I'm so happy I came across this contour and spa! They are the only place in America that have the infrared machines which makes your workouts so much more effective! You lose about two times or three times the amount you would regularly lose. I was able to meet Nicole and some of the staff who were so friendly and welcoming, and they gave me a tour of the spa and showed me how to use the machines. The place itself is very clean and organized! The best part is the infrared rollers after your workout. It is literally the best thing you can do for your body! It's like a lymphatic and soothing massage that's going to help with my muscle recovery. I also love how that the infrared you can adjust how strong you want it of course me, I did it to the max! Parking can be a little difficult, but there is street parking if you want to walk a block, which is what I did! I definitely recommend this place if you want to really tone down, lose water weight! You get a sauna session if you check in Yelp, so don't miss that out! They also offer eM sculpt! What a gem! Cosmo contour was made for the girls. My bestie and I came here for a Saturday self care day. What we thought would be a 30 minute workout turned into a 2 hour sweat sesh. Don't underestimate those red lights, the really help you sweat! The space itself is meticulously clean and so aesthetically fun. You burn so much more in such a short time, you can't even tell how much time has gone by before it's over. The roll out machine at the end is incredible! It left my stomach looking extra snatched. The staff are all so nice and welcoming and walked me through each piece of equipment and other rooms in the Spa. My favorites are the infrared bike and roller. You definitely feel the heat with all the machines which gives you extra satisfaction that you are burning that much more. Another great thing about Cosmo Contour is that after your first visit they offer a complimentary sauna box session with your Yelp check-in. I saw a Tiktok video of Cosmo Contour at 2:00 am and booked an appointment immediately. I definitely was nervous at first for my EMS training, but Nora made sure we listened to my body & didn't overdo anything. I would recommend the EMS training to everyone!! It feels like I did a two hour workout in just 30 minutes. I'm also obsessed with the infrared machines! I sweat so much and it feels like such a great work out. In a regular gym, I would have to wear a sauna suit just to sweat this much. It blows my mind how amazing these machines are! I also booked 7 sessions of the body sculpting sessions with Nora, we focused on the back of my legs, where my cellulite really shows. I can't believe how great it looks now! I will definitely be back before I leave on vacation! Nora and Nicole made my 7 sessions so great and Nora made sure I was always so comfortable. I have to admit, I was a little skeptical about the results but I went for it because at 49 I said what the heck....., I'm worth it! I exercise and I eat healthy but due to genetics there was just some areas that needed to be tighten and toned, that exercising alone would not do. This was DEFINITELY the solution!!! They create packages that offer good value, the sessions are very easy to book and once you're there you feel very comfortable and at ease (even in your undies!).. it's a mother and team and they're adorable and professional. Notes for maximum results: Don't eat 2 hrs prior Hydrate really well the day of Eat healthy and exercise (not crazy but in a balanced way) No alcohol night before Sauna (there) after session I may be forgetting some things but in a nutshell put your skepticism aside and go for it. To say I'm OBSESSED with this place would be an understatement. I have tried so many different gyms, workouts, studios, and none of them have compared to this place. Im actually noticing a difference in my weight, body and energy with their infrared equipment. My favorite is the treadmill of course, but they also have the step master, bike and other machines. I also love the rollers! I wasn't the biggest fan of the rollers initially but after giving it a try a couple times I started to notice a reduction in my cellulite and really helps with the muscle soreness. So now I'm hooked. I don't know of any other work out that you burn over 800 calories in 30mins and feel great doing so after. They offer other services as well, to help target certain "difficult" or problem areas. Haven't tried them all but I've tried the Venus and EMScuplt and have been satisfied thus far. Highly recommend you all check out this spot. They have the most amazing and helpful staff with great communication to encourage and motivate you to reach your goals. The machines and restrooms are all clean at all times and that is a BIG deal for me. I rarely write Yelp reviews, but I could write so many more paragraphs about this place... I promise you won't be dissatisfied- go check it out for yourself and you'll understand my obsession. One last thing, the staff has been so incredibly accommodating with my schedule so I'd definitely encourage you to talk to them about the services they offer, what your goals are and scheduling. Cosmo Contour is my permanent obsession! I'm already a huge fan of infra red saunas and the amazing benefits of it but adding infra red to my cardio is next level. I burned more calories in less time and felt amazing afterwards. They also have infra red rollers to work out your sore muscles. I also tried em sculpt and will be starting routine sessions to help with my mid section and the booty. I'm very active but don't mind the extra help!
