Initially they told me they were only able to have 1 passenger but as soon as I told them my situation they had told me they will accommodate. Very smooth, very clean, very quick. That's mounted and balanced. I get you have to pay for the convenience of him coming to you and to make a dollar but taking advantage is a whole different story.

I called him 8 times in a row because I kept getting put on 5+ minute holds and literally getting hung up on. Now I'm a female alone in Paterson stranded in a parking lot. So I called the police - long story short he said he couldn't help because it's a private lot. He called the company for me and the called me back and said I could pay $250 cash tonight or if I pay with a card I have to go in the morning. (Like that's not sketchy) So I had to uber to the place, pay $250 cash, no receipt, no id check, no nothing. There was 2 other people there with cash that got towed from the same lot trying to get their car out. So this random guy opened the fence, took my money and let me take my car. It's completely illegal, it's super messed up and it's a huge scam. I am going to try to get a case escalated on them because I am beyond pissed off.
