My wife went for a couple issues. Slow tire leak, right front tire. Balance issue, suspect right…read morefront tire. TPMS sensors both drivers side tires. They fixed all that. Replaced the tire. Sensors working. Balance issue gone. But all the ABS/ traction controls lights and the stabletrak warning are now on. Immediately went back in and told them. They said they couldn't have caused that. They suggested that the lights would go out, just drive it a little way. Drove it a ways, returned, because the lights are still on. Well, you'll have to make an appointment. I note that they didn't notice the lights at all. Not when they started the work. Not when they finished the work. The lights come on immediately with the key. Still in the parking lot. Probably a wiring issue, likely the speed sensor. Just happened to go bad immediately after they fixed the requested items. Maybe the slow tire leak and bad balance were masking the issue, so the car couldn't see it. Maybe the unreadable TPMS sensors weren't allowing the ABS system to see there was a problem. But maybe the most unlikeable thing in the whole event is that they just didn't say "let's make you an appointment right now to see what happened so we can make sure you're safe." What they said is "you'll have to make an appointment." Some other time. On your time. After you call on the phone and wait a half hour while we do other important stuff. When you aren't standing right here where we can just look at our appointment book together and get you the very next convenient appointment. Their attitude was dismissive to a woman who probably didn't know mechanical stuff, they KNOW they didn't do it, and the problem will hopefully just go away. And it probably will.

I orginally asked for a simple throttle body cleaning and the guy behind the counter said what they…read moredo is shoot some chemistry thru the inlet of the throttle body and i had left with a symptom the car didnt have after they had custody of it..im sitting in the waiting room and i can hear them reving the engine to 5000rpms at least and then i see their person roll out to test drive my property ...he comes back parks the car in the rear to hide their shame ..the guy charged me $182 dollars for 1 hour labor and the chemistry ..so i get int the car after they gave me back my key..i start it ..the idel surges past 2000rpm and throws a check engine light ..and putting it in gear was jolting the whole car cause the idel was stuck at 1500 rpm ..and still has not got any better since a month later and it still thows codes still idels too high ..the did look at it on the original day later in the afternoon ..told me the issue was my MAF sensor and so i replaced it ..they asked for another bite of the apple ..i refused ...cause they seem clueless here and quiet frankly ..they were looking to be in my pocket as deep as they can get ..thanks obrien since you dont know a throttle body relearn ..or to just clean the throttle body ..i now gots to spend 100's of dollars trying to chase down what ever you people did to my car ..dont reply ..just go way like everyone else should ..they always put the blame on the customer ..and isnt that special ..

I had to pay to tow it back to the shop, where they kept it for over a month and ultimately told me they could not find the problem. I then had the vehicle towed to a second garage. Their diagnosis was that the vehicle's electrical system had been severely damaged, almost like it had been hit by lightning. They stated the alternator had not been properly grounded during installation, which allegedly caused major damage to the vehicle's computer systems while I drove it home after the repair. I ended up spending thousands of dollars in additional repairs, including dealership-installed computer modules and electrical work. Even after all of that, the car was never the same again. I bought this vehicle brand new and have been the only owner since it had 0 miles. Prior to this repair, I never had any major electrical issues. Very disappointing experience and extremely costly.

I called and told them about it on a Thursday they said bring it in next Tuesday at 7:00am. I asked about it getting done that day. They said no way earliest would be Thursday. I asked to talk to Chuck. He said sorry they have people already scheduled and they would get to it when they could. I said all it needs is the emergency brake shoes adjustment. He said no its more than that. I asked was it adjusted when installed he said he didn't know. I asked who repaired it? He again said he didn't know. I left didn't have much faith in the facility Not going to bad mouth anyone there just state my experience. Today I adjusted the shoes and the emergency brake works now. Tried to check in at the Vehicle Processing Center down the road and were told that because we…read moredidn't meet the 1/4 tank or less and a few pets hairs remained they refused to take it. Called a few places that the center recommended and they either didn't pick up or weren't able to help. Looked up on my own and found BG and spoke with Brian. He was beyond helpful, was able to able to get us in quickly and we were in and out within 45 minutes. He even went above and beyond, as while we were talking to him found we mentioned going to the vacuum to get out our few pets hairs left. He brought out his shop-vac and extension cord and allowed us to vacuum while he took off enough gas to get us below 1/4 tank. Edit: We were 'acceptable' except our tow hitch that is no where stated in any paperwork cannot be there. It was rusted on. We called BG back and asked if he was able to cut it off. Told us to come right back and would be more then happy to help. He had it off in no time.

They told me that it would be cheaper if I would ordered it online and they would install it. I paid $415 for the part. Once I received the part, I called them to set an appointment and have it installed. I arrived for my appointment and after about an hour, they told me that they needed a special tool to remove the catalytic converter on my 2021 Ford Explorer. I said fine, give me a call when you have the tool. After two days I had not received a call, so I thought I would call them. They told me that I had cussed them out on my last visit and that I needed to go elsewhere. I went back to the garage thinking that they must be thinking of someone else. Unbelievably, they said I was the one that cussed them out. I don't cuss people out. I am educated and have an excellent business. That's not how I operate.
