I felt immediate relief. I had never had cupping before, and I was surprised with the instant results it provided. The room was decorated for Halloween, but in a cozy way. The vibe was definitely relaxing. This morning, I woke up feeling 10 years younger. I was not in pain like I have woken up with for the past 7 years. I was able to remember what my upper back and shoulders felt like before MS took over. To top it off, Lauren is a good soul. You can see it and feel it upon meeting her.
