If you have curly hair do yourself a favor and stay as far away from this place as you can. If I could give less than one star I would. I asked for shoulder length hair when it was curly, told the stylist how curly my hair is and clearly they did not know how to cut curly hair. I am now left with something similar to an afro. I was told hair grows back and Angie the owner was even involved and said sorry I'm not happy. Needless to say 190 some dollars later I left in tears and am now stuck with the worst haircut I have ever had in my life. I am heartbroken. read more

My experience with the salon was awful- I went in to get a pedicure and manicure- and also I wanted to get my eyebrow and mustache wax the girl burnt me and I told her that the wax was toooo hot she didnot test it before putting on my skin.. she didnot care and just said it will be ok and put a little ice on it and continued. My upper lip was burned and very red - and it still has a discoloration on my face...The owner Angi didnot care all she cared about was the money and didnot offer to do anything for a terrible experience- she just blew me off Plus they overcharged me $18 and never offered to refund the money for the waxing- which should of been the right thing to do and a courteous thing to do so Girls do not go there and get your waxing done - you will get burned it is not professional and I am praying that my burn mark continues to heal I was very nice to the girl and even gave a $10 tip of which I was not refunded I was so very disappointed with the service and had hopes of finding a salon in the area that I could go to I was charged $87.00 - I could cry-- this all happened in March and still to this day no call or refund to my account for unprofessional service. read more

The first time I walked in and was seen right away but since then I have had to make an appointment to make sure I get seen by Aly. Had an appointment with Natalie to style my hair for an event. Made the appointment days ago. She first messages me and asks if I can come 1/2 an hour later. I show up she tells me she has to finish a color as well as cut someone else's hair so she clearly had no time for me. I had to hurry home and get ready in hopes I can leave on time. Natalie had been my favorite hairdresser for years at another location, and I was so happy to track her down again at the Beauty Station. The drive to Bonsall is nice and not too far away. The venue is super-stylish in its decor with an extremely comfortable and friendly atmosphere. My allergies usually kick up in salons, but this one is very clean and I've had no issues at all. Natalie always makes my problem hair look fabulous. I love her willingness to experiment with funky colors and I always receive compliments on my locks after an appointment. I was new to the area from Denver and was dreading having to go through the painful process of finding new hair and nail salon(s). I got lucky here! I get my hair done by Iris and it's no easy task as I've got fine curly hair and am outside a lot so color fades too. She's marvelous! Definitely a pro!! Fawn and Wendy do my nails. My very first visit with Beauty Station and the owner, Angie, was a last minute plea for a mani/pedi on a weekend, shortly before closing. Not only were they able to accommodate me, they never made me feel uncomfortable for asking for a closing-time appointment, and both the techs I worked with listened to what I was looking for and delivered! I've been back several times since, and won't go anywhere else. Their pedicure chairs use the Contego system, which is the gold standard in sanitation. I never feel rushed, and it's always a treat to see all of the friendly staff. What a great experience. Had a very relaxing spa pedicure from Cinsili. She did a great job! The atmosphere is clean, quiet and chill and it doesn't smell chemically. They offer you a beverage and you don't feel rushed. It may be more than a standard-strip-mall pedicure but I found the value in the experience and quality for sure, will be back! That is the best beauty salon among all I have been visited in CA for 20 years(5525 Mission Rd, Bonsall). They provide very high level of professionalism with very low price! It has everything you need: manicure, pedicure, facial, eyes lashes. All people working there are extremely friendly, smiling, work hard to please you. I literally was thinking I wanted a pedicure today. Had to go to the post office and it's right next door. I was feeling "adventurous" and decided to give it a go. VERY IMPRESSED! Super clean (and I'm a clean freak), everything's new, cool decor. Ally did my pedicure and was very accommodating and really good! I left, picked up my daughter who promptly stomped (accidentally) on my freshly painted big toe so back we went. Angie, the owner, redid my toe and when I gave my daughter a $5 bill to give Angie, she refused. We left it anyway:) I didn't feel rushed, the leg massage was great and best of all, I didn't get the up-sell pitch, which is always so annoying, right? You were acknowledged & did not wait 20 minutes. Over stating the facts to get your point across is unfortunate. Based upon your other Yelp reviews, it appears you are very difficult to please! I wish you the best! I've been going to this salon for quite some time & they are very professional. I came in the 1st time & had a nail fungus unbeknownst to me. I have had numerous experiences at those no wait nail salon. The result has been unsanitary tools & foot baths. Now, I've found the best! No more nail fungus & UNBELIEVABLE customer service! This place was fantastic!! They greeted us with an option of tea, coffee, wine or beer and the ambiance was clean, modern and stylish. There is a small room in the back with two chairs that made it feel very private and intimate. The service was amazing, they gave one of the longer massages I've ever had with a pedicure and you can tell the products they're using are the real deal.
