From the beginning, scheduling appointments was always easy, and they were consistently on time, which I really appreciated. Geoffery at the front desk is always so kind and welcoming, and he made every visit pleasant. I did most of my sessions with Nurse Erika, and she is fantastic at what she does. She's experienced, professional, and always made sure I felt comfortable throughout each session, checking in to make sure the settings were tolerable and that I was doing okay. I also saw a few of the other nurses, and they were all wonderful as well. The entire team is friendly and professional. I'm really happy with my results and would definitely recommend this location to anyone considering laser hair removal.

I had enough units to last about a year and each time the injectors were very clinical, the receptionists while very kind, its obvious they earn commission based off how they push sales, (not holding that against them). This last appointment I felt squeezed in and rushed. The injector laid me down, which has never been done. This particular injector didn't ask me any questions except where I wanted the injections. My reply was crows feet. I left the location and I came back about 10 mins later due to a seemingly growing bruise at the injection site which is not normal for me. S he said that was completely normal that she it hit a small blood vessel. Below is my face a couple days later. While I understand, bruising happens I have never bruised aside from a tiny bruise perhaps at the injection site, nothing visible. When I went back to talk to the injector, I didn't feel comforted and it showed me how clinical they treat their guests. And the receptionist's are a different story but personally, I do not recommend LaserAway for Botox injections, especially invisible areas.

Casey had a nice long talk with you, then she sketches on your eyebrows and eyelids of what she thinks looks good from your input. The nano micro blading and shading wasn't torture! As she is working when it starts to get uncomfortable she moves to a different section, without me saying anything! That is years of experience shinning through. The eyelids were harder because I fluttered a bit when she got into the one corner of my inner eyelid but Casey was very calm and walked me through it. My husband and family were blown away when they saw how well they came out. My brother couldn't tell until I pointed them out. Right now it is dark so I am excited how it will lighten in a week's time. I have not had any scabbing, flaking, or skin issues. The day of and the next my eyes were slightly puffy as if I was crying. Yah for me! Casey is located in The Grand in Brea in the shopping plaza off of the 57 freeway. 7/28/26 Touch up day…read more As the funny cartoon illustrated...my brow color mostly fell off by the return date. Deborah already informed me the initial session was to see how the color would take since I had laser removal done prior. Most of the work would be done in this touch up session. It was nice to see Chloe and meet Grace (translator). She took a look at my brows, started the numbing process, and drew some design lines prior to start. This session took well about 2+ hours and some change. Chloe was extremely detailed in making sure everything looked great. My right brow was the one that had less old ink post laser removal so she made this side a bit dark so both sides would match when it fades and heals with time. She kept the thicker brows that I wanted with a softer arch. Poor Chloe's hands were getting all cramped up after my session. I appreciated her hard work in making beautiful brows for me. Grace informed me of the after care instructions and said she probably won't see me back for a couple of years. Of course, it all depends on individual and if I feel like I need a touch up earlier than later. She even gave me a Korean sandwich for lunch in case I didn't have time to get lunch. She makes sure that you are 100% happy with the results and is very professional. She measured my eyebrows to make sure they were even and was satisfied with the shape before starting. She also chooses a good color that fits you. I was going for a natural color that isn't too dark and was pleased with the shade of brown chosen! She always made sure I was feeling okay in terms of potential pain or discomfort as well as the temperature of the room. I tend to run hot, so I really appreciated that she asked me and turned on the A/C during the procedure. My skin is very oily so it had an issue with color retention. I had to get a re-touch within a month for best results and when some areas faded a bit after a few weeks, Chloe was very kind and offered to do another re-touch for free. I was very impressed by the customer service, professionalism, and how flexible she was! If you're looking for a place to get your eyebrows done, this is the place! Chloe will take care of you and the person who helps translate for her is also very sweet and helpful! You will be in good hands here. I've been coming here to get my brows done by Hini since 2020. First time around, I had to get it…read moretouched up twice a few weeks after because it turn out really faded and it was also uneven. The left brows was also way closer to the middle than the right brow. On all appointments, Hini was either late or made me wait. Despite it being uneven, I came back a year and a half later for my touch up. I really liked the shape this time. When it healed, the right brow turned out a lot lighter than the left and the only thing you could really see was the outline of the brow. It's been embarrassing to go around with uneven brows so I decided to come back to get it touched up and fixed. Me being punctual, I arrived 10 minutes earlier but still had to wait another 30 minutes from my appointment time to finally get helped. This time, she made my eyebrows so close to the center, I look permanently angry. I specifically asked her if she could leave more space in between but I guess not. Based on the other reviews, it seems it's a pattern of having to wait and receiving mid service. After this time, I don't think I'll ever be coming back to get my brows done here.
