I went for a touch up less than 2 years after my review, felt the need to provide an update. I now have uneven eyebrows that are super dark, black which was advised since my eyebrows tend to turn reddish upon fading. I don't know what's worse red toned brows or dark angry bird brows. I am considering getting laser to remove the underlying brown and now the black strokes that were meant to be a coverup. Please note: She will charge $100 for every visit after the initial retouch, even if the brows are crooked, uneven, or due to no fault of your own. Make sure you leave the first visit mostly happy and by the retouch appointment you are 100% happy with the shape so that you don't come back and have to pay another $100. read more

5 STARS!!! I had my old eyebrow tattoos corrected and micro blading done and also my top eyeliner, which was a great idea. Lena speaks English quite well and so she listens and understands what I wanted. My eyebrows and eyeliner look GREAT! The same day, I had dinner with friends. Nobody noticed anything. The shape that she recommended looks terrific, not too thick and not too thin. I didn't have much hair on my brows in the first place, but now it looks like tiny hair! So natural and beautiful! She had to tattoo a light color over my old one to make the new shape and make shading. Lena patiently corrected and did my eyeliner as well. She was steady, careful, focused, and she took her time. It did take longer than expected but that is why it turned out so well. She constantly looked at my face and she had me sit up as well to make sure it was completely even since my old tattoo was not even. Her place is very clean and neat. I have my touch up scheduled in 3 weeks. I live near LAX and it was totally worth it to drive all the way to Lena! I love my brows and eyeliner! read more

My 3rd visit after micro blading and the wait is ridiculous each time. I had an appointment and she working on 3 clients with like 3 more waiting. That's ridiculous service. My second appointment I had to go home and come back because she had overbooked appointments too and then when I came back still waited an hour or longer with an appointment. That's is horrible service when you are one person providing service and she's working on 3 clients and have like 3 more waiting. I would NEVER go there again or recommend to anyone unless you have all day to waste. read more

I bought a Groupon for the Yumi Keratin Lash Lift. I went in 7/13 and everything went great. Customer service was awesome. When my lash tech was done the owner was not satisfied and set me up for a touch up right away. Turns out I have 3 rows of eyelashes. Owner retouched my eyelashes today 7/15 and let me tell you....I LOVE THEM EVEN MORE. Customer service alone is everything and they are amazing! Definitely worth it...you will not be disappointed!!! I rate this place 1 star, because of the poor costumers Service. First of all the job Lina did on me was poor. She created a second eyebrow. She did not fix her mistake and she does not answer my calls. Also every appointment I had, I will literally wait 30 minutes before Lina could start working on me. She also did my top eyeliner which faded after 2 weeks. I can't get a touch up since no one answers my calls and I have gone to the place and Lina is not there. While Elpis is known for their microblading I actually was referred here for lash extensions. I really liked how my technician explained the various styles and lengths and offered ideas on how we could execute. I've been coming back for fills for a few months now and every time I am more than happy. And I've been to a few other places and I found their lashes last long and don't fall out after a few days. The space is super clean and cute. I would definitely recommend! Also, don't get confused with the location. There's a fat pink sign outside.
