Where do I even start. I don't understand how this place has that many stars let alone still be in business. I came across the infamous $250 Balayage promo on instagram and Daniel's work looked extremely promising, almost exactly what I searched for, for weeks. I sent the $50 deposit via Zelle and sent him a picture of my hair along with 3 inspo pics which he stated would fall under the promotion. Upon arrival, he invited me to his chair and I proceeded to show the inspo pics and told him I still wanted a dark root/base. I showed him the shade of brown I was looking for and he proceeded to say "we need to see how much bleach your hair can handle" which is totally understandable. He started the foiling process. One thing I do want to emphasize is Daniel's customer service. It would be extremely generous of me to even say he had any. He took me to the sink, applied toner, and when he took me back to the chair, I could not believe what I was looking at. Blonde streaks of hair that started from the ROOT. I was thinking, "maybe he's not finished" but nope, he began blowdrying. When I then voiced to him that I did not want it that light and wanted to go darker, he said "what? I don't want to go darker. I don't even know how many foils I had to use in your hair." When I tried pulling up the inspo pics again, he became annoyed and said I was playing games showing him so many different pics. But, as a hair professional, isn't it up to you to help me understand colors/styles and ask questions to better understand what I'm really looking for? Is that not what's supposed to happen upon arrival??? During the consultation process????? Although he re-toned it, it was better, but still not what I wanted and not even close to the work posted on his page. He began blowdrying my hair and said "no curl, only blow dry my arms are too tired from so many foils" ......... what!? When he finished drying, I think he could tell how upset I was, so he curled it anyway. The $250 quote quickly became $300 bcus of how much I made him "work." He kept insisting on me paying with cash and I kindly declined saying I could give him $100 cash and the rest through zelle. I felt bad in the moment as I felt I was being a difficult customer so I told him i'd still tip him (huge mistake) but; I was so shaken up, I did my math incorrectly and ended up paying him a total of $400 for the service!!! Which he still accepted after he told me how much he was charging me. He did zelle me back $100. But after talking to friends, they don't understand why I even paid in the first place and should've got a full refund. Lesson learned, believe the reviews.
I have been coming here for a while now and I always have Nikki (IG@ hair_bynikki85) work on my hair. She has never disappointed me. I trust her to give me the best hair refresh every time. I found Nikki through Instagram and was so happy she was able to get me in right away! She was very responsive, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable knowing it was my first time coloring my hair. I loved the results and have gotten so many compliments! Highly recommend Nikki!
I booked with Danielle at Bebe Salon after seeing their $250 balayage special on Instagram. I specifically asked for a low-maintenance chocolate brown balayage with minimal lightening and made it clear that I did not want blonde. Instead, I left with patchy, brassy, copper/yellow hair that looked nothing like what I requested, and my virgin hair was left feeling damaged. I immediately reached out and asked for a refund, but Danielle refused and would only offer to fix it. We scheduled a correction for the next day, but he canceled about an hour before the appointment. After that, he ignored my messages and made it extremely difficult to get another appointment. Because I was starting a new job, I had no choice but to pay another salon for an emergency color correction, bringing my total cost to over $500. Please don't make the same mistake I did. The $250 special may sound like a bargain, but it ended up costing me much more. I'm including photos of my hair and screenshots of my conversations with Danielle so others can make an informed decision.
I had my hair colored here by Tony and unfortunately was very disappointed with the result. After seeing my hair in different lighting, I noticed the color was uneven, patchy, and much brassier than I expected!! There were noticeable inconsistencies throughout the highlights and overall blend. I contacted the stylist Tony to discuss my concerns and requested a refund of my $300 because I was not comfortable having additional corrective work done. During our phone call, he said no refunds and then hung up on me. I understand that mistakes can happen, but I was very disappointed both with the outcome of the service and with how my concerns were handled afterward. I'm going to be looking into legal action against this salon.
I have been going to Nikki for years and she continues to execute my hair as I envision while keeping the health of my hair! I always get compliments on my hair after getting it done. Please book with Nikki - she is amazing!
