She could easily take my money and do the treatment anyway, but she doesn't, and that says a lot to me. From the beginning, Farrah has also been very clear that these treatments are enhancements, not miracles. She's never promised me unrealistic results. She explains what the treatments can help with, but she also makes it clear that I have to put in the work too. I appreciate that because I'd rather have realistic expectations than have someone tell me what I want to hear just to sell me a treatment. I've personally never felt body shamed by her.
