He listened to the sleep issues I'd been having all my life and suggested several solutions in different types of beds and price ranges. After a lifetime of extensive sleep issues documented in four sleep studies through my medical insurance, I was so happy I invested in a foam bed for the first time in my life. After researching online, I went to the Novato store. When I tried the Temper-Pedic bed in the store, I could instantly feel my body relax and I actually felt sleepy--in the middle of the day! Although the bed cost a bit more than I wanted to spend, I'm so glad I took a chance. I'm glad to report that all my sleep biomarkers tracked by the Oura ring (it's like a FitBit) since using my new bed have greatly improved. It's been about five months, and I'm still breaking in the medium firm bed. We believe it's because I'm only 125 pounds, so it's going to take a bit longer than usual for the bed to relax to the firmness desired. There is a bit of back discomfort during this transition period that goes away after getting up from bed and stretching a bit. I believe this discomfort is because I'm sleeping so soundly and not tossing and turning, as documented by my Oura ring. After sleeping on a non-foam mattress for over 50 years, I'm just grateful to be sleeping more soundly with this new bed.

However, the main problem was with the salesman who didn't seem to understand my questions and when he finally seemed to understand that I was asking about the angle, the adjustable beds could move to said that they all moved to the same angle, even though it was obvious to the naked eye that they didn't. We learned upon return that the cover wasn't returnable and since we had gotten the box springs for free they weren't returnable either. So we are out $350 for helping Raj out. Furthermore we had to call the store to get the refund we were owed (we exchanged for a less expensive mattress) as they never put it through. Poor customer service on top of a bait and switch offer. Raj is a nice enough guy but hard to feel like we were treated right when we lost out in the end. Go elsewhere for a more honest and transparent process.

We had our 2 foldable banquet tables in there that we bought from Costco and we eventually we got too lazy to put them away. Over a year ago I stumbled upon this place in San Rafael and ordered a credenza piece for our dining room and I still love it. I wanted new dressers for our bedroom since our 10 year old IKEA dresser drawers broke. I was able to order & purchase 4 new dressers at Dimensional Furniture with one of them made custom sized to a space that didn't match standard sized dressers. I am really super happy. The dressers are made with solid wood and you have a choice of 10 colors to choose from for the finish. You also have a choice of either wood or silver pull handles for the drawers. I came in on a Tuesday morand my dressers were delivered yesterday afternoon...on a Thursday (the same week)! I paid an extra fee to have my old broken IKEA dressers taken away as well.