Unfortunately, this would be my first bad review ever. Trust the other comments, and don't come here. I first found Nikki on Instagram, where she advertised a $300 balayage, which I felt was reasonable. After making an appointment, she requested a $50 deposit, which I sent. She quoted me $320 for my hair plus $40 for a haircut, and required cash only. She also said the appointment would take about three hours, which is a really short amount of time for a balayage. Leading up to the appointment, she changed my appointment time twice. The second time, she changed it on the day of the appointment, so I had to rearrange my schedule. When I arrived, we discussed what I wanted. Nikki suggested toning my hair because I already had bleach in it. I had never had my hair toned before and had never researched what toning actually was, which I take responsibility for. I also wasn't aware of typical pricing. When she told me it would be $170, I wasn't sure if that was normal, but I decided to trust her. She cut my hair very quickly and, as other reviewers have mentioned, never showed me the back of my hair. She then brought me to the sink to tone and wash it. I had no idea that was essentially the entire toning process; it took about five minutes. The service was honestly pretty bad. She used COLD water, and water was getting everywhere, including all over my face. Nikki was very nice and chatty throughout the appointment, so I tried to be understanding and looked forward to the final result. She blow-dried and curled my hair, but I still had not seen the back. She then took me outside and took a lot of photos and videos. Because she had been so nice, I didn't say anything and went along with it. In the end, I paid $40 for the haircut and $170 for toning, plus a tip. When I got home, my mom immediately said, "Your hair looks the same. How much did you pay?" I also realized that I did not like the haircut or the final result. I started researching and found that $170 seemed VERY expensive for a toning service, especially considering the service I received and the result. I talked to several friends, who also felt the price was extremely high. I then politely texted Nikki to ask why the toning cost $170. I thanked her for her service and explained that I felt the price seemed unusually high. I also found a story on the salon's Instagram from three years ago stating that toning was $80. I understand prices increase over time, but going from $80 to $170 is still a significant increase. Nikki responded by sending screenshots showing that she had also quoted other customers $170. I explained that I was NOT accusing her of charging me more than other clients. I was simply asking why the price was so much higher than what I was seeing at other salons and even significantly higher than the price previously advertised by her own salon. Nikki had also posted two Instagram posts and three stories featuring my hair, including my face. At first I was okay with it, even though she never asked for my consent, but after being unhappy with my hair, I politely asked her to take down the photos and videos. She said she would take them down, but did not answer my pricing question. I waited a few hours and sent another polite message asking about the pricing. She responded that she is an independent hairstylist, so she charges differently and that the price was valid. She then said she didn't have time to text back and forth and BLOCKED ME. I am honestly shocked by this experience. I was never rude or disrespectful. I simply wanted an explanation about a $170 charge that I was not expecting. Being blocked by a business after politely asking about a charge was especially disappointing. I also feel uncomfortable that my hair and face were posted multiple times for promotional purposes without my consent. I did not agree to have my image used for advertising. I also trusted Nikki because of her large Instagram following. However, after looking more closely at her posts, I personally found the engagement unusual. She has a large number of followers but, as another reviewer mentioned, often gets only a few likes. Based on what I saw, I personally question how representative her follower count is of her actual engagement. To be fair, I take responsibility for not researching toning, its typical cost, and what to expect before agreeing to it. However, that does not change my overall experience: the service was uncomfortable and rushed, I was unhappy with the haircut and final result, the price was unexpectedly high, and I was blocked when I politely asked for clarification. Please save your money and think carefully before booking here or with Nikki.
