We were traveling through Utah and realized we had a slow leak in one of our Airstream tires due to a nail. We called beaver tire and they said to head in and they would have us back on the road. They started working on our tire once we arrived and actually found the leak was caused by another screw in the tire. They patched both and readjusted the tire pressure in all of our tires. The price was great. They were friendly, fast and focused on safety. Thanks for getting us back on the road!

    Excellent Service!

We were traveling from Silverton Colorado to Beaver Utah. Two hours out of Beaver we blew a tire that did a great deal of damage to our RV. After doing a repair that allowed us to limp into Beaver, we contacted Beaver tire. Trey spoke to us on the phone and said to come in early the next morning. He contacted us while we were at the KOA in Beaver, and asked if he could come out at 9 PM to check to make sure what he needed for the next days service. No one could have gone further out of their way to help us like Trey. He came in at six am on a huge holiday to get us back on the road to California safely. Five stars doesn't begin to tell how pleased we were with the service we received.

How hard is it to do your job correctly?

Don't buy tires here! I had to replace four wheel studs and lug nuts after having tires installed here. Apparently they don't know how to install a lug nut without cross threading it.

This is the tire, look at how it already separated ready to blow!

Sure you are going to pay a little more on a Sunday at a freeway tire shop but I was thankful they had two tires.

Chris, the owner of Bobcat Towing & Repair is the hardest working person in his profession that I…read morehave ever met. I had a rear tire blowout on my 5th Wheel in Bryce Canyon City. It was a real blowout that disintegrated the tire. The blowout was so violent that is broke the leaf spring shackle on the left side and tore out the wiring to the left rear trailer jack. I was forced to run on the aluminum wheel for a bit before I could get to a safe place. I called Chris and he showed up within an hour. He was able to get the 5th Wheel jacked up, replace the destroyed tire & wheel with the spare, and secure the leaf spring so that I could limp to the RV Park across the street and get 5th Wheel setup. Chris spent the next day gathering parts to make the repairs that were required (new tire & wheel, leaf spring shackle, wiring harness replacement for rear 5th Wheel jack). This effort included a 3-hr round trip to St. George, UT. The following day he came to the RV Park and RV Park and performed all of the repairs onsite - including removal of the broken leaf spring shackle and welding a new one in place. Chris was the consummate professional throughout the entire rescue & repair process. He accomplished the entire repair as a "roadside service"! He actually saved our vacation to Bryce National Park. His work ethic is to be admired. He provided the highest level of customer service for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Chris & Bobcat Towing for any roadside repair/service you might need.

I feel like I was taken advantage of. My daughter said it shouldn't have cost more than $300... parts cost was $135.00. I give it to God. He takes good care of me. I'm doing my best to not feel bitter about the situation! Sincerely, Connie Smith
