We had a signed contract for $3,300 in labor to complete a full bathroom remodel in two weeks, with a $50/day penalty for delays and clear availability windows (no Sundays). Before the ink was even dry, he demanded the first payment of $1,100 -- directly contradicting the payment schedule we both signed. His excuse was that he was tired and hadn't read the contract. He then threatened to walk if I didn't pay immediately, so I did. Work progressed okay until it came time to tile. His sub was unavailable for several days with no updates. When he finally got back to me, he said his tile guy could come Saturday and finish Sunday -- a day I explicitly excluded in our contract. After I pointed that out: complete silence. No response to calls or texts. He simply vanished, leaving me with a half-finished bathroom and $1,100 out of pocket, with no explanation of what that payment actually covered. He decided on his own what portion of the work justified that payment and walked away without a word. This is not someone who honors agreements. If you're considering hiring him, make sure you're okay with the possibility of being left with an unfinished job and no recourse.

The work was extremely poor--the lights did not work properly not even one day and were falling off the roof shortly after installation. My appt was at 10am, they showed exactly at 10am, took my old one out, put the new one in, advised me that the existing plumbing was backwards but was ok to install and use my new dishwasher.... They completed the install, cleaned up and was out all within an hour. I have MANY projects I need a handyman service for, I advised them what was next, they quoted me a price and let me know they would fix that as well . They will get my business every time !!