I rarely write Yelp reviews, but I felt like I had to share my experience with DANIEL TRAN. Before my appointment, I texted Daniel photos of exactly what I wanted, a soft brunette with blonde highlights. He quoted $300. When I was at the salon, he made me feel confident that he could achieve the look I wanted. He explained that he couldn't make my hair any lighter, which I understood. I wasn't expecting him to bleach the blonde throughout my hair because I already had blonde hair similar to the inspiration photos. I just wanted my roots to be lightened and most of my hair to be a soft brunette. The first thing that made me question the service was how quickly my roots were processed. He finished bleaching my entire head in around 30 minutes and then put me under the heat for about five. I felt like I was moved from the chair to the shampoo bowl very quickly, with very little processing time. He didn't check to see if my hair had lifted enough before washing it out. I didn't say anything because I assumed he was a professional and knew what he was doing, even though I already had a feeling my hair hadn't lifted enough. After washing my hair, he told me he couldn't get the light brown color I originally wanted. Mind you, he told me he could do it, but now, the bleach didn't lighten my hair enough. I wonder why. By the way, I've never had an issue getting my roots lighter. If he felt he couldn't achieve the color I wanted or couldn't bleach it lighter, he should've mentioned it before proceeding. He suggested chocolate brown or caramel brown instead, so I showed him my inspiration photos again. He then said, "You're showing me too many photos! That isn't what you showed me." I had only shown him two photos, and they were the same ones I've been showing him from the beginning. Without showing me any color swatches or confirming that I was comfortable with the shade, he put chocolate brown over my entire head. When he finished, my roots were orange and the rest of my hair was a dark purple/raspberry brown. It was completely different from what I asked. I specifically told him I didn't want to go dark and now I'm a colorful chocolate brown. The entire appointment was less than three hours, which surprised me considering the type of color service I was asking for. When he finished, he could clearly tell I wasn't happy. I pointed out the orange roots and also told him I didn't ask for my hair to be this dark. He reassured me that it would look better once I washed it and also said, "In the sun it'll look so much better!" He took me outside to show me the color, but we were still standing in the shade. He took a photo to reassure me that it looked fine, but when I moved into the actual sunlight, my orange roots popped out even more. He then wanted to put even more chocolate brown on my hair to tone down the orange, but I declined because I never asked for chocolate brown hair. I still paid the full $300 plus tip because I've never been the type of person to refuse to pay for a service. On my way home, I was upset and crying. After showing a few friends my hair, they said it was very ugly and encouraged me to ask for a refund. I texted Daniel explaining how unhappy I was and wanted a full refund. He told me he doesn't give refunds but offered to correct my hair. I told him I didn't feel comfortable having him touch my hair again because, with over 30 years of coloring experience, I expected him to get much closer to what I showed him the first time. I wouldn't complain if my hair was slightly different from the inspiration photos, but this was drastically different. I felt like I left with candy-corn hair. Unfortunately, the way he handled my concerns afterward made the experience worse. When he called me, he was immediately rude and said, "I took time out of my day and used my supplies to dye your hair!" I understand that he spent time and product on my hair, but I also spent my time and money on a service I was unhappy with. Now I have to spend even more money to have another stylist correct it. I asked him if he thought he did a good job and if he believed my hair looked like the pictures I showed him. Instead of answering, he told me, "You take the $150 or I block you!" I also asked about the tip I had given him because I no longer felt the service deserved it. He responded, "You cannot ask for more money! That tip was for the service I gave you! You want the $150 or no!" At that point, I accepted the $150 because I felt like I had no other option, even though I still believe I should have received a full refund considering how drastically different my hair turned out and the additional money I now have to spend to fix it. What disappointed me most was how much his attitude changed once I expressed that I was unhappy. He was chatty and friendly while doing my hair, but as soon as I asked for a refund, his communication became rude and confrontational Update: I have washed it and it's still hideous
I needed a person ASAP for my hair and found Nikki on IG. She had a lot of followers and beautiful pictures...little did I know I would be wasting $470 on unblended hair, over-toned, greenish golden hair. First thing that was off was that she always promotes "$300 for a Balayage" on her IG. So when I DMed her about my hair, she said her promotion is "$330 for medium length hair" and for my hair history an additional +$40 is needed for "lowlights" and +$40 for a hair trim. TOTAL IS $410. No biggie. I've gotten balayages multiple times in the past and they're always around $450-$500. Second thing I noticed was that all my balayages take at least 4.5-5 hours to do. She took only 3 hours to do my hair AND trim... THE WAY she also WASHES my hair was extremely ridiculous. Water was splashing all over my face, into my ears, and all over my phone. I had never gone to a place that basically misted my entire face and phone. I felt very uncomfortable, but trusted the process. After she finished my hair, I was in love! My hair looked amazing (SINCE IT WAS CURLED I WASNT ABLE TO SEE THE HARSH LINE/UN-BLENDED HAIR/UNEVEN "v" layered cut). She took many videos and photos after...I didn't mind, I thought she was very cute and creative. As she recommended, I didn't wash my hair until a few days later, and once I did, I noticed my hair looking very green/dead/unblended. I did my usual hair style (half-do) and I noticed right away that my hair underneath was NOT BLENDED OUT AT ALL. Not only did I noticed it, ALL MY COWORKERS told me to contact her right away because it is not ok for me to pay $470 (after tips) for a hair like this. I dm'ed Nikki and sent her photos of my hair...and I was stunned at how she tried to gaslight me. She said, "You got a balayage, a balayage always has an inch of black hair. If you wanted me to start at the roots, that's baby lights." I KNOW WHAT A BALAYAGE IS, I HAVE GOTTEN IT FOR YEARS. My problem is that there is no blend to it at all. She then says "trust me. Give it a few months and it will look good and blended." NO. my hair shouldn't have to wait months to LOOK GOOD. It should look good right away. She said if I were to come back in, she would have to start the black inch lower...I'm not sure what she's not understanding or how she calls herself a specialist when she can't even blend my hair properly. READ ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS HERE ON YELP AND SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY. I regret spending $470 on my hair and I dislike how she's not taking accountability for my hair. My friends, who are hair stylists themselves, said she over-toned my hair and did not give me a proper blend. If she can't even see what is wrong in the photos, there is no point in me going back to her to "fix" what she thinks is ok. She also said my hair is "greenish" because of my previous brown hair...honey, the top half of my hair ARE VIRGIN BLACK HAIR, so that doesn't even make sense to why the top part is greenish golden. I would definitely not come here and save the time and money to go somewhere else. I'm so disappointed that I didn't check and read the Yelp reviews first. Now I have to wait for my hair to grow out and go on vacation with this hair...
