Completely scraped in, I knew this was something that would take some time to fix. My husband recommended we go to Prestige Auto Body. At the time, it was during a week day, within less than five days, my car came back as if nothing happened. I was already so thankful to Tommy and his staff, I completely forgot I meant to review the business the first time. Less than two weeks ago, now my left side, both frames between my rear door and the panel I scraped and dented after misjudging the distance leaving work and I drove too close to a metal fence. Days later, we went back to Prestige Auto Body, saw Tommy and familiar faces again, and my car was back in the shop. Last week we went in towards Monday early evening, my car was done by Thursday afternoon. Tommy, thank you so much for remembering us and keeping your painter for my specific car color and fixing the damages. EXCEEDS EXPECTATIONS IN EVERY WAY!…read more After an excellent, honest, fair and high quality auto repair experience with MPAB last year, they earned my full trust and loyalty for future business. Well, today I picked up my not-so-recent Lexus, which needed a new front "under bumper" shield that was dragging, and removal of white scrapes on three corners of the car. Dave advised there was no point in replacing the bumper shield, which would have cost $1200 plus. Instead he wired it back up securely, advising it would most likely do the job..."no point spending that kind of money on this". I thanked him, asked for the bill for that labor and the touch-up painting...he waved it off and said "no charge for it...you can give a tip Bobby (who did the painting)", which of course I gladly did. WHAT???!!! WHO DOES THIS???? What an over-the-top wonderful culture and committed to customer service exists here. What a blessing to have found this establishment. To anyone reading this, trust me...you need not shop around. MPAB will exceed your expectations as well. BRAVO!!!! to the MPAB team!!! They also happened to be partnered with budget rental car, which Geico is affiliated with. When I dropped off my car, there was already someone waiting for me to drive me to budget. It didn't take more than five days for our car to be repaired, and I was able to leave the rental car at Ray Mees for their staff to return. They also vacuumed and cleaned the inside of the car, so it was spotless. It looked like they washed and waxed the outside of our car. I was really happy with this extra service.
