Tracy is an artist ! She can do any design I've requested. Quality work that lasts me a week longer than competitors. I have come to see her exclusively to get both my manicures and pedicures for the last 5 years. Worth the drive 10/10. Clean and hygienic facility and practices. I regularly get complimented on my nails after a visit.

I read the reviews on Yelp and I finally got a favors nails shop "Bebe Nails" in Folsom area. Ryan did a fabulous, thorough and speedy job on my acrylics. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly the entire time he worked on my nails. I really happy with my acrylics nails and they have held up amazing. I wanna share that If you love the supper long nails and fabulous design, don't hesitate to reach out to Ryan. Returned to try Bebe Nails now that as new owners Danny and his wife. Super clean, bright. Tina did my pedi which was excellent. Great massage technique and didn't feel rushed like some places. Danny did a basic manicure to groom up my bad cuticles. . They look so much better. I'll definitely return and recommend Bebe Nails. read more

If you read anything older than a year- disregard. This salon is under new ownership and they are AMAZING! I was referred by a long time client of Tracy's and I am so happy to have found her! My dip manicures last without chipping and I am super hard on them. I highly recommend both Tracy and her husband. I have not had anyone else do my manicures, but Kim also did an excellent job on my pedicure. read more

Worst manicure of my life. She didn't even file the nails down and they are all at different lengths. She put glitter on one nail only and expected it to stay there when I didn't ask for glitter in the first place.... Was speechless at this experience I had. read more

Tracy is amazing! I've been going to her for about 2 years now and there's no one else I'd rather have my nails done by (the 35min drive is well worth it). My nails last so long (4-5 weeks) without chipping and i'm very hard on my nails. Every design I have brought to her she has executed perfectly! Her new salon is so cute, clean, and well organized! I can't thank Tracy enough for having this shop. It's very clean comfortable and so well priced. Best place in Folsom no doubt. I will not go anywhere else. I came in the other day and got to meet the owner. (She purchased the business just a few months ago so don't pay attention to old reviews). First off...on the phone she was so kind. She did my mani, and Dina did my pedicure. They accommodated my request for a more natural nail and had an option for nail strengthener instead of polish. It's very clean with many different options. They were very thorough and I can tell they take pride in what they do. Tammy's nails were so pretty as well. I met another lady there, I don't remember her name but she was also very kind. I will tell everyone about this place because it's so rare to find a place that is clean, efficient, with kind and talented technicians. I've been all over, high end places in granite bay and Folsom. This is my place now. Highly recommended. read more

A good friend recommended that I come here for my gel manicures. I have been to various spots in Folsom and thought I would give them a try. My friend recommended June. I called the day prior and made an appointment. Wow, they have so many color options it can be overwhelming. June was wonderful and did an excellent job! My gel manicure lasted for 2.5+ weeks! A job well done. I can't wait to be back for extra pampering. The place is super clean, calming and relaxing. I would recommend to family and friends! read more

I just had a dip manicure at Bebe nails and I can't believe I haven't been to this gem in Folsom before! They were sooo friendly and did a wonderful job. My appointment was at 12, but they called me ahead of time to let me know that they were running 15 minutes behind. I appreciated this as no other salon has done this for me -- it was so nice to run an errand rather than sit and wait for those 15 minutes. I will definitely be back!!! read more

Worst service ever !!!! About a month ago this young girl did my nails , and when I went to pay she was charging me $5 extra because she put glitter on my nails . I always get glitter and I had never had to pay extra , is the same polish !!!! I argued and they ended up charging me the same as previous times I went back today , same girl was there . She asked me to pick my color , do, I assumed she was going to do them since she was doing nothing but playing on her iPhone ... but NOPE, she passed me to another girl , and before she even got started , she said something to her in her language , and she got up and brought a young guy who had no idea how to even take off my gel polish . He cut my nails so short , you couldn't even shape them , he did not do the cuticle service and when he started applying the polish , she applied it way above the nail bed . I finally spoke up , and then , the girl next to him came to do it herself but had a horrible attitude , and was rushing without any care about how bad they looked . I told her to stop and do it properly or just let me go . To make a long story short , I was told they would only charge me $30 because the young guy only did quick color change not manicure!!!. I asked for a gel manicure when I call !!!! WT.... I paid the $30 and got out of there as fast as I could . I would NEVER go back , and I would not recommend this place to anyone !!! Do not use their services , rude and incompetent technicians . The only one who cares and does a good job is Lisa , but unfortunately, I felt so unwelcome there , that I cannot justify going there , not even for her . read more

Love Bebe nails! They are not the most plush nail Salon that I've ever been to but they do an AMAZING job every time. They do not over schedule like a salon I went to in Roseville either. It's quiet in there...not a lot of cross talk between staff which drives me crazy. Very relaxing. Easy access and fair prices. read more

She got really annoyed with me & said I should have looked up photos on my phone first. I said "oh well can you file them a little?" She also seemed upset with me quite a few times because my fingers weren't relaxed. I apologized to her & said I wasn't used to having my nails done. Overall, she was very unfriendly. I actually came back a week later to have the nails removed because I didn't like how thick they felt. She removed them & was very unfriendly again. I would not go back.

My daughter had an appointment and was there waiting for it to start. While she was waiting, they took a walk-in and gave that person to the nail tech who was supposed to do my daughter's nails. She ended up waiting about 30 minutes past her appointment time. What bothered me even more was the response from management. My wife brought the issue to their attention and they basically seemed unconcerned. If a regular customer makes an appointment and shows up on time, I don't understand how a walk-in gets put ahead of them. But taking a walk-in ahead of someone who already has an appointment, and then not seeming to care when the customer complains, is different. My family has been coming here regularly, so this was a pretty disappointing way for loyal customers to be treated. There are too many other nail salons in Folsom to put up with that kind of customer service.

My appointment at The Hills Nails felt incredibly rushed from start to finish... it couldn't have been more than 10 minutes. The technician barely acknowledged or spoke to me, there was little to no cuticle care, and my nails weren't shaped with much attention to detail. The polish was applied over my cuticles (as shown in the photos), and within just a few days it started peeling. What bothered me most was that when I politely mentioned my concerns to the owner, I was told, "Well, you got a basic manicure." To me, a basic manicure shouldn't mean rushed or sloppy. Basic doesn't mean there shouldn't be care, precision, or pride in the work. To make matters worse, after paying around $40 for the service, I was asked, "No tip?" in front of other customers. That was embarrassing and left an even worse impression. I don't expect perfection, but I do expect a manicure to be done with care and professionalism, regardless of the service level. Unfortunately, I left feeling like I was rushed through just to get to the next customer, and I won't be returning.

He did not paint the entire toe nail, and he cut the corner of my big toe nail and it doesn't match the other. I previously had a gel pedicure elsewhere, but he did not remove all of the gel. He literally painted over the old paint. I had to ask him to remove it. I shouldn't have to ask him to do that; that should be an automatic step. Then he wiped the paint off, smeared it, but didn't remove it. He painted over it. Attention to detail is lacking. It only takes a little to show your customers how much you value their business. I am also a small business owner. I go the extra mile and details matter. This is the worst pedicure I've ever had, but great massage.