Completely fried my hair off. Do NOT go here and do not believe anything on Instagram. My foils started heating weirdly, and then, when pulled out at the sink, I saw strands of my hair come OFF/fall out. My beautiful hair has been completely ruined. Kelly lifted it to some insane level I never asked for and it's damaged all over. Maybe 70-80% of my hair is destroyed basically. Why? For what? I never asked for some platinum color. I asked for an update to my existing balayage. Just update the roots. And now I have to deal with growing it out so I can cut it. And she tried to say nothing bad happened and to gaslight me. I asked for a partial refund because now I have to buy all these expensive products so my hair doesn't fall out, and of course, she said no. Do not go here if you want your hair to stay on your head.
Nikki did an amazing job on my cut and balayage! She listened to exactly what I wanted and delivered even better than I imagined. I hadn't dyed my hair in about 9 years, so I was a little nervous, but she made the whole experience so comfortable and enjoyable. I couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend Nikki to anyone looking for beautiful, professional hair!
Don't let Daniel Tran do your hair!!! Run!! I went in for the $250 promo and I had long 85% natural hair. The bottom was blinde but needed to be toned. I showed him my pictures and he said he can do that...it was horrible! Not even close to what I wanted. Then he sent me home with wet hair because his next client was there. When i got home I saw how BAD the color was. Half my hair was orange and the other half gray? I went back the next day to get it fixed and he put another color on but it was not worth it. My hair is friedddd!!!

stumbled across an instagram ad for bebe salon about a deal they were having, $280 for any coloring+toning+trimming. i decided to go for it since it seemed like a good deal. i messaged them and was promptly set up for an appointment a week later. i was also asked to do a $20 deposit via zelle/venmo. i trusted i was in good hands as they have plenty of great reviews and pictures in their instagram page. when i got there, kelly got straight to business starting with bleaching my hair. then she asked for my inspo pics which i showed her and she said she would 'try' to get that color. if i had been made aware that they can't guarantee the color i wanted, i would've chosen to go to a different salon instead of wasting $300 on something i was not going to like wholeheartedly. it honestly didn't look bad but i wanted a cooler tone rather than warm. anyways, the whole process only took around 2.5 hours and the end result was not even close to what i had wanted, which was an ashy cool tone. instead i got a brassy looking kind of brown. at home, i also noticed that the bleach/coloring wasn't consistent, there's a good chunk of hair at the bottom that looks more bleached than the rest possibly because she started from the bottom and didn't allow sufficient time for the top half to bleach enough. kelly was very nice, efficient and passionate about her work though, she also gave me a lot advice on how to take care of my hair hence my 3-star review. but my recommendation would be to make sure you do your research and look at their previous work for a color that they're more likely to make happen. read more

I did not want to have to do this, but I am pretty shocked that she would say me asking for my hair to be fixed as "drama." I've been to Bebe plenty of times, and this was the first time I've ever received this type of service. I think Kelly is a very nice lady, she threw in a free haircut and offered to fix the problem, but there's some issues if a lot of people are having the same problem. I came here because of her promo, but now I probably have to restart my whole process of lightening my hair -- which I've been dyeing blonde for the past 6 years. I have NEVER experienced so much breakage and discoloration so I did try to use purple shampoo and now my hair is fifty shades of horrible. I'm pretty sad and the 2 hours of work that she did, which is not normal for balayage did not even do much to my hair, which she says in the text "didn't get any result" like huh? If anyone knows what I can do to fix my hair please let me know. read more

