I just completed my last laser hair removal session at this location after a total of 8 treatments, and I had a really great experience overall. From the beginning, scheduling appointments was always easy, and they were consistently on time, which I really appreciated. Geoffery at the front desk is always so kind and welcoming, and he made every visit pleasant. I did most of my sessions with Nurse Erika, and she is fantastic at what she does. She's experienced, professional, and always made sure I felt comfortable throughout each session, checking in to make sure the settings were tolerable and that I was doing okay. I also saw a few of the other nurses, and they were all wonderful as well. The entire team is friendly and professional. Perhaps laser way needs to stay with hair removal because they seem to do great in that area, but my Botox experiences have not been the same. I had enough units to last about a year and each time the injectors were very clinical, the receptionists while very kind, its obvious they earn commission based off how they push sales, (not holding that against them). This last appointment I felt squeezed in and rushed. The injector laid me down, which has never been done. This particular injector didn't ask me any questions except where I wanted the injections. My reply was crows feet. I left the location and I came back about 10 mins later due to a seemingly growing bruise at the injection site which is not normal for me. S he said that was completely normal that she it hit a small blood vessel. Below is my face a couple days later. While I understand, bruising happens I have never bruised aside from a tiny bruise perhaps at the injection site, nothing visible. When I went back to talk to the injector, I didn't feel comforted and it showed me how clinical they treat their guests. And the receptionist's are a different story but personally, I do not recommend LaserAway for Botox injections, especially invisible areas. read more

After a video consult and high pressure sales, I purchased 1468 of xeomin. I received a treatment using appx 25-30% of the units. Immediately, the results were poor. My prior to treatment arched brows were saggy. Misshapen and assymetrical. I called immediately and the sales girl advised me to wait two weeks for it to fully set in. I waited two weeks and requested a fix to my saggy, assymetrical brows. The nurse said she could not fix it. But could refuce the wrinkles more by my nose. She injected a bit more, and advised me the eye brows were unfixable. One month later still saggy, uneven brows, my forehead wrinkles unevenly and my nose wrinkles did not fade at all like quoted. I requested a refund and was refunded a partial refund of appx half my purchase. I requested in writing and by telephone more than 5 times for a breakdown of my refund. Each time i call or email they do not respond to my request. They may refuse to respond in writing because you cannot dispute a partial refund with your credit card without a written receipt of whats being refunded broken down. The women on the dispute team at Chade said Laser Away gets many many patient payment disputes. Hmmmm? Laser Away is a high pressure sales. They only help out till they have your money. The worst place I have ever experienced in my life! Nightmare. My lip injection was a complete nightmare, the nurse hit my nerve and the after math was just horrific. I got a huge abscess on the roof of my mouth. The pain was so intense, felt as if my face was shattered. HI! I am giving this review for the hydro facial. While the tech was very kind she was running behind and I felt that my facial was rushed. While the result of the treatment was positive, showing hydrated skin, just 2-3 days later my skin was simply back to its normal self. I don't know what I was expecting but the outcome didn't feel any different than a pumpkin facial or something along those lines. Another thing I want to note if I only got about 4-5 minutes of red light when it should have been 15. I know this because to calm myself I often count minutes. I was in and out within 25 mins or so. Do not get laser tattoo removal at this location. Previous went to Brea location for 6 sessions and had great results, my tattoo was fading away nicely. Was scheduled at the new location due to time needing was not available at usual location. Big mistake, the technician burned the flesh off my neck. After voicing my concerns and submitting pictures was treated as if I did this to myself, was told it wasn't burnt off yet they prescribed burn cream and ointment to prevent infection. After in tears asked for reimbursement for medication, the session and the last three sessions for the horrible experience and the scar it would leave on my neck which is visible to the world, was told in so many words let's see how it heals and all you want is money attitude by their managers. Waste of time today honestly horrible experience working with this place. So starting, several MONTHS ago I went in for my laser treatment and they talked to me about deals and I asked them questions (as a breastfeeding mom) if I was able to get juvaderm lip filler while breastfeeding. The lady went back and asked the nurse who then said it was ok as long as we did away with the numbing cream. Fast forward several months after so many calls from them offering me deals. I finally decided to go for it which I then verified if it was OK to proceed while breast-feeding they told me that i would be called back the next day with a yes or no if I can proceed with my appointment (after taking payment). Close to closing I got a text with a appointment confirmation so I didn't want to assume it was ok so I called back the next day and was told they saw the notes and that it was ok. I got a babysitter who had to take off work also and took time away from my kids to come sit in their office to be told I was misinformed (by their own staff) the excuse they gave me was that the girl was new. So what is their excuse for the other times that I was told that it was OK sounds like their staff is not aware of their policies and not knowledgeable. I then asked them for a refund, which I am then told I can only get partial, but they will have a manager call me. I don't care if they need to get the manager or the owner to call me, but I want a full refund because this was on their behalf that I wasted my time to come down to their office to be told I was misinformed. I don't like writing bad reviews but this was a disappointing experience... First off - I've been to Laseraway maybe 8 years ago and had a great experience. But disclaimer what is crazy is if you provide any information on their site if you're interested in a treament they blow your phone up until you make an appointment. I got like 6 calls a day somedays and texts for WEEKS. I was interested in getting a Hydrafacial for my birthday, and saw this location just opened right near me and they were offering them and also had discounts for the month of May. So I know Laseraway is obviously not a regular spa, but I hadn't been in so long so when I saw they had facial options I was thinking oh that's cool they're offering more facials now and that it would be an ACTUAL facial, especially for the price of $299! *I've also had a hydrafacial at a nice spa for the cost of $280, for a full on facial where the cleanse and prep before using the hydrafacial machine, and everything else thats is normally included in a facial (lol the fact I even have to write this!)* What happened with my appointment was it was a ghost town when I got there, the front desk girl wasn't there so no one greeted me. Then the girl treating me came out and A) didnt even introduce herself (still no idea her name) or B) ask my name which she pronouced wrong. She didn't seem to be interested in making me feel welcome at all. I filled out the paper work, she didn't ask me any questions or engage at all still, or ask about my skin, nothing. The room is basically an examine room BTW not anything like where you get a facial. Super uncomfortable with bright lights. She didn't drape me with a towel or anything, or put one around my hair. So I was like ok this is different but also trying not to judge. She began the treatment, by not talking again or asking anything and just barely wiped my face with water? I guess I had a little makeup from prior to being there on so I was kinda surpised she didnt ask like they do for most facials. When she finished it she put a red light thing on for like maybe 5 mins, and then put a sheet mask on for not even 2 mins I swear - and said ok you're done there's SPF over there. She didn't ask if I had questions or anything. She was no where in sight when I walked out too, I was honestly incredibly shocked. The whole appointment only took about 20 minutes in total. She started about 11:20 and I was done by 11:40. Mind you this cost about $300 ! I also walked out of there with my skin feeling dry like what the heck. I did talk to someone named Brian after this because I filled out a private review on my experience - didn't want to post public until maybe it was resolved. I told him everything in detail, he was nice and sounded willing to help me I guess fix the issue by providing me with a free service or discount because they don't do refunds (makes sense because clearly they would owe tons of people money from reading the other reviews) and told me to get back to him the next week when I decided because I talked to him on a weekend when he got off work, idk. I emailed and called and heard nothing from him again. I'm honestly so mad this ended up being a bad experience and I'm mainly leaving this review so people save their money and go somewhere good if they're considering a hydrafacial where they won't pay for this overpriced nonsense. False advertising, overpriced, and bad customer service.
