She was so thorough and attentive in each one of our sessions with helping me to tone up my midsection. She uses a lot of different techniques to help dissolve fat, lymphatic drainage, and help firm up the skin. She was always very friendly and fun to talk to during these sessions. I'm not really sure if body sculpting will work for you if you're considerably overweight.