UPDATE!! Daniel ended up messaging me after seeing my review. I thought he was going to offer a refund but instead left me on seen when i responded. Then when i asked for a refund he said i dont care about his business and tried to guilt trip me. Which is SO IRONIC because at our appointment he was going on and on about how rich he was and how he doesnt even need to do hair he does it for fun AND that if his customers are unhappy he will refund no problem. Then why the F cant he refund me!?!?!? Green and blue hair when i asked for blonde on top of horrible application is DEFINITELY worth a refund. Ive never met such a sick individual the upmost unprofessional person ever. And that goes to the salon as well for not keeping your employees in check AND not ensuring every customer is satisfied whether you worked on them or not. If you really cared about your business and your customers youd do the right thing. Thank God i got my hair fixed. If you were thinking about going here or if u also got f*d up by them please make your way to Arca Salon in Costa Mesa. Pretty much ALL of the ladies there are true professionals and care about their clients so much. Ive gotten my hair done my Chloe and Katie and amazing results each time. Came to Bebe salon and booked with the owner Kelly seeing that she had so many people recommend her from reviews and her results from online social media posts. I grew out my hair from previous blonde and wanted to go darker with a brown balayage. Results werent as expected as my bottom blonde parts were a darker grey purple cool tone while my roots/top section of my hair was a warmer brown tone. I told Kelly this wasnt what i was expecting and she said to give it a week and the purple grey toner would wash out and if not, to text her and she was re-tone for free and fix my bottoms to be warmer. Overall, i had a good experience with Kelly from my salon experience to leaving at this point. After a week, i reached out to Kelly where she stopped responding after i tried scheduling the re-toning session. After no response to two of my text message, and almost 1.5 week later, i reached out again for a partial refund in which she finally responded back. Overall, shows how unprofessional she was in giving little response. I told her how i wanted to have a refund as i didnt want to further work with her and she gave no response again. read more

Special thank you to Brandon for making room in his schedule to get my mom booked for her cut + dye. My moms hair needed a huge do over with her natural grays peaking through. Natural is beautiful but it was clashing with her previous high light job. My little sister sent in a picture previously that I didn't get to see. The only thing I wish I pitched in for was a darker hair tone as it would have flattered my moms look better (thanks sis). Anyways Brandon was great. They accepted card and Venmo as the best forms of payment. I'm sure they accept cash as well. It was appointment only. Total was $95 for cut + dye. My mom tipped Brandon $20 in cash! read more

I've gone to Nikki prior for a hair tone and that's why I came back again due to my stylist being out of town. I got in touch with her provided photos of my current hair and my inspiration photos of her work that I wanted. She quoted me $500 and was able to fit me in within 2 weeks of my request. . When i arrived she informed me she couldn't get me blonde like the photo I requested. ( I am coming all the way from LA. This should have been informed to me prior) I expected the duration of the appt to be 5+ hours due to the cost of my hair and because I'm going lighter. However it was just 3 hours when I go ashy brown with baby lights. Let me tell when she finished my hair it was still ASHY BROWN. NOTHING LIKE I WANTED. ( I also thought this was possible due to her before & after on her instagram photos below for ref) I told her immediately how I felt she insisted that it was going to be lighter once "she curled my hair" and after I wash my hair it'll be lighter. I went home followed her after care instructions with pre treatment and purple shampoo. 2 HAIR WASHES LATER.... BRASSY and UNBLENDED ROOTS REVEALED. If it wasn't for my friend that told me I would have not known at all. My hair being curled after the service just HID that problem, I contacted her and she blamed my water and condition of my hair being dry to not hold the color and why I couldn't go lighter ( when it's only the ends are dry). Other reviewers mention she doesn't use quality products reason being that the toner doesn't last long. ( my usual stylist never had this issue) It's also mention her blending at the roots is also an issue. ( ref photo below) In the end she only offered to fix then unblended area by making my hair darker. Despite the fact that my ultimate goal was to go lighter. I won't be returning due to the gave the drive and time isn't worth it. Even if I went to her to fix my roots I'll still have brassy hair. Very disappointed for the amount of money that was spent for something that's no where close to what I wanted. History of my hair my color service was back in September 2023. READ this. This is my 2nd time being here. My first interaction i gave them a 1 star. I WAS WRONG. It's totally a MISUNDERSTANDING. I still got a lot of compliments even if I didn't like the color on the first. I still referred