I have been going to Belle for years! When I travel and sometimes when friends talk me into meeting them somewhere, I have gone other places but no matter where I try there is no-one that gives a better pedicure than Anna!!! She is thorough, clean, gentle, and takes her time with my massage! I was having issues with getting my big toenails to grow longer so I could have the "squared look" and she was able help me achieve this and they look amazing!!!! The massage chairs are incredible and the prices are great!!!! I live by a brand new beautiful nail place and the pedicures are expensive and awful!!! Its so nice to have a place to go that really takes the time and care you want!! read more

My GF came in initially to get her brows done, Anna accommodated her immediately and she did an amazing job. However the wax might have been a little too hot, or because it was her first time getting her brows waxed before. She did have a small burn above her right eye, nothing to serious but left a little mark for sure. Anna was very nice! Before she went in to get her eyebrows done, asked Anna if they could handle an additional 3 ladies for pedicures. Anna was able to fit them all in at the same time almost immediately. However my GFs group were disappointed with there pedicures; The 2 other girls apart from Anna were not willing to help, and were rude. They didn't speak to the ladies who they were working on. Instead just uttered sounds and gestured for what they wanted. Anna took care of the groups concerns at the end. While the other coworkers just went to the back to pack up and go home. I wish they had told them they didn't have availability instead of committing to pedicures with less than par service. Anna was the only exception! Anna was the only thing standing in the way of a 1 star review. Go see Anna or go somewhere else! read more

I was so excited to try this place out only to be so disappointed. I was told it would be a 2 hour wait because they were busy (while one of the ladies sat there on her phone). I informed the lady that I was waiting for someone so I would wait. When my friend came she immediately sat her down put a towel down for her and was about to start on her. She then looked at me and stated I could sit next to her. Needless to say we did not get our nails done that day. Please work on customer service. :( read more

Had such a good experience with them. We decided to go to them on a whim after our regular place was too busy to take us. We called in early and they said they had no one there and for us to come right away. When we got there, we were seated immediately and the place is so relaxing. They have calming music, a spa like atmosphere and they have dividers for covid precautions. The ladies working there were super nice and really friendly. We got gel nails and afterwards they asked if I wanted a flower on my nail. They did such a great job in making that flower I really like this place and will definitely be coming again! read more

I came here because I've been once before and had a great experience. But this time, I got a basic mani/pedi and the lady didn't seem too happy that I didn't get a more premium service or gel polish... I don't use gel anymore because it destroyed my nails (it's also my money...) and I just needed something to get me through the weekend for a wedding. She did an extremely sloppy job and even told me to "next time do gel". She didn't offer me a fan to dry my nails afterward and even told me I was fine to leave but to be careful after staying only a few minutes after she finished. She left something on the counter that I bumped into and it smudged my nails pretty bad...so now I'm out $$$ and time for a mani/pedi I'll have to redo at home :( read more

First time at Belle Nail Spa, i did not have an appointment, yet they were prompt to greet and check me in. Initially I asked for pedicure only, but as I sat down I asked about manicure gel details and pricing $30 sounded reasonable to me. Their Gel Mani was perfect for my dry hands with lots to work needed to clean my cuticles. Hanna did my manicure with close attention to detail, Anna did my pedicure with also close attention to detail. My feet were in dire need of some tlc. The massage they gave was an added bonus and the cherry on the top. $30 for pedicure and was able to match the color to my gel manicure. I will for sure be coming back. read more

Super bummed. I made an appointment with a friend. We showed up 5 minutes before our appointment time. When we arrived we were told we had to wait an additional 45 minutes. Clearly the salon decided to take two walk-ins and expected us to suck it up and wait. Belle Nails, I have gone to you for years. Your customer service is awful. You do not give a regular customers appointment away. We have found a new salon Ombré Nail Salon, which is much nicer. Their customer service is impeccable. read more

All praise cuticles! I'm not opposed to nail technicians trimming my cuticles, as long as it's done cautiously. But I don't like when they start hacking off each and every cuticle. During my visit to Belle Nails, I felt uncomfortable when all my cuticles were removed. I really should have stopped her but by the time I noticed three cuticles were gone and perhaps it would have looked strange to have mismatched nails. I think the technician realized that she cut some cuticles too closely because she apologized. The salon itself seems promising. It recently opened. The building and equipment are clean. A new file and scrubber were used. It cost $15. read more

