If a regular customer makes an appointment and shows up on time, I don't understand how a walk-in gets put ahead of them. But taking a walk-in ahead of someone who already has an appointment, and then not seeming to care when the customer complains, is different. My family has been coming here regularly, so this was a pretty disappointing way for loyal customers to be treated.