my friends to go here. I always believe in REVIEWS of people. And you will read that this place has excellent reviews. I don't think they deserve a 1-2 star. This is actually the first time I changed a review on a place/establishment on yelp. I truly believe on her skills (Kelly the owner). And I pray she will have lots and lots of customers. Kelly is VERY informative and she knows what she is doing. The place is neat. Comfortable temperature. Owner uses high quality products. Price is still one of the best. You get more than what you paid for. Other places are expensive and just deliver the same quality. Ample amount of parking I will be back again. For other colors to try on. Overall. I love my new hair color and 2nd interaction. I will be back again. Even if it takes a long drive to go here. Booked an appointment here with Kelly yesterday and I absolutely love the turnout! Kelly was friendly and precise, I was so surprised at how she was able to lighten my hair so blonde with just one bleaching session! She was so super efficient, I was out of the salon in 2.5 hours. She also was able to recommend me products to maintain the integrity of my hair. And you can't beat the prices here compared to other salons! OBSESSED with my new hair!!! I highly recommend Nikki (she has an amazing IG page too with images/videos of her work). She was very knowledgeable, my hair turned out SUPER similar to my inspiration photo, and she went over how to best maintain/protect my hair. read more

MY HONEST OPINION: 3.5/5 Haven't had my hair done in two years and I came across Nikki on IG so I made an appointment! She is very communicative and quick with replies; she'll try to fit you in a date and time within the next week or less. She's very cute and easy to talk to, so I was comfortable! The only con I experienced was the bleaching process. I do have long and thick hair, so maybe applying a lot of bleach weighed my head down to the point that my neck couldn't hold up any longer. I forgot another con I found was the blending, especially at the roots. I bleached and toned my own hair at home to fix the blend at the top so it's fine now LOL but blend is important! Niki is pretty efficient with time as I could tell she was rushing, because she constantly has many customer appointments throughout the day. I also understand that the labor and time of the hairdressers need to be compensated but I felt that $500 + was a bit on the pricey side when compared to other salons. It's an extra $20 for a trim but they don't really do layers or anything special; it's literally a straight cut across. But all in all, Niki changed and styled my hair to the way I wanted it and I loved having my hair played and washed with (so relaxing)! I will definitely make an appointment with her again, probably when she doesn't have too many appointments lined up so that she could take her time without the rush :) read more

First time getting my hair colored, bleached, dyed and I am so happy I took my friend's recommendations + reviews and booked an appointment with Nikki! I am in love with my new, fresh hair! Booking an appointment was extremely easy, texted earlier in the week and got an appointment for originally Friday morning, but rescheduled at Nikki's request to Saturday. Nikki responds quickly and asks for a photo of the back of your hair and what you would like with reference photos from her insta. My hair was very dark, long and hadn't been cut in almost 2 years! The appointment went: cut, bleach, wash + color, blow dry and style. This took only 3 hours - amazing because everyone was telling me it would probably take forever. Warning - if you have thick hair (like me), you'll definitely get a neck work out with the amount of foil needed. Nikki worked with me telling me what was possible and not possible with my hair, especially since I wanted a lighter color and was choosing between lavender or pink. We opted for a brunette lavender which I am in love with! We agreed that we could also pick the other color during the next appointment. Even during the haircut Nikki wanted to make sure it was the length I wanted and since I was unsure about the initial mid length cut, she cut it shorter because I mentioned I'm go between super long and short hair and so glad she did! My head is both happy and lighter. Very communicative and fun to talk to during the appointment. Bebe is located in the same plaza as Tip Top Sandwich/Gong Cha. The salon seems pretty COVID safe to me - clients and stylists wore masks at all times, seats were spread far apart, and there was disinfectant available. Cash only salon with ATM inside. Nikki provides you with the WiFi so you can be on your phone while she works on your hair :) I highly recommend Nikki for your hair transformation needs, she'll work so much magic on your hair! read more