I have only been here twice ( first for a pedi and second for an acrylic fill.) My pedicure was amazing! An experienced & techniqued massage that lasted 20-30 minutes (ultra pedicure.) The French paint job was beautiful! The fill did take a little longer than I expected, but I would rather have mistakes voluntarily fixed rather than be rushed through and unhappy. It's called patience!!! Some ppl have to understand that majority of nail techs are of a different culture (Vietnamese.) You are walking into their environment. You need to be understanding if there is somewhat of a language barrier. I'm always sweet and courteous when trying be become a regular client if I like the place. You have to build a repot with ppl. You get in return what you put out. If you are quiet, timid, grumpy or rude, you will get the same in return. I read one of the reviews on here where it was stated "these types of salons." I am not Asian however; FYI that does sound like an underlying racist comment. Maybe you should go find a white nail tech! And good luck on your quest!!! And if you are going to bitch and complain about the price you paid...guess what? You do have the ability to check the price before having services performed! And if you aren't familiar with the procedures of getting "fake nails" then I suggest you go to the lower priced shops first, see what u think, shop around and then make an educated comment. read more

First of all, I am a newbie to the world of 'fake' nails, but I do know what good ones look like! I came at 2:30 on a quiet, rainy day, I had no appointment but that was no problem. I was seated very promptly, but when I told the woman (who never gave me her name) what I wanted she seemed absolutely confused. I wanted black tips with gold glitter polish on top of the black polish. We had to go through what I wanted about 10 times... I wish I could have drawn a picture for her!! An hour later, she had not said one word except to ask "round or square?" and was visibly 'checking out' of the whole thing, a few minutes later I found myself in the chair of different lady instead. She took one look at the fiberglass work, shook her head, and had to re-do most of it. Thankfully this girl (whose name I didn't catch) was very quick. She nicked me once, but I've got little old lady skin, I'm used to it! Almost two hours after the fact, I was ready to go. I got put under a fan for my nails to dry, and then forgotten about. They didn't tell me how long to sit there, never came to check on me --- I was waiting for them, but apparently they were waiting for me! Also a little irksome: Both manicurist were texting & taking personal calls during my manicure! Also, during the entire lengthy process, one of the other manicurists was sitting at a booth net to me, doing her own nails, making sucking noises & smacking her lips. Lady, this is a job, not a playground. Now it is a day later, and I am (only slightly) regretting my $40 investment. There are dried chunks of fiber glass under my nails, and on the skin around the nails, my nails are rough and slightly uneven (the first woman had roughed up my nails and then not smoothed them, so the scratch marks are clearly visible under the fiber glass). But, they do look great! ---- As long as you don't look to close. The pro's: Nice paint job, perfect thickness, feels long-lasting. The con's: unprofessional, time-consuming, sloppy. I will never go back here, because the price does not match the quality, however I there are definitely worse manicures to be had! ***********UPDATE************** I have removed a star from my original review because less than A DAY AND A HALF after getting my nails done, one has already broke!!! I really liked the manicure done by Tammy. She was sweet, patient n gentle with my nails. They had me dip my nails in a cream n under a heat wrap to soften the cuticles. I really liked it. The pedicure was really average. The gal was more interested in chatting with her colleagues rather than focusing on the pedicure. She did not massage my feet well. Also, she did not scrub my foot properly & got a little offended when I asked her for it. The other nail techs were doing a better job with other clients. What I didn't like was that everyone seemed to be a little pissed when I decided to use a coupon. I didn't like that. About hygiene, the salon was clean. I saw them sterilize the tools n clean the sink well after each use. I might go back to the salon. I'm not completely sure yet. I will never return. We made appointments for 3 pedicures. I requested to be worked on together so we could visit, I even catered to their time request to make it happen. Instead we went in and they took us one at a time which lengthened our stay there to 2+ hours. While I waited for my mother-in-law to get her pedicure I asked for a manicure. It was sub par and the woman cut me while trimming my cuticles- requiring a band aid- THAT is how bad she got me. I know this happens sometimes, but had the woman not been talking to another tech while it happened I wouldn't have mentioned it. I've only been here a few times, but all my visits have been excellent! Atmosphere is great & very relaxing, nail techs do a fantastic job, chairs are really comfy & price is reasonable. I often get annoyed when I go to get a pedicure and in the salon they have tv's on or bad service (like when the nail techs just talk to eachtoher the whole time, usually in a different language) or they rush you & do a crappy job. This place has always met/exceeded my expecations (hard to do!). If you can go on a weekday its pretty quiet, but even on a Saturday the service is up to par. They give long foot massages, totally clean up your heels & cuticles and you leave completely refreshed & happy. I usually go 3-4 weeks before needing another one. Overall, I'm a big fan! read more

Standard awkward service in this type of nail salon, but the prices are not too competitive. They put your hands into bags of liquid for a manicure, and they do the standard cuticle trimming. Firm hand massage with a nice smelling lotion. Decent polish application, but the "flowers" I was pressured to add (and I'm a sucker for flowers on my ring finger) were not the best. They did add the little jewel, but the design was not as cute. Probably won't go again. read more

The pedicure was fine but my biggest complaint was after the massage, my lady went in with the clippers to remove something "ingrown" and cut me to the point there was blood puddled on the side of my nail. I have been going here for years for pedicures (maybe not the manliest thing to do but I love a good foot massage) and I am typically very with this place. However, I have had a couple of bad experiences there which caused me to look elsewhere. In the end, I came back. This place is very attractive, neat and clean. Some of the women do not speak English very well but they are all very friendly. I will only see Anna or Susan. Anna speaks very good English and Susan can communicate just fine. Both are very nice ladies and do great pedicures (sorry, but I cannot address their skills with polish since, well, I'm a guy) and their foot massages are great. I always call to see if one of them is available. I find it best to go on a weekday morning when they are not busy. They often give me extra time and I tip them well for it. Eh. They used to be better. Now they hardly give you a massage--even when you are buying the highest level of pedicure--and the massage is the biggest reason I get pedicures. They are also supposed to dig out and clean out the nails, get rid of any ingrown toenails and stuff, which they don't always do, depending on who you get. The man that did my sister's pedicure did a really poor job. He didn't hardly massage and he scratched her several times and didn't clean out her toenails. This place is just as expensive as the place I usually go to, except at this place, I had to go back in the very next day to have them fix my gel manicure because it was already chipped off on 3 different nails. It's surprising to me, to read such negative reviews, because I have enjoyed every single experience at the Salon. Katie always gets me in at the time I make the appointment. She's even taken me immediately when I didn't have one. She does a GREAT job. It does take quite a while, but it's because she does such a wonderful job. The chairs are UBER comfortable and they provide bottled water and such. The only down side I found was they run a few dollars more than most places. I pay anywhere from $35-$40 for a Manicure and Pedicure. Totally worth it though, because my Pedi usually lasts 3-4 weeks (and I wear flip flops every day!) Bottom line, I would totally recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing environment to get a Mani and/or Pedi. Ask for Katie! read more

Absolutely horrible service, I paid 25 dollars for someone to cut me and slap some gel polish on my nails. A 10 year old could do better. I don't usually write reviews but it was that bad. Half way through my manicure, after cleaning etc, She asked me for the payment before manicure service, so as I do not spoil it while trying to make payment. I gave a generous tip as well. But the moment I made payment, I felt as if she'd rushing through .. I was getting french tip. THe tip were all smudgy and not neat.. tiny threads trapped in the brush and she still kept applying the paint. I insisted on redoing 3 of the nails again, not only she was unapologetic, she almost made a face! I guess it was closing time for them.. but still c'mon! Learn a bit of etiquette guys! read more

I went in for a gel pedicure and immediately after the technician was done the polish started to peel off. I pointed it out to her and asked her to fix it before I left. Instead of taking the nail polish off to start over, she simply added more coats on top of the peeling nail polish. The next day 7/10 of the polish on my toenails had completely peeled off. I went in and asked them to re-do the entire pedicure. They did a "color change" not a pedicure. It was a pain to have to go back and waste time with something that should have been done right in the first place. read more

Good service. Went with an appointment with my preggo sister in law and my mother and had a good time. It's nice when you make an appointment and are accommodated at that very time and all together, often at other places this is not the case, so obviously it's always appreciated when you are taken care of. Enjoyed a simple pedi and didn't get an funguses so all good things! Are my standards this sad now when it comes to Folsom nail salons? This was an A-Ok experience.
